I chose a 4-7 day delivery to the USA. I had been using UPS and thought I would give another company a try. Two weeks later parcel was delivered and my customer was frantic. No phone number to contact Parcel Monkey. Yodel had the parcel at their depot for a week before they shipped it to the U.S. Then it took Asendia another week to deliver the box..and when it arrived it was battered and had been thrown around. Disgusting service

They must have a good bulk deal. I sent a package to Illinois for my daughter (UK exchange student in Chicago for 1 year who needed her favourite boots and jumpers ahead of the winter) for around half the price of the quote I got if using the same courrier via their own website. She received in the lower part of the range they state ( received it in 2 working days, they state 2 to 4).
Only remark is there is a space to leave a message for the delivery person - please can you also add a message for the collecting person. In our case, our address is a walk (hence no car access) but we have a drive at the back of the house and a parcel box with a code ... even though I put as much detail of those in the collection address fields available, including the parcell box code where I had deposited the parcel for collection, the "not at home" note was left on the wrong gate door - right in terms of official address (postcode) but not as per the instructions on the address fields - please consider this. We are working poeple (most families are, I would hope) - consider a field for a "hidden/safe place - and allow a space in your labeling for that.

just printed out the label and dropped it off at a dpd parcel shop. the parcel arrived in the netherlands within 2 days, perfect.

booked on Thursday for collection on Friday - DPD did not show up. I received an email on Friday evening telling me I had rearranged the collection (I hadnt) and it finally got collected on the following Monday. Useless. I will not use ParcelMonkey again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else!

Transport and delivery of our package went very smoothly and the insurance for a high value item was much better value than from other delivery providers.

I sent a parcel to South Africa. I was given a time slot for collection and the driver turned up on the minute. The best surprise of all was when my parcel was safely delivered within 3 days of being collected! My experience was hassle free. I have previously sent parcels to South Africa and it has always been a big drama with unnecessary delays. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again! Thank you!

Booked through Parcel Monkey but never again parcel never got picked up, no phone number to contact them so sent them messages but no reply so lost out on my time waiting in for them and nearly £14 postage so then had to book another courier so spent out another £16 odd but at least they picked up my parcel when they said they would very very disappointed with Parcel Monkey and will never use them again :(

the tracking information on parcel monkeys site is VERY delayed, but the price through parcel monkey was cheaper than going direct, was easy and convenient

Unhappy with service. Documents were not delivered as they were stuck with customs awaiting further payment. I was not made aware of this.

Never used a parcel collection service before and was unsure at first as there are lots of big name logistics services, but parcel monkey was cheap and simple to use and parcel came when they said it would, will use again if I need to!

I used your delivery service to post an xbox purchased by someone on eBay.. The customer was very angry that he has still not received the order and was unable to track it.. I managed to contact DPD only to be told the parcel is still where I dropped it off. Today it should reach the customer.. Not good

Youre are good , easy to find what you need on your site but, Parcel Force are worthless- though i mentioned to contact us before pick/drop my parcel they didnt , i had to contact them, to make new appointments because driver has no company phone(in this days!!!) and finnaly received my parcel 3 days later .

I had not used parcel monkey before, but i asked the customer on e-bay i had posted goods to at a weight of 30kg to give me an honest revieve of your service, and he said it was good, he had asked me to arrange a carrier who would deliver on a saturday, and i booked your service on a
thursday via royal mail 48 H, and he recieved his goods sat PM,, so he was happy.
I think i may have upset the royal mailman when he knocked on my door and i sad to him " Are you the monkey parcel, monkey " to which he replied " No I am a royalmailman" but i have since sent postage via your service and he has collected it, and i think he forgives me for this faux-par.
