Everything went fine for purchasing my dpd package but as a first time user the print a label is not positioned or highlighted as the next step before finishing so I took two trips for the drop off where I found out I needed to go back and print the label myself. I will know for next time but as an intermediary site I was disappointed. Cheers, Dawn

I used DPD to ship a box from London to my new home in Berlin. They tried to deliver a day earlier than it said on the tracking, but luckily I was at home on that day. I received an email at around midday saying that they had tried to delivery my parcel, but I was not in to receive it. I emailed them back explaining that I was in, but I did not receive a response. I also informed them that I had left a note on the label of the parcel explaining that my name is not on the door, and telling them which bell they should ring. The next day I still had not heard anything from them, so I had a look at the tracking only to find out that they had tried to delivery (again) unsuccessfully on that same day. I sent yet another email explaining that I was in the whole day and was somewhat confused as to why my package could not be delivered. I did not receive a response for the second time. I called the number of the depot that I found on the tracking, only to be greeted by a very rude and unhelpful woman who practically shouted down the phone at me. She told me that the reason that my parcel could not be delivered was because my name is not on the door, and the delivery person "could not look at the note" that was written in black and white on the label of the parcel. She insisted that the parcel should be picked up at a "paketshop" even though the box weighed 13kg and I paid for a service to deliver my belongings to my door. My request to speak to a supervisor was ignored, and I was ushered off the phone. I did go to pick up my 13kg box from the paketshop, which by the way was just a tobacco shop that had all the parcels laid out in a big pile at the front of the shop, as I simply did not want my belongings to be in the care of DPD any longer! I will never use this awful service again.

I was told that my parcel would be picked up last Friday....was it no .Ok thought you might have been busy so I waited in all Monday...still no pick up.So Ive had to use another company and they picked up my parcel when they said they would.So please refund the money that was put into youre account for a parcel that was not picked up.

Absolutely brilliant from placing my order on their website to actual delivery.
I was able to follow my parcels journey to Norway each day via their tracking page.
They sent me a message to confirm collection of my parcel and again on the day of collection I was sent a reminder, the parcel was delivered to Norway four days after, what service and cheaper than any other I could find on the net.

I didnt what to expect as I had always used the post office to send important letters.
Due to being ill, I was unable to visit the post office, so this worked for me.
The cost was reasonable as it was next day pick up with same day delivery.
Courier was polite and on time.
Will definitely use again.

I bought a courier delivery with DPD via parcelmonkey and it simply didnt work. The tracking number on my label was invalid and I had to return to the drop off point to collect my package. A tedious string of communications from parcelmonkey ensued via their very slow customer service portal during which they tried to evade paying me a refund. I had to stick to my guns to get my money back and I am still waiting for a refund now. They dont provide phone numbers for customer service which is, in hindsight, a sign of a cheapskate operation. i can think of airlines that run like this. AVOID Parcel Monkey and avoid DPD too.

Collection made on the date and time I chose and was delivered the next day.

Parcel delivered to Perth Western Australia in 1 week. A letter going by airmail took 3 weeks. So that says a lot for the service you get from Travel Monkey. Will definitely be sending my next parcel with them

I recently used Parcel Monkey to make a delivery to Cyprus. In the past I had used them for a delivery to Australia and was delighted with their service. As it happens this new delivery took 11 days to arrive in Cyprus at the customers (not including the day when the carrier did not arrive to pick it up). My customer got fed up waiting and cancelled the order with me and I have ended up loosing £35 carriage + £50 price of goods. As it happens, I do not blame Parcel Monkey too much for this extended delivery because I realise that it is not them who actually deliver - they are in the hands of the carriers. Where I do take issue is their inability to reply quickly and accurately to my questions sent on their internal contact forms. Some took a day to answer, some did not receive a reply at all. Where I did receive replies these were answering questions I had not asked. I have now given up and can`t waste any more time. If Parcel Monkey are unwilling to provide a telephone number for customers to use when appropriate, they should make sure that their other channels of communication function properly.

Parcel was collected on Friday and delivered to Australian destination in 4 days could ask for better. If I had a gripe it would be that I was told the parcel would be collected between 9 & 5 and its was actually well after 5, suggest giving people 2 hour slots.

I needed a small coffee table collecting and delivering and Parcel Force were over £40 cheaper than other quotes Id had. They collected when they said they would and delivered on the promised day. My only complaint was the way the parcel was carried. The seller had packaged the item well with plenty of fragile and this way up signs but the driver was carrying the item upside down by a corner. Fortunately no damage was done and because of the sellers care.

1. We book the courier. Then you acknowledge a short while later to say it has been picked up, when it has not. Very confusing if you are a new customer. Told you about this before. Please do something about it. 2. Sending a parcel abroad, like the one today. This is the address. 14 characters [ removed actual individual name ] 26 characters [ removed actual company name ] 20 Rue de la Poste L2346 Luxembourg. Your address boxes only allow so many characters, so I cannot get the full correct address in. That really is so poor. Told you about that before, and the result - diddley squat. So you have notified me there is a problem. Will not tell me what the problem is after 3 enquiries last night, which is why Ive got to the office early to check. 3. Last Friday you should have collected a parcel for the USA but failed. Then its up to me to notice this and re-book the collection. If you know youve failed to collect, why do you not call back the next working day? Get yourself a proficient Operations Director, urgently, please.
