having posted a medium parcel to uk address by royal mail at vast expense, the next day I got a parcel monkey quote for a bigger parcel to go to Czech Repulblic not only was it cheaper (fantastic value given distance involved) but I didnt have to queue up in post office as it was collected from house! What is not to like??!!

Service was non existent as I never received my parcel! I would never use it again. Now I am out of pocket for the item I purchased and also for the delivery charge that was not refunded! Do yourselves a favour folks, take the hit for a few extra pounds and deal with the shippers (interlink, parcel force, Courier, Post office) directly. That way you will get your parcel!!

The experience with parcel monkey was okish, however make sure about the payment. I have paid all the charges via my credit card but my brother still paid to receive the parcel which i have sent for him. there was nothing mention about extras charges will be taken from receiver too. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE

The service was nearly a third of the price of organising the delivery direct from the carriers own web site.

Very easy way to send parcel. Got quotation and arranged pick up in a couple of minutes. Parcel collected when they said it would be and delivered to the Netherlands within 2 days

Placed my order to have my parcel collected at my home and was emailed with details for pick-up between 9-5pm. I was told I would receive a further email with a 1hr time slot which I never received. Managed to do live chat with parcel monkey and received an email at midday (on the day of pick -up) to be told my allocated time was 5-6pm. 😤. After another live chat I was told that this time couldnt be changed even though its supposed to be between 9-5 so I suggested I could drop it off at a dpd depot but was told this would cost an extra £15!!! No other suggestions were made, I had to get my neighbour to house sit and wait for the driver. Terrible customer service.

This request for feedback was sent because you expected the parcel to have arrived, but it hasnt arrived as yet! The 3-5 days timing specified on the label needs revised or the hold up needs unblocked. The tracking wording is not clear and contains some odd entries see below......this is a copy and paste of the tracking..... 9th November 2015 @ 12:35 Collection Scheduled 30th November -0001 @ 00:00 12th November 2015 @ 16:30 Arrived at sort facility 15th November 2015 @ 17:15 Departed sort facility 13th November 2015 @ 04:30 Standard customs procedure/under inspection 15th November 2015 @ 22:30 Consolidation arrived at gateway 15th November 2015 @ 23:45 Given to on-forwarder What is the 30th November entry about? What is "Cosolidation arrived at gateway" on 15th November? The package was collected on the 10th but that was not recorded, why? It would be appropriate for someone at ParcelMonkey to contact me based on the above feedback. I look forward to hearing from you

My parcel was dropped off in Walton-on-Thames for delivery to Berlin by my niece. The courier in Berlin was not given my email address or telephone by PM (Parcel Monkey) only the email address of the sender!! The information that my parcel was out for delivery in Berlin was thus not sent to me, the recipient, but to my niece in Walton. She does not understand German, and anyway naturally assumed that I had been informed. I waited at home for 2 days in the hope of delivery, quite unaware that the parcel had already been dropped off at a shop.I had to go on livechat with PM to discover that this had happened and find out where my parcel was. I was then given the contact number of the Berlin courier and was informed that they had sent emails re. imminent delivery to the only address they had i.e in Walton (1) and could not deliver again as PM had specifically booked only 1 delivery attempt as opposed to a possible 3 (Classic version). There is no information on PMs website about these options. Nor did the livechat contact explain this. As a pensioner with mobility problem and no car I could not collect the parcel. I had to find someone to help. I cannot understand why PM didnt give MY address to the courier in Berlin - this obviously caused much unnecessary frustration and made the whole transaction unsatisfactory.

Unfortunately on this occasion we didnt place the order through you, i would however wish to take this opportunity to ask you to amend your system. I find it pointless completing your form to dispatch our cargo to find the courier selection for the destination isnt available. The services that are not appropriate for the destination should be illuminated from the choice before continuing. Previously we have not had a bad experience either with parcel monkey or the couriers supplied, it just needs tweeking for a better customer experience

I can appreciate that Parcel Monkeys control over the final delivery company in Italy is limited but my delivery was scheduled by them for Wednesday 10th November. We were only at our apartment in Italy for one week and we flew home on Saturday... it was a huge stress to have the parcels appear on FRIDAY afternoon! One of the parcels was in a double cardboard box and it still had corners damaged a little.

I run a small business and sent two parcels for the first time with parcel monkey - One parcel was late after I paid for express am delivery and the 2nd was damaged both sent via parcelforce. If I had gone direct with parcelforce the late parcel I could claim a refund for and damaged parcel would be auto insurance for £50.. Parcel monkey site defaults to £0 insurance even after you put the value of goods , it offers £75 free insurance but it is not on auto selected and easy to miss.. I wont be using them again, I think I saved about thirty pence compared to just using parcelforce via there site.. Its so much easier to deal with courier companys direct if there are problems rather then middlemen like parcel monkey.

Ive been using PM for over a year and have sent around 10 parcels. I have an account with them and their site is excellent - always a few pence more than P2GO but I fell more confident sending my stuff (Pro Audio equipment) through them. Mainly use DPD drop off which is a great service and DPD provide excellent tracking info with a 1 hour delivery window sent by TXT and email.
