We have been sending boxes over to Australia for the last few months and parcel monkey has been a fabulous way to safely, cheaply and conveniently get them from door to door. I heartily recommend them.

So pleased with the service received from Parcel Monkey. In association with Parcelforce, the parcels were collected promptly and reached their destination without any problems, to my daughter in Amsterdam in the time quoted. Shall recommend and use this service again.

Sent a package with them when it arrived 5 days later the contents were totally smashed beyond recognition the parcel had been packed carefully with bubble wrap. My customer said it looked as if the box had been ran over. Parcel monkey not interested no customer service response please save your money and use parcel force who are more expensive but handle their parcels efficiently.
