They came at least 2 hours earlier then the time I have told them to come so I was not at home and they didnt collect the parcel. They even advised me that they came so I was there waiting for them to come but they came earlier. So is one week I am trying to get my money back or a rebooking but they are not helping me in neither the ways. I am only spending time and money to contact them!!!!!!! Very bad experience never again!!!!!

Booked a very small package to France, had a number of issues with inputting the address as it contained hyphens and full stops which the template does not accept. Eventually got help via the chat/online assistant and parcel was picked up promptly by DPD. Unfortunately at the other end where it was taken on by Chronopost in France, it was "non- delivered" on the first attempt and the addressee had to contact Chronopost themselves and get it delivered the following day. I had to squash the name of the town (Saint Herblain to SaintHerblain) as the template would not accept a space in-between, it was as if there were insufficient characters? Frustrating.

Having sold a stereo online I looked at how I could send it to the buyer. I found Parcel Monkey through Google and thought Id give them a go. Very simple process, great price and stereo collected and delivered quickly without any problems.
I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Failed to let me know an error had occurred so the goods wouldnt be picked up on time. I had to contact them myself to start trying to sort the problem. They could provide an alternative pick up when I was in so the goods would be late. Had to cancel. Then they have the audacity to try not to give me a full refund!!! Outrageous go direct as least you get the service!

After messing around three times with Royal Mail who failed to deliver my documents to Bahrain I gave up and found Parcel Monkey. They were extremely competitive, collected when they said they would...and delivered to the Client within 4 days.....excellent!

Overall experience was good although confirmation said courier would bring labels and he didnt. The booking process was excellent, pick up time and delivery time very good but Courier seemed a little half soaked to be honest.

as i used parcel monkey as a website is well designed and it has cheap prices but the box was delivered with a lot of scratches and ripped off which i am not happy about clearly you can see that the box wasnt carefully handed thanks for service

After my disappointment with one attempt (my package weighing 9 kilos and worth £150 could only be valued at a maximum of £20!), having to enter all details before discovering I could not proceed, Parcel Force turned up trumps: fulfilled my needs, collected on time and even provided their own labelling. I have now had confirmation of successful delivery, and at a very reasonable cost.

From the ease of arranging, filling in customs declarations and paying an unbelievably easy task. The collection was to the minute and delivered to Dubai with the 4 days, which fell over a weekend. Thanks again for an excellent prompt and economical service.

I have no problems using and booking through parcelmonkey. My only gripe is purely with parcelforce 24 hour delivery as youd think paying for 24 hours would at least include Saturday morning like many other services and like RoyalMail (considering they are one and the same). Oh well, I know for next time. Actual delivery was without issue and box arrived safely.

I have had an awful time, Im still waiting for my parcel to be collected. 8 days after it should have been!! My reference number doesnt get recognised with the courier, an you any contact anybody to speak to at parcel monkey!! Complete rubbish!!!!!

The confirmation email states that you will be given a 1 hour slot for collection, you wont, the delivery company dont offer this service but Parcel Monkey still advertise it knowingly! If you miss the collection (due to not being given a 1 hour slot and attending a funeral!) and re-schedule, you get a confirmation text again saying you will be informed of a 1 hour slot collection time, their second lie!! After having stayed in all day on my re-scheduled collection day, I got an email late afternoon saying that they would collect the parcel the next day! (3rd arranged collection!). This was not possible as I was going to work for a 12.5 hour shift! Luckily(!) they turned up later that evening despite me having received an email saying that they would not be collecting until the next day!! I will not be using Parcel Monkey again!

shame !!! had to send two parcel and when they came to pick them up I have not heard them because I was in the yard .. then their employees reebook my parcel and was told that there were technical problems- having could not find the address -Full fools! ! And now I want my money !!

Hi I had no issues, I did contact the actual parcel company at one point to make sure the transaction had gone through and that the driver would collect before 5pm. I hadnt used this site before and the package contained trophies for an event the following day. I was very happy with the service however.
The only sticking point was the website initially froze and created an error message when I was registering but a few minutes later my confirmation email arrived.
I will definitely use you again, the prices were very very competitive.

Handed it to another courier didnt reach person said address was wrong but it wasnt . I spend 45 mins on a call and still didnt get it resolved ! Dont know where my parcel is

Rubbish! My parcel was not picked up on the day it was booked although I had a tracking number for it, etc. After calling to complain, nothing has been done. I had to rebook it myself, I was issued another label, and I had to go through an awkward process to print and fix the new label to the parcel, as it was left with the reception at my work and I was away. I expect compensation for all my trouble, however I received no answer after complaining to your customer services representative. Shame!

This review refers to a previous identical shipment where an overcharge was made claiming my dimensions were wrong and the package was 6 times bigger than my measurements. The customer service was polite but totally ineffective. I pointed out that I had made this international shipment more than 6 times in the previous 12 months. (same contents, same addresses, same weight, same volume (+/- packing used). This was ignored and I had to approach my credit card company to resolve this. After around 8 messages back and forth I had had enough. I now keep a photograph of my package/label with measure as evidence - but still wonder if they would accept this in case of a dispute. It would be very helpful if their carrier (ParcelForce) were also to provide photographic evidence when dimensions are disputed. It seems likely that there was an additional package in their system with mine.

Asked for parcel to be collected from inside the porch if I was out. Unfortunately this message didnt transfer to the pick up, so the first attempt was wasted and I had to phone to rearrange. Once this was done, no problems.
