The process was fine until after Id paid. It then said if I needed a label I would be emailed one within two hours and I did not receive one. The next day (day of collection ) I had an email in the morning saying parcel to be collected today and label required. As the label needed to be sent to the company I was arranging collection at I could not send them the label from my account, it needed to be emailed. I tried to contact parcel monkey and the only way was by online chat. I tried many times and sent a message and received no response. Every time you leave the page (e.g. to try to find how to contact parcel force directly) it sends you to the back of the queue on the chat. No one ever responded. The parcel was due to be collected on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. I heard nothing at all but the parcel did turn up on Monday. I will not use this company again and would not recommend them.

Ive used Parcel Monkey on about half a dozen occasions. The website is easy to use, the information is all there and on each occasion, the transaction and delivery has gone without a hitch.

Easy to drop off at local site, quick and thorough, Impressed by the regular e.mails to be able to track my parcels, my client also had text messages to let them know before hand when they would arrive.

I expect to be able to print the label immediately whereas I had tom wait almost one hour. This took me by surprise as it does not happen with other parcel companies.

I used your service because you said the parcel would be delivered to the recipient within 6 days. The parcel in question was a birthday gift for a very significant occasion. The parcel still has not been delivered and is in fact held up in customs. To add to the horror of the situation the recipient has been told they have to pay the input duty before it can be released. As this is a "gift" this is totally unacceptable to me. If there was input duty to be paid surely you should have let me know at the time of placing the order - and surely there must be a way of pre-paying this so that the recipient does not have to "pay" for their own gift! To say I am unhappy with this situation is to grossly understate the case.

I was worried as Parcel monkey came in cheapest to send a large parcel to Dublin and I thought the service might be rubbish, but they were great from start to finish. Picked up from my office when they said they would and the parcel arrived in Ireland 2 days later. Would recommend.

cheap and quick delivery but trying to track parcel is terrible and parcel monkey need to update there system as its so far behind actual tracking events....otherwise great service and will use again

Parcel Monkey dont have a customer telephone number which is unhelpful, so if you come across any issues you cant resolve them quickly and conveniently.

Fantastic service! Easy to use website, ideal for first time user like me. Labels and customs invoices for printing out received by email, along on the dashboard on website. Emails sent reminding me of pick up. Also got message advising the 1 hour time slot that the courier would pick up parcel. Was able to track it right through to delivery. Would recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone!

I had a sewing machine collected and i insured it just incase, they broke it on the way to america so i put a claim in, they just told me that the claim was canceled and said it was a prohibited item, but yet they still collected it and delivered it from uk to america !!!! They are total liers and i will mot be using there trashy service again RIP OFFS !!!!

IMPRESSED WITH COMMUNICATION AND COLLECTION.
MY HUSBAND BEING DISABLED CANNOT COPE WITH LARGE PACKAGES SO THE COLLECTOR WAS MOST POLITE AND HELPFUL. TIME BOOKED AND DELIVERY RESULTED IN A SPEEDY AND SURE PICK UP AND DELIVERY WHICH DELIGHTED THE RECEIVER OF OUR PACKAGED BICYCLE.
WOULD DEFINATELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Managed to get a huge box of clothes over to my daughter in Greece for less than £40 which I think is really reasonable!
Pick up from my home included and delivered straight to Athens!

Cheaper than anywhere else, I only ever use the drop off at post office option but labels come through fast (usually around 30 mins) and both parcels I have sent have arrived promptly and to their location

the service was dreadful, I paid for a parcel force service, I arranged for the parcel to be collected from my place of work, I arranged and paid for it on the Sunday, for collection on the Monday, Monday came no collection, Tuesday came no collection Wednesday I rang parcel force to complain, to be told it would be collected that day, come 3pm still no collection so I ran over the postoffice to see if it could be sent from there, and no it couldn,t because I had paid on line, so I went back to work and met the parcel force delivery driver in the street, he knew nothing about having a collection from our address, even though he went to shop next door, the parcel was going to my sister in france, whos birthday it is today the 23rd, I thought I had posted it in good time to get there, but she has had no delivery today, and to top it all, she is suffering with breast cancer having chemo therepy has lost all her hair , and the parcel had a wig, and hats enclosed, so she hasnt even been able to go out today ( on her birthday ) great a job well done NOT

I put my trust in Parcel Monkey to collect and deliver an item that I had sold via Ebay. I found a range of couriers to choose from with good rates and next day collection. The parcel was delivered as promised the only downside was that it was not covered for compensation incase of damage which was a bit of a disappointment. All in all I was very happy with the service.

Great service, just waiting for my parcel to clear customs at the other end. The price was one of the cheapest I could find but everything has gone smoothly. The only little niggle I have is I wasnt given an approximate time for parcel collection, not even am or pm. Wouldve been more convenient if Id had some idea when the parcel was to be collected

I had not realised it was so simple. I had bought some boots and had to return them. The shop mentioned Parcel Monkey. Parcel sending has now become a whole lot easier and cheaper.

I was so pleased when you delivered my first parcels, by DPD. They were a fantastic services ,
BUT sending my Second Parcels Ive had not but trubble , the compy. Is parcel fores , they didnt turn up, I got no tracking number, so I dont know where my parcel is going , thanks Sheena Chambers xxx
