This was my first time using Parcel Monkey. I chose Parcel Force drop off service to deliver a parcel from the UK to the USA, as a friend needed to drop it for me, and it wasnt convenient for courier collection. I was a bit unsure about using Parcel Force, but the parcel made it safely and quickly to the address in the States at a much cheaper price through Parcel Monkey than going direct to Parcel Force.
A great service. Will absolutely use Parcel Monkey again, particularly for international shipping.

The arrangement was for parcel force next day delivery. 3 packages were uplifted yet only two were delivered the next day the outstanding one was delivered the following day. Overall a very good service and I would recomend you to friends and family.

I had a 17 kg parcel to deliver as a result of a sale on ebay, the prices offered for a Parcelforce delivey were so much cheaper than on the actual parcelforce website I that was worried Parcel Monkey might be too good to be true. Everything worked out very nicely though and my parcel was collected and delivered as advertised. I would certainly consider using Parcel Monkey again for heavy or bulky items.

parcel monkey thinks that if you tick all boxes, means you agree to what ever is in there benefits, you cant make a claim, you cant call them, they give you only 3 days to come up with photos for your claim, not knowing that my self had to wait for photos from my customers. I have sold an army box, it has been damaged in transit, but because my customer use it as coffee table, which it is her right, tey want pay the claim because she used the word coffee table in her email to me, in which when I filed up the shipment form it clearly says army box. so what do you call that ???? im opinion that they are no good.

Needed to return a bike, the first service shown said it would cost £7.99. I thought this was excellent value... until it came to measuring the packaging. Then it returned some more services, the cheapest one being over £35!! I was shocked that it would cost that much to send a bike back. I didnt have a choice, so I went ahead. I would never use these services again.

Hello, Firstly - most of contacts with your staff were excellent and when i asked for various price offers, i received them quickly. Well done in that sense! Problems, however, started when i booked a pickup of my parcels. I added requested pick up time into comments (as this field was there available) but it does not seem that this info reached to courier (DPD). As pick up by company was scheduled for time when i was not available and for whatever reason DPD help line was not able to reach courier to reschedule pick up, i had to take parcels to DPD collection depot by myself. While this above was mostly trouble with DPD, i did contact your customer service first (as i booked service from your page) but your agent was not able to help by saying that we dont have control over courier, after which i was forwarded to DPD helpdesk (not transferred but asked to dial) Thats sort of fine as it was not your company who was handling pick up but i would have expected more help with getting pick up sorted from your company as i used your website to book a pick up in first place. So, to sum up - please look over your procedures of how client queries on already booked pick ups are being handled and try to be more helpful towards client. Having said that, DPD cusomer service failed spectaculary and im quite sure, i will be using their service in future only if there is no other option (again, that goes for DPD, not you) Other than that, my parcels arrived today and im happy with that! Other companys out there are just as good but cheeper after getting this order i then reised i could got cheeper else where but it was too late to cancel so out of the option i had to go with you but service was ok ?

I paid extra money to Parcel Monkey to insure my item against loss or damage, for my parcel to be collected for me when it arrived via parcel force the bottom of the item was damaged it was a Blueair 650E air purifier however it was in perfect working condition but the castors at the bottom of the unit were damaged, parcel monkey wanted to inspect the unit they said they may??? keep ownership of it but i thought they meant while they were inspecting it, so i sent it off to them so they could inspect the damage to the unit, they have offered me £199.99 in compensation but that they were going keeping my item that i paid for (They are not going to return my item back to me) I mean its my item that i originally paid for + I paid extra money for it to be insured in-case it got lost or damaged + it works perfectly well it just doesnt roll about because the castors on the bottom of it are damaged i will not be able to get another unit in that condition for £199.99 + they parcel monkey have refused to return my item back to me!!!, I mean what are they going to do with it??? I want it back i would rather have it back then accept their compensation i will never ever use this company again i mean why do they want to keep your items + I say again what are they going to do with my item???, if you do use this company and your item is damaged never ever send it to them for inspection because you will never ever get your item back what a stupid company policy is that,i mean why do parcel monkey want to keep your item what will they do with it????? my advice is always use other parcel comparison websites to send or receive your items, I will never use parcel monkey to ship or collect my goods again + I recommend that you never to use parcel monkey ever!!!!, Just to update this review after many emails between me + parcel monkey they agreed to send my item back to me BUT I would NOT receive any of my compensation, I mean what did I pay the extra money for in the 1st place but to insure my item in-case it got lost or damaged + when it did arrive in a damaged condition you either get some compensation But you dont get to keep your item OR you get your item back but dont get any compensation how crazy is that!!!,I mean what a stupid company policy is that!!! I will Never use Parcel Monkey ever again + I can only advise you not to use them either.

Very satisfied with my experience as there is enough info to choose from given the comparative quotes. The only improvement suggestion would be to have an idea on the time of collection, such as either am or pm would be of tremendous help.

Parcel Monkey enabled us to send 2 loud speakers and their stands to Germany which previously we thought would have been too expensive and complicated. Parcel Monkey provided us with a cheap and simple option.

Parcel has not been collected at the first attempt, because Parcel monkey not supplied collection man with delivery address, same happened on second attempt, decide to gave them a last chance and guess what, nobody turned up at all on a day of third collection. People, don`t waste your time and don`t hang your money with this careless company.

I used this time parcel force all good when I have used yodel I have had nothing but trouble and you are never any help you only want feedback when you know all has gone well would be nice if you listened more when yodel get it wrong so much will use you but only with parcel force more money but reliable

Tried parcel monkey for a first time with no issues. This (second and last) time I selected DPD as the carrier. Three failed pick-ups and no communication from either party. No way of explanation or apology. Takes five days for a refund apparently. Cant contact the customer services except by an incredibly poor online chat system where the operator takes an age and answers with no helpful information. I used this for a business delivery and it has caused me huge embarrassment .. Wlll not be using again.

I am disappointed with the service I received recently. I booked early morning on the 4 Aug and it stated collection will be that day. Parcel force collected the following day. I have customers requesting delivery by a certain date, and if I book a collection, one would expect it to be collected on the date stated.

I needed to post a large parcel from the UK to France and this was the easiest way to get that done - much easier than trawling the many courier websites and I found a much cheaper service than Royal Mail. It made the whole thing very easy, I was able to print the packing label no problem, plus I was kept up to date with the collection times etc.. Very happy and will definitely be using again. Thank you!

Booked a collection in the morning for a parcel to be delivered to Jersey. Parcel collected in the afternoon and delivered within 48hrs. Perfect. Will definitely use parcelmonkey in future.
