quoted 4-6 days delivery but it took 18 and that was with chasing it up. The tracking is terrible and just said international hub for a long time. Use Courier if you need something on time. This company is UTTER DOG ****

I found the website quite easy to understand, entering the details of my parcel was straight forward, I chose my prefered carrier and printed off the labels, carrier collected parcel from my home at 4pm and my daughter received it 16 hrs later.brilliant.

When we order some delivery or something,you just send a message like tomorrow we pick up our parcel.but we just stay all day at home and we wait.i think better for everyone when you get a time.i mean "we pick up your parcel this day 12-17"or something like this.everyone happy because not stay at home all day but they have time when you come in.

Sent out two parcels on a next day service to one customer via Parcel Monkey using Parcel Force. Customer rang us to say they only received one parcel, we rang Parcel Force direct to be told that sorry but one of the parcels was still at hub! They assured us this would be delivered on the Saturday, however, it was not delivered until the Monday. Unfortunately we have experienced this problem before and when you try and ring the people you book it through they just blame the courier involved so despite paying for next day service if it does not happen you do not get a refund which we feel is wrong.

The driver refused to take the package until we added more packaging. He promised to return the following day and never did. I have paid for this item and yet they have never come to collect it.

Needed to send a parcel abroad and looked at the normal suspects, DHL, Fed Ex & TNT They were not only painful to set up on line but all required some sort of minimum spend. Went onto the Parcel Force website and that turned out to be twice as expensive as going through Parcel Monkey.
Collection was within an hour and super easy to set up and track your parcel.
Before looking to send a package here or in Europe, look at these guys first.

Parcel Monkey are very good, used many times. However, used DPD this time vi Parcel Monkey and the service was bad. Dropped off at a Halfords pickup point. Parcel meant to be next day delivery, however took DPD 3 days to pick up from store and a further 2 days to deliver.

Managed to get a parcel to Germany for £20 which included added insurance up to £1000, whilst the same service through their website would have cost me over £80 without added insurance.
I dropped the parcel to the post office Wednesday lunch time and it arrived in German Friday morning.
I did find this website to be a little awkward to navigate at first. It didnt seem to want to recognise I wasnt sending a parcel within the UK (despite selecting international delivery) until I selected the service I wanted and then put in the full destination details. But even so, I would definitely use again!

Hassle free. Easy to compare prices. One thing to improve upon is to give an average time of when the delivery will be picked up by the courier.

This has been going on since August. Part of parcel was lost by parcelforce. Paid carriage guarantee, but parcel monkey refusing to pay compensation as they say item was not damaged. Having to take them to court to get my money back. Nightmare.

Parcel was collected on time by a pleasant man. Sadly it hasnt arrived at the destination yet but tomorrow is the 7th day so I am still hoping. I will be so sad if it doesnt get there as it is full of aid for refugees in Greece. I have 3 more large boxes to send but am waiting to see if this one arrives. Difficult to give it stars but if it arrives tomorrow I would give it 5 stars.
