I booked the delivery late Sunday evening, received a text on Monday morning to give me a one hour collection slot for the courier. Courier arrived as advised Monday lunchtime, Parcel delivered to recipient in Sardinia on Friday afternoon. Tracking was easy with multiple updates at every stage of the journey. All in all a great service at a very competitive price.

My parcel took exactly a week which isnt bad but I had hoped it would be there by Friday or Saturday which meant it was a little stressful on monday.... but reasonably priced and efficient enough service

I sent two parcels through Parcel Monkey website and DSD courier. I will just one review valid for both deliveries.

Honestly... at the very beginnig I thought everything was too easy that I was well expecting something to go wrong.

Again great service, the price for the Collection / Delivery, was cheaper than RM quoted me on their website. Parcel Monkey will always be my first port of call from now on.

Booked a pickup and had to cancel it (my mistake, screwed up with when I had a day off). Stuck a mail through to get it cancelled and despite them not being able to completely call the courier (DPD) off, a full refund was done along with money to cover the charge for missed pickup.
Considering how it could have gone, this is very good service in the age of faceless internet companies. Was kept informed, they offered a settlement fee to cover money paid, was accepted and in my account a few days later.... thats pretty decent. As theyre also one of the cheapest places for getting packages shipped, I cant think of much else that Id want better so... full 5 star.

Rubbish wouldnt use again or reccomend driver text to say he had been but wasnt in funny I was sat waiting for them couldnt come back same day so had to drive over 10 miles to take parcel to depot try to call no number tried to email no email address only address to write to beware!

PM have been as helpful as possible getting my quote, my 21 parcels collected within the advised one hour time window, and adjusting the delivery date to Friday 7 Aug. DPD local depot Blagnac Cedex received the shipment on Thursday, 06 Aug 2015 05:32 with a request to deliver on the Friday. The shipment has important goods required for our new home - such as items of bedding and IT equipment . But having received the goods on Thursday and in spite of Lorena most helpfully calling DPD from the UK, the local courier has failed to deliver. DPD advertise 3 day delivery. The goods were collected on Thursday 30th and still have not been delivered by EoB Friday 7 Aug. They cannot place the blame on the Calais disruption. I would like to know why they have failed on their promise when they have had the goods at the local depot or on in the delivery vehicle for 36 hours - please advise. . . . so Parcel Monkey good, DPD has let themselves and its customer down.

Delivery time from Parcel force specified as 3-4 days (this was the reason I purchased their service) actual delivery time 6-7. May not be the fault of Parcel Monkey - clear easy to use site.

I used parcel monkey to xollect a parcel from south wales I must say they collected it on time as requested delivery on the other hand a little different . 3 times tried to deliver and 3 times was out tried to get reposted on saturday but it would cost an extra 15 pound. But I guess tgats not parcel monkeys fault. On the whole a vwry good parcwl company
