Found it to be simple and easy to use the Web site. dropping off at a local shop made it quicker than waiting in all day for a collection and the cost well how do they do it for that price? Well done parcel monkey

Sending a large package to Australia was a daunting prospect, so much conflicting advice on paperwork and costs. Parcel Monkey allow you to choose the most convenient option and guide you through each stage from packaging guidelines, relevant paperwork, collection and tracking the parcel once it is on its way. There is also a chat room where you can discuss any issues throughout the process. My 20kg box seemed to arrive before Id even sent it! The whole stress free experience was less than a week, very efficient indeed. Thank you PM

Couldnt of asked for better service. Shame the DPD 48 hour delivery took over a week but thats another problem 😴

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Parcel Force. I sent six parcels from UK to Norway. My items were collected within a day after the order and delivered within four-five working days to my new address after the collection. I could easily track my parcels. I did not come across any problem at all. I would suggest people that they should provide a detailed list of all items in the parcels. This may avoid any trouble in customs. This is what I did at least. Thanks very much for quick collection and safe&prompt delivery.

Had problem I clicked on drop @ post office but came up for collection and collection didnt happen.Same thing next day and when I asked for drop off label was told it was drop off
So had wasted 2days waiting for collection and eventually dropped at Post Office.
However found out live talk very helpful in sorting problem out.

The parcel was picked up and sent to the other side of the world within a couple of days. (From UK to NZ). So much less hassle than lining up at the post office, and also cheaper.
