I booked roughly 4 different collections through parcel monkey of which none were ever collected. I am unsure of whether this is fault of parcel monkey or the couriers they use however you should not be able to book a collection if the courier cannot facilitate it. Not booking through parcel monkey again as I will never know if my parcels will be collected or not!

The service is efficient, and at a reasonable price. I would have appreciated an indication of the collection time. Even a rough one. I had to stay at home until the courier arrived.

I had a parcel going to Portugal. The address was correct and used previously. The delivery time was 3-4 days. 3-4 weeks later I found out the parcel was just sitting in a depot in Faro. Since then I have tried to find out what happened using Parcel Monkey support but they have not given me an answer nearly two weeks later. The courier was DPD.

I use different courier services on a daily basis and struggle to see how parcel monkey can operate a 24hr after delivery claim deadline. I sell using ebay and it usually takes me 24-48 hours to gather the information needed to make a claim and thats if the buyer notifies me straight away. My first parcel went to the wrong address and parcel monkey would not accept responsibility until the buyer provided cctv from the adjacent apartment block even thought she had already provided proof it hadnt arrived at her building at the said time and was signed for by a different person. My second parcel no problems. 3rd damaged and because the lady took more than 24hrs to provide pictures and details I cannot claim so Im now £99 out of pocket with postage charges added to damaged item.

My parcel was returned to country of origin UK by delivery company Parcel Force because it was going to Sicily which absurdly does not qualify for delivery in Italy. A bizarre excuse as firstly, Sicily is in Italy, and secondly, the same address was used for a similar parcel using Parcel Force through Parcel Monkey exactly one year ago with absolutely no problems. Having spoken to Parcel Force directly they were unable to advise me on my specific issue as only Parcel Monkey are able to do this. They were able, however, to verify the fact that they do deliver to Sicily and confirm that the given address was perfectly valid. Meanwhile Parcel Monkey are unable to offer any telephone support and have simply responded that my account will be refunded, leaving my parcel in UK while I am here in Sicily with the choice of either resending directly through Parcel Force and paying more than double or physically going over there and carrying it on the plane myself. An altogether disappointed experience after having recommended Parcel Monkey to many friends and colleagues who, like me, spend their time working and travelling between two countries and need to send parcels internationally to avoid the inconvernience and cost of extra baggage on flights.

A little difficult to book the service as I kept missing a box I had to tick but instead of highlighting anywhere what I had missed it kept taking me back to the beginning of the form. However once that was sorted they picked up my parcels on time and I was able to track them on line easily. A bit bemused as sent 3 boxes together and 2 were delivered 4 days fter collection and the last one arrived 2 days later. However very pleased with the service and I would definitely recommend.

Happy with easer of website, but Parcel force got my address wrong for pick up, cancelled pick up late on a Friday with a poor explanation about a van breakdown and then took all day to collect on the next working day. Next time I wont be using parcel force communication was terrible.

Ill never use Royal Mail for international deliveries again! A quarter of the price and collection to boot! Convent beyond belief and delivered in under a week! Will def use the site again. My only negative is not forcing the couriers to narrow down delivery times - definitely need better customer service in that area.

Ive booked five collections from two addresses and only one of them was successful. The packages were time sensitive hence it had a hugely negative impact on my business. Will be going with Fedex in future.

I used Parcel Monkey having had a good experience with them a few years ago and recommending them to others in the interim. I booked and paid for 4 - 7 day delivery. After 7 working days I contacted them, they said theyd look into it then didnt get back to me. I have had to chase them relentlessly for them to eventually admit that they have lost my package. They now want 28 days to process a claim - so thats 17 days of waiting for them to no fulfil my order then a further 28 for them to hopefully refund the money. I had chosen Parcel Monkey because they offered the quickest delivery time (package was for a friends baby due in a couple of days) now what with having to wait for them to refund me, I cannot get another package to my friend in time. Nor can I replace the personal items of my sons that I sent for her baby. The loosing of my package is bad enough but hanging onto my money for the best part of 6 weeks and none of the staff giving a stuff about it really isnt on. Obviously I will never use this company again.

First, Parcel Monkey enabled me to find a company (Parcelforce) that would collect and deliver my parcel (from Somerset to Paris) at exactly half the price charged by the Post Office, with home collection, tracking and 3-day delivery (none of which was offered by the Post Office)
Second, the service proposed was delivered faultlessly: collection from home the day I put in the order; tracked delivery to Paris three days later.
Finally I shall certainly use Parcel Monkey for all my future parcels.

Used these guys twice in the last month . I generally use collect plus but had 2 valuable consignments that needed insurance for £400 cover each. Parcelforce won hands down via this company, around an extra £5 instead of £18 with most other companies.
Both delivered without drama despite my reservations with parcelforce.
Well done.
I wish they were easier to contact but understand, theyd probably be overwhelmed and have to employ more staff to do this.

I have used Parcel Monkey for the second time and I will definitely keep using them going forward. I have recently sent a small parcel to South Africa and not only the price was extremely competitive but the service smooth and efficient. I was able to see and track the details via the online dashboard portal... I will definitely recommend parcel monkey.

PLACED AN ORDER TO MALTA, PAID IN ADVANCE, THEN ONLY WEHEN NO-ONE SHOWED TO COLLECT THE PARCEL DID I NOTICE THAT THEY COULDNT DELIVER TO MALTA. NO ONE CALLED TO EXPLAIN THIS, AND WHEN I HAD TO CALL THEM AND ASK FOR IT TO BE REFUNDED, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS! ROBBERS WITH A POORLY DEVELOPED WEBSITE

Have used parcel monkey several times and is usually ok. However on this occasion I booked 2 parcels to go to China, which resulted in being cancelled due to wrong information by a very unhelpful gentle man on the live chat called Kevin. Not one apology was given or even a resolution to the issue when I asked to cancel... surely good customer service would be to find a solution for customers rather than just a cancellation?

Very happy with the service. Booked up one day - collected next day and delivered 48 hours after the collection as promised. Customer has confirm that the goods were delivered in a good condition.

The process of finding a courier, paying, receiving label for package and collection was very good.
My only suggestion is that a time slot for collection would be useful, either am (say before 1pm) or pm (ftom1pm to 6pm). Still a long time to wait in but not a whole day wasted.

Have used parcel monkey before with no problem but on this occation not so, 2 failed collection as parcel force hadnt pasted the right collection info over then was ment to be then put on a 24hr but didnt arrive for 3 days
