Parcel Monkey are great value for heavier deliveries on the Parcelforce 24 service. Later booking time than other brokers means they are the best choice for me when orders are placed with us later in the day.

Used Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey. UK to US. I was told "2-4 days" delivery. 6 days later, nothing, no parcel shown at other end. And when I go to Parcel Forces website to track my order, the tracking system is always "unavailable". Very disappointing for me and the recipient.

Delivery was completed promptly and efficiently. Tracking updates were correct and has no issues with booking the shipment. Would recommend and use again.

All was going well with a delivery to India untill I recieved an email from the Indian couriers in Delhi saying the courier service wasnt available to the destination and could I give an alternate address! After much faffing about and favours asked I managed to get an alternative address in Chandigarth. Come on parcel monkey at least make sure you CAN deliver parcels.

We use parcel monkey all the time and had rarely had any issues. This time the parcel wasnt collected until 2 days later than stated. This didnt look good for us towards the customer receiving the parcel.
