horrible service! birthday card came to late, since the card came 3 days late! so why should you pay for something to be delivered in 2 days, when it takes 5 days to deliver it? waste of money!

The delivery all went according to plan with no problems. Because of this I have no experience of how Parcel Monkey handle problems and that is what really counts.

Used parcel monkey to send a package...chose dpd as they have a one hour time slot...was kept informed every step of the way...brilliant service and most importantly parcel did not get lost as has happened to me with myHermes. ..would choose parcel monkey and did every time

After a slow start Tracking says nothings happened on this for 4 days - I havent heard from my customer so I assume it got there OK, if not its late

Second time parcel is send to South Africa, and get stuck there at customs with no follow-up, no phone calls to speed it up. Poor service.

I stuck with Parcel Monkey even though my first experience was disappointing - parcel from London to California took nearly 3 weeks even though Asendia said 4-7 days. This time I chose Parcel Force who said 4 days and hey presto parcel collected Monday delivered to California on Friday! Spot on! Tracking was also better with Parcel Force. Parcel Monkey is a brilliant way of comparing prices (just be careful which courier you go with), collection is fantastic, they picked up from my place of work which was really convenient and prices are so much lower than the Post Office. I will definitely use again.

After filling in our details we were offered a choice of providers with prices enabling us to make an informed decision. We selected Parcel Force and our package was collected at 3.30pm and reached its destination (240 miles away) just less than 24 hours later.

A week after I sent my package I have only now discovered it has not even been picked up from the drop off point. I only discovered this because I checked with the package recipient. No one at parcel monkey told me anything ! Since I can not communicate via phone ( no phone numbers !!) I have been left to communicate via email. One saving grace is they do get back to you promptly but my package is still MIA. I wish I had just used Courier it FEDEX as least they are reliable and u can contact them !!!!!

Parcel Monkey found me the best price for a letter to Dubai from London, and it was delivered successfully, but after an estimate of "1-3" days, it arrived late on the 3rd day, causing some anxiety. Also, there was no drop-off potential to get it on its way over the weekend

First time I have used Parcel monkey. Set up collection last week and was sent carriage label. However it was a no show so repeated the collection on line and parcel collected within 24 hours. Will use again as good price and intuitive screen experience

Parcel Monkeys website easy to use, found me a handful of couriers, I picked Parcelforce - they collected my parcel on the day as promised, I used Express 24 & 48hrs later my parcel has still not been delivered.. I am very disappointed with Parcelforce/ Royal mail.. Parcel Monkey, are looking into it on my behalf & get 5 Stars all day long.. The 1 Star is for Parcelforce..

I sent a 10kg parcel to Austrailia , (my daughter is there )I think it took her longer to get there as my parcel was collected on the monday afternoon my daughter recieved it on thursday morning of the same week, amazingI will be using parcel monkey again, thanks for the great service

I used Parcel Monkey to send a large package from the UK to Czech Republic. It was by far the lowest quote from all the couriers I looked at and it arrived safely in just 4 days. A great service.

An easy to use and efficient site. Annoying that there were character limitations in the address which was strange as the address was as long as it was.
However we found the best deal for our shipment and it was very efficient.

The company, Parcel Force, came to collect the parcels one day later. Five days after, they brought them back and they are still in our office. The work we paid for has not been done.

I recently had to send a large amount of comics to Scotland from Northern Ireland. The initial price came up at £13which I was very impressed with. The buyer paid and I processed the order.
However, as I approached the payment page, the price jumped to £25. This was very annoying, but it got worse as this wasnt even the total cost including tax!
Having said this, it was all cheaper than most other couriers and the service was quick and efficient.

Must be about the tenth time I have used the service and never had a problem. Order process is simple with clearly priced delivery options. Collection and delivery have always been on time.

Love the online comparison and reliable pick up of my parcels. I am using them regularly to ship things all over Europe and so far its just perfect. Fast, reliable and relatively cheap. I especially appreciate the pick up at home.
