I booked and paid for a drop off and deliver on 26th August, on the 30th I found out that my parcels were still where Id left them. I called the proposed courier directly, they said that ParcelMonkey had neglected to tell them of my parcels existence, now I fear bad feedback on my sellers account.

I have never used this service before and I needed something sent urgently. The driver turned up for the parcel within a couple of hours. Very efficient and I would use them again.

Paid about 50% of the fee compared to going direct to the courier service (UK Post Parcel Force) but got the same service with the parcel (12kg) of excess clothes (not needed for the remainder of my holidays in Europe) delivered from drop off in regionsl England Post Office to my residential address in regional Australia (NSW) in 4 days.
No issues and tracked all the way for peace of mind. Would recommend and use again.

I tried to use Parcem Monkey for the first time and selected DPD collect (which was actually drop-off) and took it to two drop-off locations and neither would work as the label was missing a second barcode apparently. Emailed Parcel Monkey as they dont have a contact phone number and they couldnt solve the issue. Had to refund me. So I had to resort to taking it to the post office after wasting 3 days trying to post via DPD. Wouldnt recommend. Might be cheaper but much more convenient to use the post office.

I had not used Parcel Monkey before. Got cheap rates to Croatia and chose ParcelForce who arrived to pick up the parcel two hours after I booked. It took a week to get to Croatia which is fine. I saved about twenty pound by using this service. Impressed.

Easy to use, lots of updates so you know whats going on, easy to track your parcel which in my case got to France in 3 days. Well impressed especially when Parcel Force was going to take 10 days and cost 3 times as much. Ill definitely be using this service again

I was nervous in the beginning as I had read bad reviews but this was a great service. I used parcelforce. They collected my parcel on time and it arrived to Ireland within 2 working days with no delays or hassle.
The only thing I would recommend people to do it to ensure when you place your order that you go into your account and update all your details. That way nothing should go wrong.
I had a great experience anyway and at the prices they are offering, I will definitely use parcel monkey again.

My package was collected last Wednesday by Parcel Force for Express 24 service. Its disappeared. Here we are a week later. Parcel Force say its Parcel Monkeys responsibility. Am very upset.

They did not pick up the parcel on time, on two separate booked occasions, with no explanation. I had to pay an extra £200 to deliver my goods, through a different supplier. Customer service throughout was terrible

Ive never used a quicker service in my life! Very simple to use website and it took the driver 45mins to collect the item after Id selected which service I wanted. Could not be easier and I even saved money this way. Definately use again!

I placed an order 5 (five!) weeks ago and my parcel has not been delivered yet. According to DPD (the courier) Parcel Monkey didnt forward the necessary information to allow them to another courier, not even upon request. I urged Parcel Monkey to get in touch with DPD several times, which the members of the "support" centre obviously refused to do. Instead, after a few weeks, the contract was cancelled against my will (you should find the respective correspondence with the "support"-centre). My questions as regards recovery for the damages occurred due to breach of contract have not been answered yet. Neither have I received a refund.

I used the DPD service where you drop your parcel off at a local shop - which is great if you dont want to wait at home all day.
Unfortunately, when I dropped the parcel off, neither of the staff knew how to process the parcel and asked for the Tracking Number which I didnt have (its actually one of the many codes on the label). They had to wait until the following day when the manager was in to process it.
I also got several emails telling me that my parcel was going to be collected and that I had to be in to ensure collection - which was slightly worrying. But, in the end we worked out what the Tracking Number was, it got collected and then delivered safely.
Its a good value service, but the systems need a bit of reviewing to make them seamless. Having used it once I would use it again.
