Everything was as promised, the only down side is, when I received the confirmation email that mentions the delivery slot, the address was different, but it was delivered to the correct one

Promised to collect & deliver in 5 days, U.K. to U.S.A., and that is exactly what they did. 2nd time i have used parcel monkey, and would recommend to anyone.
The thing i just cant get my head around is that i chose to use parcel force through parcel monkey, and the price was half what i would have been charged at the post office. Not complaining at all, but would love to know why this is. Surely the Post office should be able to be the cheapest, as its part of the post office set up! AND parcel monkey picks the parcel up from your door, so no humping down to the P.O., no queuing, AND you get a signature on delivery!!!! parcel force at the P.O. was even more expensive for this option!
Well done, my monkey mate! will be using you next time, and, with this level of service, every time in the future!

Have used Parcel Monkey a few times now. Never a problem. The whole process is so simple, a few clicks and pickup is arranged within a couple of days. Never dealt with customer service as never had any complaints!

Simple to get a quote sand to print the label. The booking and sending process was seamless including the well scheduled collection by DPD and - very impressively - the changeover to the French courier Chronopost. Best of all, my 10kg parcel arrived a day earlier than estimated. Will go through parcel monkey again.

The service was good, I would use it again. The only issue was, Id picked the Parceforce 48 and assumed it would be delivered within 48hrs however, this was not the case.

Going to the Post Office will leave you out of pocket compared to finding the best delivery rates on line from Parcel Monkey which include offers from RM and Parcelforce not available on their own sites.

Had to send parcel to south Korea Despite having full address which was given to me through ebay and paypal they could not find it !!! So what did they do ??? Left me waiting in for parcel to be collected When i eventually logged on it took another day for me to find out the problem I had send a refund and lost out on my payment for collection which was £27 Not goid enough

We urgently needed to get a parcel of about 300 g to an elderly relative who had left something behind when visiting us. The procedure was pleasantly un-bureaucratic and not even very expensive. The recipient was delighted to receive the item the day after, even before 12 noon.

Sent a small box which was checked in the depot and found to be 0.5 kg over what we declared and got charged (money taken direct from my account without authorisation) £111 Shocking service wont use again

My parcel didnt turn up I had to ring round several depots getting passed from pillar to post then when I finally found out where it was (camden depot) the lady I spoke to called hazel was one of the rudest people Ive ever spoke to, said she couldnt tell me when the parcel would be delivered and wouldnt be able to find it so I could collect it myself, she took my number and said she may call me back. I didnt wait for them to return my all I went to the depot where the man on reception found my parcel in minutes

Sent a parcel from Chester, Uk to Doha, Qatar. All timings for pick up and delivery were exact. Website easy to use custom forms etc. easy to understand.

Had a large parcel to return to Germany. Collected it from my work on the Tuesday and was tracked all the way there. Had email and text when parcel had arrived at destination 2 days later on the Thurs. Well impressed

I had to wait 9 days to be told the parcel had not been delivered because the custom forms were missing - which was not true! No contact number or means to get in touch. I will never use them again!

Sadly Parcelforce failed to show up for my collection - I waited in all day - nothing! Then had about half an hour on the phone to their customer services who in fairness sorted out another collection for today, which has been honoured. Pointless paying for express 24 as it was 24 hours late!!

The collection went very smoothly; it would do bearing in mind that the Parcelforce driver was more local than us. The delivery was a complete f"34ing nightmare, and, as at the time of writing, is still undelivered. The recipient has finally decided that the best course of action is to get the item, a pushchair, delivered to the local Post Office; one can only hope that the driver knows where that is! Theres nothing difficult about the address or its location - its well known at the post Office and by all delivery and utility drivers et al. One can only guess at what the personnel were thinking when trying to deliver this item.......it beggars belief that an item guaranteed delivery within 48 hours is still at the bloody depot 8 days later. An absolute shower - avoid at all costs.

We have always been very satisfied with the service but on this occasion the parcel. although picked up from us on time, did not arrive at the delivery address until a day later than indicated when we booked. This was especially disappointing for us as it was due to arrive on our daughters birthday.

The only thing that did worry me (and Im not sure if this was Parcel Monkeys fault or the delivery service they used) but I received an email telling me where the parcel was going to be delivered - which was not the address on the label on the parcel. The parcel actually was delivered to the right address, but I couldnt find a contact number for the delivery firm to check this.

Booked a small van for a direct delivery to ensure our products were protected, but instead we got a large van with very little space left inside it so products were not protected as hoped! Also not a direct delivery!

I book a pick up on the 28/8/15 for 1/9/15, but no pick up was made. email you on the 2/9/15, you told me pick up on 3/9/15. did not happen?? I call DPD and they said that no pick up was booked from Parcel Monkey. as the parcel had to be delivered latest Friday, I had to go to the post office and mail it on overnight which cost me £17.88 instad of the parcel monkey of £7.65 + I had to walk to the post office and back including waiting time. took be 11/2 hour. I am not Happy
