We have dropped off three parcels on Sunday night at one of local drop off points (Halfords) and expected the parcels to be picked up on Monday morning. The postage was for Europe and when we looked at the delivery times on the website it said 4-5 days delivery to that specific country. Therefore we were expecting the packages to be delivered by Friday/Saturday in that week. It was important to us that they get delivered on time as they were birthday presents for my nephews. On Thursday night (4 days after we dropped them off) we checked the tracking number and found out that our parcels havent been even picked up from the drop of point!!! Theyve been there since Sunday and nobody bothered to pick them up. After we sent them an email queering this they have told us that parcels will be picked up on the following day (Friday), which is too late for us. I just hope that my family receive these parcels now but and I will NOT be using this company again (massive let down!!!). The whole point of us using this company was to get our post quickly and safely to my family, but that hasnt happened yet!!!

Reasonable priced overseas shipping however my parcel got picked up last Friday (20th November) with a 3-4 day delivery time it is now Saturday (28th November) and the parcel has not arrived. Not happy with this service at all the person st the other end urgently requires the parcel!

What a marvellous website parcel monkey is. I needed a collection, they gave me the cheapest quotes and before I knew it was booked and delivered within 2 days. Will use again for sure

DHL wanted £54 to send documents to Qatar 3-5 days delivery. Parcel Monkey found a company for £14.95 who collected on Monday and Delivered on Wednesday. Well done Parcel Monkey

I send a big and heavy box which was worth nearly £350 in UK back to 2013 ,unfortunately has been lost because I did not insure it they have not offer me any thing,I stupidly trust them again and send another parcel a bout 40 days ago and the parcel has not been delivered yet I keep contacting them by email, sending lots of different form and documents but they dont know whats going on. I would not recommend them better to pay a bit more but not having headache.

I shipped a phone from the uk to bahrain I was told 10 days so the goods got they in 5. And then even though we had the right address the company wouldnt deliver and I tried to find a number to call but dpd dont have telephone number so its not a good service

I used parcel force Bad service send new laptop to Malta and stuck 3 days in Germany because it carrying a laptop battery I followed all international postage rules .bad customer service they dont take serious

Wont send a printed barcode label and cant even take it to depot to drop parcel off. Plus they charge for cancellation of service. If you cant print a barcoded label, what year are you in? 70s?

Sent a parcel to Singapore. It was collected at the time specified and it arrived in three days. This was the cheapest quote I could get. Excellent and very fast service.

Have to admit getting a parcel from Wales to West Sussex was worrying me, but just went on line and parcel monkey did the rest! Was easy! Very impressed!!!

Parcel containing fairly delicate hi fi unit was clearly marked with "THIS WAY UP" and a large "TOP" sticker on the top. Despite this, the parcel was stood on its side. Unbelievable!!

WEll things went right the first parcel i send, i tried to rebook for another parcel and it dident work , even that parcel monkey had all the info on its file it still would not let me proceed, time wasting and hard work m move on to the next one is my advise!

No time given to collect parcel and nobody will call if comming to collect . So you should be sitting home all day waiting for parcel to be collected and nobody might come

Ordered a parcel to be delivered to the USA. Parcelforce managed to not deliver and wanted to return to sender due to incorrect address. Promptly requested customer service from Parcelmonkey, to which they told me they would investigate and contact me with more information. Did not hear back from Parcelmonkey at all. Had to start another support request to which they just quoted their T&C that they cant refund. All they could do was apologise for not responding. All of this could have probably be resolved if they actually investigated and contacted me back. Non existent customer service. Zero care for customer. No refund given despite the fact that they did not contact Parcelforce or myself after I reported the incident. Will not use again.

This is the first time I had used parcel monkey, so a bit apprehensive. Signed up on line, and was told that the parcel would be collected same day, it duly was and would be delivered the next day, it duly was. So inthis instance first rate service. Thank you

We sent a WC to a client and it arrived broken in many parts. The WC was very well packed and still in the original packaging from Victorian Plumbing including tubular polystier protection all around, top and bottom.

Sent a parcel via parcel monkey and dpd to southern Ireland, parcel was delivered to a totally incorrect address, luckily the very kind person who received the parcel called to say he had received by mistake. Contacted parcel money to arrange with dpd to collect from the customer and deliver to correct address, they have done nothing and now asking for collection proof, this will only end one way with me losing out and parcel monkey and dpd happy to take my money and offer no aftersales. Disappointed
