I book a pick up on the 28/8/15 for 1/9/15, but no pick up was made. email you on the 2/9/15, you told me pick up on 3/9/15. did not happen?? I call DPD and they said that no pick up was booked from Parcel Monkey. as the parcel had to be delivered latest Friday, I had to go to the post office and mail it on overnight which cost me £17.88 instad of the parcel monkey of £7.65 + I had to walk to the post office and back including waiting time. took be 11/2 hour. I am not Happy

Several choices for booking at different prices and levels of delivery, easy to book - my only slight problem was the need for a telephone number for the recipient which meant an email to the buyer and a wait before I could finish booking. Collection was the next day and the parcel was delivered to Germany within two working days at a reasonable cost. I could track progress and knew when it was delivered and to whom.
Can highly recommend Parcel Monkey.

excellent from the start, 1st time I have sent anything so big (19kg) and after trying several others without success I wish I had found parcel monkey 1st..... you tell them what you want they find it AND..... at a reasonable price too. MANY THANKS

Bad experience and would never use again. Packages are not sent overnight between depots and no one cares about when or if your parcel is delivered. Just not good enough.

Had to send a large, heavy, awkward parcel. The process of checking the cost, arranging the contract and paying for it was quick and easy. The price was a significant saving over the traditional service and the free option to have the parcel collected was a real bonus. Well done Parcel Monkey will definitely use again.

First time I have used this service and was quite impressed with it, A pity though they cant give an estimate time for pick up, otherwise you have to wait in until they come to collect!!

5 parcels collected from home in Nottingham on Wednesday and delivered to address in Budapest Hungary on the following Monday. Carrier DPD even gave one hour slots for collection and delivery. Excellent service I would recommend any one to try it

Parcel to the Netherlands from the UK arrived in the allotted time of two days, undamaged, constantly tracked and all for a very good price. Definitely will use again

Parcel was collected by DPD on tuesday from an address in Southampton. It was delivered in Warsaw, Poland on the friday. Thats pretty impressive.

One of the worst courier companies I have dealt with. They are just not ready to offer a competent service to users. Their online booking system is still in its infancy, lots of bugs. Its just not upto the job of dealing with consignments. Their customer service offering is a joke. Its probably just one person running the site and CS and it shows. Long delays to get anything resolved, no support at weekends. Oh and no telephone support !!! Really. Dont waste your time on this outfit, just go direct to the courier companies. Prices are even cheaper.

They cant even process there information. They have given me a run around like no company I have ever dealt with in my life. No clue, no way of sorting anything, typing messages to robots that are clueless and wind ups. Then dont read what you type to them and send you copy and past responses back.

Having used myhermes for years I was a little reluctant to try another courier but my parcel was bigger than they would carry so I had no choice! Parcel Monkeys site was very simple to use, their prices were competitive and fair and not inflated ( I checked) courier arrived as promised. No issues at all.

My package was booked on a Sunday, labels were sent to me more or less instantly. My shipment was collected on a Wednesday 2nd September and was delivered to Iasi, Romania on Monday 7th September.

The drop-off of my parcel at my local store was a little slow as the operator there didnt know how to process my order, and had to call the helpline but the delivery itself was speedy to Scotland, and the email updates on the service were great. Very pleased and at a competitive cost.

I used DPD for the first time, sending 4 boxes and 1 frame from the UK to Italy, the courier only delivered 4 boxes and not the frame that has been left on a deposit in another city. When realised there was something missing we called and they finally found the lost frame that by the way had the glass totally broken. Useless to say that was perfectly wrapped with appropriate "fragile" label but apparently they didnt care much. Next time I would rather spend a bit more but ensure my stuff arrive at destination safely and in good condition.

Found the online booking system easy to use. However, Parcel Force let the entire process down by failing to deliver the parcel on the due date, in fact as of today 6th September 2015 Ive still not received it.

A bit slap dash , only a last min email to prompt you as to its day of collection , email at 8 am - driver a couple of hours later - a advance schedule of estimated days of collection and delivery would be better for planning. Website easy to use and decent prices. Goods arrived in good nick so would trust again even without the preferred schedule in advance

Good pricing, past parcel arrived fine, but there is way too little instruction, it is too vague, and arrives too late. The email that comes out just as something is about to ship with instructions on how to pack and label goods is redundant by that point and should be sent as soon as a booking is made, to both the person booking and to the address sending the parcel. There is no information given about whether the other party is also recieving instructions or whether instructions need to be forwarded to them by the payee. The labels and customs documents dont execute as a pdf file and so cant be easily saved and forwarded to the person packing the goods. Instead Ive had to go through the laborious process of printing, scanning then emailing them - unneccessary for it to be that hard. You take the email address of the person sending the goods as well as the receiver so why not send the neccessary documents to both? I would like to use parcelmonkey again but these processes have to be improved asap for it to be worthwhile.

From the 24 hour late pick up, to the customer service who had no idea about the order, to the eventual collection and now NINE days later the suitcase hasnt arrived yet. My only regret is that i have to give one star in order to rate them.
