Apart from a hickup on the collection day,the collections chap must have knocked on the door rather than ring the bell and we didnt hear him and so the result of that was we had to drop the parcel off at the depot. So drop off at local depot 1pm Monday 23 Dec parcel delivered 10 am Friday 27 Dec. Very easy to track and one extremely happy son....it was his christmas pressies. Very good service.

Every year we send two boxes of Christmas Cards and Calendars to our homes in Malawi. We have used Parcel Monkey for the past two years and they have always arrived on time and in one piece, something which doesnt always happen out there. Im going to try a delivery to my niece in Mongolia next!

After being promised that everyday a parcel is going to be collected between 8am and 6pm, I was getting into work everyday for a week an hour early and staying an hour late in hope that Parcel Monkey may actually turn up and collect this parcel. I messaged them everyday using their help line and a different person everyday said that someone will be collecting it and they were in the area and just down the road so should be with you soon. We are now a week later and this parcel is still in my office. Definitely will not be using this terrible service again.

Easy to book. Tad expensive for what you get. I expected the next day return but it was 2, which was a bit worrying. Also no notification on picking up or the parcel had been delivered.

We arranged a collection on a Friday for Monday pick up but on Monday the Parcelforce website said not collected and despite chasing each day it did not get collected until the Thursday! I hope this is an isolated incident as we were trialling parcel monkey - we will do a few more trials to see whether they normally get it right!

My honest review. I used Parcel Monkey to buy a Parcelforce 48 delivery and it was cheaper than the prices quoted on Royal Mail. Once it was sent, there were no confirmation/tracking emails, so I have no idea if it all worked perfectly or if the customer just hasnt complained yet. No news is good news, so *probably* great. Thank you.

Nothing wrong with service other than a should have had the package delivered for under £10 ..as quoted by..Royal Mail and which I had budgeted for not the £12+ For the same service. (Parcelforce 48)

i sent my parcel and they said its held at custom due to high invoice value and then i received a call to change to value and guy from PM said i will guide you and after that changing invoice as per his instruction , very next day he said your parcel is disposed off because you couldnt manage to sent an changed invoice time and its all happened in 12-16 hours , i requested the updated status of parcel more than 20 days ago and deadline finished in less than one day . Now they are not able of provide any sort of documentaion eg invoice and dispose off parcel they are trying to use the tactics of time pass , so i am not able to chased the status of my parcel in custom

The pick up was the following day. The delivery the day after that. My parcels went over 400 miles. I am very pleased. The only comment was no receipt given on collection.

First time using Parcelmonkey, my parcel was quoted as being delivered in 4-5working days. In the destination country, the parcel was held - no notification sent to either sender or recipient. Three weeks later after emails and phone calls, the parcel has been delivered (i.e collected by by the recipient). Very poor.

Sent a Parcel through this outfit to Sardinia 07100 from UK and their auto address system sent to wrong country, Over 1 month i was informed my parcel was back in the UK from Spain and it would cost me for the return and a admin charge, more than the parcel cost originally to ITALY or it was going to be destroyed in 1 month. Over £40 i paid in total for nothing, i feel ripped off and blackmailed for return of parcel, Parcel Monkey has no telephone number or no customer service their mistake and you will pay for it, Please be beware of that.

when parcel was over 2 weeks late I inquired where it was. After some dissemination parcel monkey admitted they hadnt collected. They had the sellers telephone number yet insisted I call the seller and them from abroad to rearrange collection. They then proved unwilling to help and unable to collect. These clowns cant trusted to organise a pissup in a brewery. DEFINITELY AVOID

Nice and easy, to do on the parcel monkey website. Very cheap. Chose Parcelforce to take my parcel. It was such a good service provided by Parcelforce would recommend using them again. Driver was very pleasant and professional, and one time I rang up to ask for the proces of my parcel, and the girl on the phone could tell me it was out for delivery in Australia that very same day.

Very good value and very fast service, my only gripe is that label relies on barcode and if your printer is not perfect, this may not be useable (drop off point said couldnt enter code manually - this may not be the case?)
