Parcel arrived two days later than the original estimate as something seemed to go wrong at DPD in Stoke, it was clear, but their tracking indicated that the parcel would be returned at one point.

Picked up from my mate, labelled it, no hassle at all, no chance of my mate getting the address wrong!
On my end, obviously used to no one being in during the day, so left with neighbour. next time a card through the door as to which neighbour would be nice, but the service centre had a good chuckle and all was well

After getting quoted a ridiculous price to send two small parcels to Oz with Royal Mail, I thought I would shop around. I came across Parcel Monkey and the quotes I got were almost all less than half my original quote. Being from N.Ireland some of our posting options were limited but we got sorted eventually. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, printable labels and customs declarations etc.
I was able to track the parcel the whole way and was received by a very delighted brother less than a week later. Very happy customer

I sent a parcel worth £500 and decided to take out the insurance they offer to be on the safe side. It backfired! I provided clear pictures of the damage and they want more and more. My customer has had a refund, but wont give me the damaged goods back (not that I could do anything with them) and parcelmonkey have refused to pay out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Process quite straightforward. Had a bit of difficulty printing label, mouse click didnt give me a print option had to use a keyboard shortcut. Tracking parcel when it had been picked up from drop off point was a little confusing as the message said it was being returned to me when in reality it was on its way to the recipient

The driver was prompt with their colleciton time, in fact arriving a few minutes early and waiting until it was the right time. The tracking was good and my parcel arrived at the destination a day earlier than their estimate.
