Good service but the driver for Parcel Force wouldnt take the parcel without a bar code and didnt know to use his own label so I had to arrange for next day collection.

Get all your required information and its easy but my first experience proved a little difficult as I needed the recipients phone number.

I have had endless problems with trying to clear my parcel through customs. Nominated couriers are trying to charge £140 duties and vat on a gift item valued at £200. This is not even an item being sold into destination country. The nominated supplier DPD is mischarge-ing.

Paid to have a parcel delivered via a tracking service. Parcel Monkey are unable to track it past a London Depot. They have offered me my delivery cost back and have apologised for my lost parcel! Surely that is admitting liability. I would strongly recommend you use another company unless you wish to be left out of pocket! Customer service very limited. All has to be done via web chat with no continuity or documentary evidence.

Never have any issues when using Parcelforce through Parcel Monkey. Needed to change collection date which was easy to do with no extra charge.

Parcel collected promptly, by courteous courier from DPD. Arrived in Berlin 4 days later. The contents of the original parcel had been transferred to another box, despite me using a rigid and sturdy removals carton. The recipient of the parcel complained that the clothing inside the box was damp, and shards of glass everywhere. The courier(s) had removed the damaged articles and simply transferred the contents to another box. The parcel arrived badly damaged, with a huge split down one corner. Despite insuring the contents, Parcel Monkey demanded proof of damaged items and proof of cost. I had thrown my shopping receipts away prior to sending the parcel.In light of this, they are refusing to compensate me. I will not be using their services again...

I had booked in 2 deliveries, both collecting in London and delivering in Scotland the following day. These were booked in a week apart. Both were collected around 4:30pm, meaning theyd already be leaving London late for a next day delivery and as suspected, neither of them arrived on time. Both parcels ended up taking 48 hours, when booked on a 24 hour service. Both parcels fulfilled by ParcelForce (aka ParcelFarce)

Still no idea where the parcel is, 2 weeks after dropping it off at a local shop. Only going 50 miles from Sutton to Reading. No communication from Parcel Monkey about it, have had to complain via the website, still nobody has been in touch to resolve it, although I have asked for a phonecall several times. Shocking customer service from both them and DPD, the courier. Wont be using this service again.

I sent a parcel to Holland and it got to my son in 2 days! Far cheaper than using Royal Mail, tracking facility and very local drop off point. Couldnt be happier, will always use Parcel Monkey from now on and would highly recommend.

I had a collection on Friday, today is Monday at 17.00 and I`m still waiting for the collection... I took the day off from work and I loose it.

Finally I found Parcel Monkey after spending a fortune on sending parcels.
Collection next day as expected and very quick hassle free delivery.

generally very good service from Parcel Monkey but let down on 2x ocassions by Pacel Force not collecting on time and delaying parcels by another day or two - you need to convince more companies to allow same day collection bookings

Parcel Monkey have an easy to use webpage with clear instructions. They kept me informed via email, and their pick up and delivery of my package from London to Doha met all expectations and time frames. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

No complaints really, they picked up the parcel when they said they would and it arrived in Europe two days later at the time they said it would be delivered. Reasonably priced too for the size of parcel. Would definitely use them again.
