I used Parcel Monkey to book a DDP pickup delivery for a parcel that I sent to Germany. The price was great - a quarter of the cost of ParcelForce - and sending it was convenient as I just dropped it at a local newsagent. The tracking didnt work on the Parcel Monkey website but I found that I could track it OK on the DDP website, with frequent updates on the progress, and the delivery only took two days.

It has been second time that i have waited for the courier to come and pick up the parcel. However, no one turn up and keep rescheduling. It was happened on Monday as i had cancelled my works and waited for parcel to be collected. Then i asked customer services and they said they cannot guarantee for the precise collection time and asked me to reschedule again. So, i did reschedule for Wednesday as they are not free on Tuesday, But guess what? No one is coming to another courier! This is the worst delivery services that i have ever encountered. For this 2 days, i had wasted my time and works. This is outrageous! Keep away from this company as it is ENTIRELY NOT RELIABLE!!

Used Parcelmonkey on a number of occasions and found the price and service to be great value for money. Easy to see where your parcel is within the delivery process and any quiries I found the web chat service helpful. Parcels sent to Australia.

Was very easy to set up and place the order. Collection was smooth and on time and parcel was delivered on time. The only problem we experienced was a charge after the parcel was delivered which said it was because the parcel was larger than what we had specified however as the parcel was in a cardboard box we are very sure the measurements were correct, there is no way of contesting the charge as they take it straight from the card you paid from.

Our business uses Parcel Monkey quite regularly so send large items to overseas destinations. We have never had any issues with missing or delayed deliveries. Tracking is easy and therefore we are happy to recommend.

Parcel Monkey seem to get a good job obtaining discounts from the carriers that they deal with.
However, the exact services being offered and the respective prices seem to vary (a lot) from day to day, which is not very helpful when trying to give customers delivery timescales and costs.

Shipped goods via Parcelforce for much lower price than Royal Mail website. Put in details, received shipping label. Courier picked up parcel and delivered without a hitch. Not sure how you do it for such a competitive price, but keep up the good work :) Will definitely use again.

Everything went smoothly from booking in consignments and the collection process, the only thing that lets them down is that they email "you have a collection" email about 4 times, 1 would be adequate!

Ordered parcel for collection the next day. Driver did not turn up and left a note on a shipment: "not at home, left a card" - blatant lie. Re-arranged for the next day (Monday because they dont do Saturdays). Guess what? Driver did not turn up and left a message on shipment tracking "not at home, left a card" - another lie. Re-arranged for the 2nd time - on a day of collection Parcel Monkey advised that there has been an technical issue with the order and pick up cannot be done today. 8 days past and parcel is still at my home. Complete joke of a company - avoid at all cost

I organised a package to be delivered through Parcel Monkey in December 2015. The item was an electric guitar, to be shipped from Wales to Germany. I ordered it on a Tuesday evening and it arrived on Friday; quickly, efficiently and at a cost massively below the competition. Thank you Parcel Monkey!

It as an easy experience and collection was the best day and delivery was within a couple of days . I am hoping that there will be a service offered where I can put my email details in as the collector as I made the booking to collect a package for an eBay purchase. This would be tremendously helpful so I can receive a confirmation of the date for the delivery.

Parcel was for a relative in Australia who has Alzheimers and lives in a nursing home. Delivery was to a post office address who wouldnt accept freight. I was kept informed of the problems, and the end result was good. Well done.

I received a number of options when I set out my requirements. I went with the Courier 2-3 day delivery and this is now day 6 and it has not yet been delivered. Scotland to France, not Paris. I have complained to Courier but nothing as yet in response.
