I currently use parcel monkey at work to ship out orders. So when it came to sending one of my own parcels I sent it just the same. Its incredibly easy to enter the details and create a collection for delivery. I always use the same delivery company and its usually always the same person, so I know who will be turning up. Theyve always arrived at their destinations on time and in the same condition they were sent. You get what you pay for with parcel monkey, and Ill continue to send my parcels through them.

The tracking information was excellent, and the speed of delivery impressive.
I know the parcel was delivered on Friday, but the tracking does not show that yet (Sunday).

Sent 2 parcels to 2 different addresses one was to family this one arrived bashed in with damaged box although the contents was ok 2nd one was to a eBay customer this arrived bashed in also contents were broken so Ive had to refund the buyer I send around 5 parcels a week and used various courier services ....wont be using this one again 😡

I initially chose Parcel Monkey based on cost. I then found that their response to my requirement was excellent, right to the moment when the parcel arrived at the destination.

It was a quick check of the package, invoice given adviced on the details of the invoice, eg any problems to ring a number.
Taken out and loaded carefully into the Parcel Force Van and I was able to track its whereabouts through Parcel Monkey website, Package received in same condition as sent, 48 hours later. Customer very happy as were we.

Using the lowest priced service they offered, my box was collected from my house & delivered to the address in France less than 48 hours. 4th Christmas I have used this company. It wont be the last.

I have used many parcel services like most.But this beats it all.Ordered saturday afternoon ,dropped of at tea lime.Delivered by monday at midday .With tracking insured all for £10 cant be bad

An easy to use service but like many similar web services you cannot talk to someone. The live chat service is slow as agents are serving others at the same time. Fair prices and fair insurance unlike P2G who offer a similar service but kill the price with huge insurance extras.

Sent a Christmas parcel to my daughter in Galicia (Spain) by Royal Mail ) last year it took 19 days to get there (snail mail).
Sent one this year by Parcel Monkey - 8 days, which was only 6 working days.
