This parcel was collected from me on the 3rd Sept- now 17 day later. it has still NOT been delivered or trackign does not eve show it whereabouts. Seems to be lack of communication between ParcelMonkey and the courier companies, and Parcel Monkey arent very helpful at all. No phone number to contact - very frustrating I choose the Asendia couriers as it stated on the booking page that is was 4-7 day delivery time ,???? NOT TRUE.. this info is not correct. as I needed it to BE DELIVERED IN THE USA by the 15th sept as it is a custom made stand for a wedding today, it has not arrived !!! and i have no information on tracking etc after 4 requests to parcel monkey for an update. I respectfully request a full refund of postage paid as they did not complete the service I paid for and the recipient will now be returning the parcel back to me as it did not arrive in time for her wedding day today. VERY VERY POOR tracking system, unclear and muddled and very delayed and very confusing for customers, I have used parcel monkey dozens of time in the past 6 months and one in 3 deliveries is very late and way over double the estimated delivery time of 7 days,, I am now going trying Parcel hero to see what luck I have with them , at least they have a tel number so you can talk to a real person..

1 of the parcels was broken. if there was damaged could not be tested because it were electric devices and sometimes a damage comes up later

Chose DPD because we could drop off on a Saturday. It was not the cheapest but we wanted the parcel done as soon as we could. Dropped off but wasnt picked up until Wednesday morning after enquiries to DPD about where it was, they realised they hadnt picked it up after telling us also that they had no record of our transaction. Not good enough. 46quid for what? Absolutely disgusted with the service. Nearly cost us 900 after we were nearly not refunded as we didnt get it back in time for the 14 day refund policy. Finally delivered today. Wont be back

I printed out all documentation as requested and put them in an envelope as requested. The parcel was not delivered as the envelope was not stuck to the parcel. If you want me to use special envelopes, please provide them next time. The parcel was not delivered and I am still dealing with the repercussions with the client. I will not be using parcel monkey again.

Collection was supposed to be yesterday, didnt show up during the time slot. Was told by customer service (Kevin) that it would be collected around 6pm. No one came to collect. And no one was willing to inform me that Ive wasted my entire day waiting for this (1 days pay gone). Contacted them the next morning, was told a courier would show up ASAP, never came. Then another person from their team tells me that there are no collections available, can you do monday? No, as I told you five times before, my flight leaves at 6 pm today and I have to go to heathrow. Oh by the way it says here that they tried to collect yesterday? As I told you 5 times before and in the original order: I HAVE A BUST DOORBELL CALL UPON ARRIVAL. Now they are ignoring me...I hope I get my refund at some point because everyone has 124 quid to throw around casually every other day. I will speak to my lawyer about this. #parcelmonkey #lawsuittobe2015 I dont like you ParcelMonkey, give me my money and give me my refund. Its really simple. Happy Friday, Johanna Engqvist

The website was useful for comparing different companies but I wouldnt use it again to book an order. I ordered a parcel to be collected. Parcel Monkey said it could be collected the same day on Friday. I received confirmations throughout the day that it would be collected between 9-5. At 5.20pm (having waited all day at home), I then received an email stating that my request to change the collection date to Monday had been accepted. I tried to contact ParcelMonkey, they were not available obviously. I wasnt going to be at home on Monday so had to rearrange for Tuesday. On Monday, I received a call from my son saying that the courier had turned up to pick up a parcel but he didnt know which parcel it was. I ended up taking the parcel to the depot myself. ParcelMonkey sent a standard email saying they could not guarantee collection/delivery dates. No help at all and a lot of my time wasted, as well as delayed delivery of my parcel to its destination. Seems to be lack of communication between ParcelMonkey and the courier companies, and ParcelMonkey arent very helpful at all.

parcel collection ! what parcel collection ! didnt collect after 5 days,when asked why the only response was, do you want to re schedule. cant get hold of anyone by phone have to do it by email and wait half a day for a response.in the end i re scheduled just to get the parcels off and they assured me would be picked up Tuesday. Guess what yeah you got it didnt turn up !the only response was,do you want to re schedule,Gave up in the end got another company to do the job turned up in an hour parcels delivered next day on standard rate.Still waiting for a refund,They say you get what you pay fo,r well i didnt pay **** but thats what i got keep away from these monkeys.

Both the parcels I Sent arrived on time. However one of them was damaged internally, so I have had to talk my customer through a repair process.

Told me an address at which to drop my parcel, which then refused to take it. In response to my complaints I was told by Parcel Monkey support staff that my Parcel would definitely be collected the next day from my house, which it was not.

So easy to use, gives the best prices so u can see all the couriers in one place and compare who collects/drops off, heavy or really big size parcels. I saved so much money. Ill always use this site in future.

This is the first time I used Parcel Monkey, and it will not be the last. Fantastic I sent 40kg from England to Slovakia 5 working days. I packed multiple items into two plastic boxes. The boxes were collected on the Friday ( several emails to communicate collection and lable needs) then the items were delivered the following Thursday. I sent the item to me as is was cheaper than booking an extra case on the plane. I tracked my items with the link that was emailed. Top marks to parcel monkey

My experience was as it should be...no hassles and with a good clear website...Ill be coming back for sure. I used to use Parcrl2Go as my go to comparison site..but after £20 was fraudulently taken from my bank account under their name and with no help from the to rectify it...I will be recommending Parcel Monkey in future. Ive used Parcel Monkey about 10 or so times in the last year to book various courier services, within the UK and abroad. The prices for premium services such as DHL are significantly better, when booked via Parcel Monkey. Ive also used their own branded service once or twice without any issues.
I find the website easy to use and customer service, via the website, fairly fast.

Although i had a glitch printing out the scan Label, Lorena from customer service mase it all less stressful. She edited what i needed and sent it to me instantly. My parcel reached its international destination without a single problem. Fantastic

We paid for a saturday delivery . it was so important for our customer to receive this parcel on the saturday . It finally arrived on the Tuesday ... Broken. do i have to say more

Apparently they managed to lose my parcel! Seeing as there "was no insurance", they will not reimburse the value of the parcel (only shipping costs) even though they acknowledge that they "lost" it. I have never had a shipping company lose a parcel before, so I must unfortunately recommend NOT to use their services.

It took DPD 2 attempts to another courier, first time the driver did not turn up and when I called customer service, they were just oblivious to the my concern, they booked for a collection for the following day, I received an email to say they would pick up between 21:48 - 22:48pm, which is absolutely crazy, nevertheless I waited, and again the driver did not turn up. I called customer service and had to re arrange another collection, this time I received an email to say they will collect between 9:00 -17:00pm, another day wasted waiting but finally at 17:30 the drive came to collect, and now I cant track my parcel online. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, delivery option I chose was 3-6 days, today is the 7th day and I dont know where my parcel is.

Service provided and saving are good. The only issue I experienced is that I had to reschedule the collection to the next day as the carrier wasnt provided with the full address by parcel monkey (so I had to call directly the carrier)

Collection was agreed on 3 occasions and each occasion the parcel wasnt picked up. Queried this with them and response was incredibly slow.

Easy to use courier service. I dropped my parcel off at a local collection point and it was delivered within 2 days. I could track the parcel the whole way and got an email once it had been successfully delivered. All for less than half the price of royal mail!

I placed & paid for order and printed off label on a Wednesday. When I took the parcel to the local DPD shop as indicated on the list of local drop off points the barcode wouldnt scan as the tracking number on the label wasnt recognised by the system. I came back with the parcel and emailed Parcel Monkey. The next day I got a new label which I printed off & added to my parcel. I then took the parcel back to the local shop to be told by a different member of staff that they dont offer a drop off service, only a pick up service. I therefore came back with the parcel for a 2nd time. I contacted DPD direct to be told that not all shops listed offer a drop off service! There is no differentiation on the shops listed! DPD told me my nearest drop off shop (not near at all!) so finally, on the Friday (2 days delay!) my parcel was successfully dropped off and was delivered the following Tuesday.

Dont not use parcel monkey maybe try parcel hero or other more helpful company with actual phone numbers where you can speak to a human being instead of try to sort the problems out via there messaging service.

Very pleased with my international delivery to Slovakia. Used dpd service and got all the important info I needed, was notified all the way through. The parcel even arrived a day earlier than expected. Recommended!
