Great service, would use again

I used Parcel monkey for sending a parcel to switzerland from UK through Royal mail. Its was half the price than going direct and it arrived within the week with no problems. I will definitley be using again!

I think title says it all. Still waiting for parcel to be picked up, i understand that this is from a 3rd party courier but they should take some responsibility to make sure the service has been carried out as iam paying parcel monkey and not the 3rd party.

Slight issue with the website was fixed quickly and parcel picked up the same day. It arrived quickly and in good condition

Parcel monkey quoted the same as Myhermes, whose courier hadnt turned up for 3 days. I rebooked through parcel monkey at 10pm and parcelforce collected it the next day.

Website easy to use, print out lables and then stick them on your parcel.
pick up was on time, driver was very happy and courteous.
Parcel was picked up on the Thursday and delivers in Denmark on the Tuesday... Excellent as it included a weekend and during the Xmas rush...Will certainly use again.

My parcel was sent to USA valued minimum £300 , its never been tracked since it left my local post office , still not arrived , cant even ring parcel monkey to see whats going on , live chat never responded , I could go on and on ! Parcel force blame parcel monkey , post office blames parcel monkey , parcel monkey are practically impossible to contact . not happy at all !

My parcel was picked up Friday 4th Dec from my home in Wales, it arrived at my daughters home NSW Australia on Tuesday 8th Dec.That is what I call top class service,and whats more it was the cheapest as well. I am so impressed,from now on I Know who I will be sending my parcels with.

Have used them in the past and have been very pleased. Arranged for a parcel to be collected last week and received text on the scheduled collection day to say it would be collected. Found out 4 days later that it hadnt been. Sent an email/ no reply. Next day eventually got to speak to someone on web chat. Following day it wAs eventually collected!

I have sent 5 boxes with Parcel Monkeys, 4 of them arrived ( in pretty bad shape) and the 5th had been lost. I am in contact with Parcel Monkeys since 1 month and after asking me tones of informations they have finaly replied that I would not be compensated ( I paid for an insurance for up to 600pounds ) as my items were part of the prohibited list which by the way is SO long that there is actually NOTHING you can send !! Even my Screen Printing Kit has been considered as an artwork (joke) and therefore prohibited. This all service looks like a fraud to me !!!

I organised for a parcel to be picked up and was told I could leave instructions for driver if I wasnt home. Driver left parcel. Called to make another pickup time and came home from work at lunch to make sure I was home after lunch as agreed. Driver came Before I came home even though we had agreed to pick up after 2pm. Given urgency of package called and rearranged for pickup that day. No one came. I called depot and they had no record of agreed pickup. I asked to speak to supervised as I lost half a days wages and still have uncollected parcel. They never called. I am £13 out of pocket and have a parcel at home that is a week late. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very good delivery time (delivered on 4th day after pick-up, including weekend). Only gripe is that I had to wait in all day for the pick up which did not specify morning or afternoon and eventually took place at 6pm.
