I had an issue to send a parcel to Jersey which had to be there in 2 days, I went online to get quotes, parcel monkey was not only the best priced but it had the easiest online booking system and once I printed the paperwork the courier arrived and I was able to track its journey with ease!! A******

Good price, arrived on time. Only reservation is they dont tell you at what time they will pick up the parcel so had to wait at home for hours.

I arranged my pick-up for a certain day as I knew someone would be in the house on that particular day, not the day before and not the day after. No one arrive on said day, they did however arrive the next day when no one was in the house. Unacceptable service. I will be demanding a refund as the parcel was quite large and cost me a lot of money. The parcel has now been disposed of losing me even more money. Awful service. I would not recommend using Parcel Monkey.

The initial information was a little confusing:
1. the information given on the tracking service assumed that the parcel was to be collected, though in fact it was to be dropped off at post office
2. the post office suggested as the pick-up point was unable to receive the parcel
3. the tracking service said that collection had been attempted but refused (possibly because the post office was closed.
4. Thereafter the tracking info was accurate and successful delivery achieved.

Sent a parcel from UK to Germany. Booked online Sunday evening, parcel was picked up around noon on Monday and arrived in Germany on Wednesday. Great service, great price. Cant ask for anything more.

The parcel was collected from me at the specified time by a very helpful driver. Have been able to track the parcel on its journey, will be very pleased if it is delivery Thursday as scheduled and would then give 5 stars

Once the order was placed, everything was carried out efficiently with clear information as to collection, tracking and delivery readily available at all times. Small problem with delivery address, easy to find information to sort problem. Will use again.

I selected a collector/deliverer from the website. paid for the service, printed the label to fix to the parcels. They were collected quite late in the afternoon. and delivered 5 days later as told. Good service

Biggish parcel picked up promptly at specified address in UK and delivered to Kansas address at a speed never before experienced with any other carrier. Yet not as expensive as the others were!
Very pleased and definitely will use Parcel Monkey again.

Cheaper service but pray to your parcel be delivered, otherwise, you wont see it again. Never trust their delivery time schedule that 3 - 7 days never worked EVER!!!! Dont bother to contact costumer service you wont get satisfactory answers or explanations.

Couldnt contact them except by email which was responded to but its always the next day, sometimes you want an answer to a query straightaway. Even a live "chat line" would be better than email.

I admit I was a bit dubious, having not used this site before, but Parcel Monkey was easy to use and gave me good options of prices and services (e.g. next day, overseas, etc). I was able to choose the most appropriate service for my needs. Insurance included up to certain value free of charge. Easy to book and pay for. Parcel Monkey stated that the courier (Parcelforce in my case) would collect my parcel between 9am and 6pm. I was getting worried by half 5 but at 10 to 6 the courier turned and whisked my parcel away. Delivered on time. No hassles. Great service overall.

for the last 2 or 3 years, I have used PM whenever Im looking to send a package.
Ive used ParcelMonkey both for UK and for International deliveries.
Never had any kind of problem and found booking quick and convenient. No quibble with the rates either.

I dont often book a courier, this time the parcel was to be collected from a friend in UK and delivered to me in France. It was easy to get a cost and time estimate and to book, though the assumptions were that the person booking was the sender, not recipient. Progress tracking was useful and the only annoyance was when delivered was subsequently estimated as a day later than offered at booking. However it was in fact delivered in 2 days as promised.

Parcelmonkey is still one of the cheapest national / international courier sites, but now they have improved the customer service side of the site. There are online chat apps, and the parcels tracking service now displays details of whats happening with your parcel, as well as supplying links to the 3rd party couriers tracking site where applicable.
Depending on the courier you choose (check the reviews carefully!) youll end up with a very quick service at a fraction of the normal cost, with customer service apps now up to the standard of most of the big name couriers.

i was recommended by a friend and ok its cheap but i should have payed that bit more and got a faster service my parcel after 7 days is still in uk i could have drove myself and it would have taken me 2 days so i dont think i be using this company again my parcel is urgent and needs to be in bulgaria

I selected a service to Mexico and was only given the option of collection. The collection was scheduled between 9am and 6pm. The collection was going to be made by Parcelforce so I tried using the online chat to ask if it was parceforce making the collection, could I please drop the package off rather than waiting in all day. I was told it was not possible due to a difference in paperwork. When the parcelforce van collected the parcel, he couldnt have cared less what paperwork was on it!

1) Website form doesnt work properly. Address fields have ridiculously inadequate character limit per line. Unless your address is really short, you wont be able to complete the form correctly. My efforts to truncate / abbreviate the delivery address led to an error in processing and my collection being put back a day as the agent had to correct this manually. 2) Collection never happened on the rescheduled day. Received a text saying that collection would occur between ca. 1040 and 1140 and blocked out time to receive. No-one showed up. Chased via your call centre to no avail so had to send the parcel by another means in the end. 3) Despite the above, call centre staff (Brandon and Kevin) were very helpful. Shame they have to deal with such rubbish.

Recently rediscovered Parcel Monkey (used to use regularly before) - this is a great, simple to use service. All the guys have always been on time, I have never had any complaints.

ParcelMonkey took a week to respond to my support claim when a Parcelforce 24 delivery was late and then hid behind their terms and conditions even though their couriers were at fault. Even when parcelforce themselves would provide compensation for this exact scenario, ParcelMonkey said that they have a 5 DAY period for a delivery until it can be confirmed as late. Obviously for a next day delivery service this is is completely unacceptable. Waste of time and money - better off going to the courier direct than having to deal with PM.

The last time I sent a parcel to Miami via Royal mail it took over 3 weeks to arrive (first class airmail)! This parcel took 4 days, received confirmation of arrival yesterday. Not to mention the cost was 30% lower than quoted at the post office ! Ill be back ......
