My parcel that was due to be picked up two days ago has no been picked up and do I havent had my ref do for the product. So Im 180.00 down just before Christmas!

Title says it all. Easy booking, pick up and fast deliver - until it hit customs in the delivery country. I dont object to paying the import duties, but there is no assistance from Parcel Monkey and the Christmas gift will now be late. Therefore I wouldnt recommend them for shipping to China.

My elderly mother used this service to send presents to her grandchildren and they claimed the address was wrong, never contacted her to tell her and when she did get an email relating to it. The message was in Hebrew!!! Sent from the company they used, what a joke! Two very sad children, merry Christmas!

Collection and delivery were good, however the box arrived very damaged. The recipient was reluctant to sign for it. I am very surprised the goods were still intact.

£67 to send a 3.9kg package to Netherlands via parcel force in the post office. £14 via DPD using parcel monkey. Dropped package at nearby pharmacy and it made it to Holland in good time. Thanks!

My parcel was never delivered and has yet to be returned to me. The customer service is non existent - even the frustrating Live Chat is now disabled. I will never use them again.

I arranged for a parcel to be collected from a customer at a cost of £35, it was collected only to be dropped off the next day at the same location, resulting in a 10 hour round trip to collect the item.

Dropped off 5 boxes at the post office in Bristol. Got all of them delivered to Cologne the day after (even during the busy Chrsitmas season).
If I had known about it before I would have avoided all the hassle with the luggage checking in and overpaying at the airport.

Booked a parcel via parcel force 24 but it was rejected due to sizeweight. Left me with little information to find out what my options were for rearranging collection. Could not print package note initially and had to go back to site some time later before option was available.

Ive used Parcel Monkey on a few occasions now, and its a great resource. Its so simple to use - the website is so clear in helping you choose the best option, even clearly showing whether you need to print your own labels or not.
Best of all, it saves private senders a fortune by allowing them access to couriers who otherwise would not deal with private individuals. This saves you having to use expensive alternatives like Royal Mail Standard Parcels, and still lets you insure your parcel for the right value.
Highly recommended.

Parcel Monkey is a very tool in useful in sourcing and securing the most cost effective delivery service. The visibility through the online tracking system is reassuring and up to date. The area in which I would like to see an improvement pertains more to the suppliers than the service. I selected Air Express for my international parcel, they clearly outsourced to DHL. Upon arrival at customs, DHL informed me that the package was on hold at customs and needed a fee paid. DHL quoted me $150.00 NZD admin fee to process it, along with numerous taxes and small charges, a potential 5 day wait and possible storage fees. They gave me the option of doing it myself but I believe most people would shy away from dealing with customs themselves especially given the voice over advert on their help line mentions dealing with multiple middlemen. I didnt shy, I called customs myself. It turns out that I had to fill in one quick form, it took five minutes and cost under $50.00. My parcel was released immediately. It also transpires that this is a standard fee, applied to all packages, in which case I would expect it to be included in the fee, or at the very least pointed out to me when my shipping labels and declarations were made. I suspect that should the supplier have included this standard fee in their quote, it may not have appeared as the cheapest. I realize that this does not pertain directly to Parcel Monkey, but in supplying all the tracking information and being the port of call for enquiries, they appear to me to be acting as an agent and may wish ensure that suppliers benefiting from their service are acting correctly. I would continue to use Parcel Monkey but would suggest to others that should a supplier give you the option to pay an exhorbitant fee for processing at customs or do it yourself, do the latter. I found customs to be quick, well organized and easy to navigate. I do not believe it is ethical to charge someone half the value of the package, and potential delays and holding fees, for sending one quick email.

I have used Parcel Monkey (for parcel delivery to Portugal) on several occasions and they have arranged delivery of my parcels for a very competitive price and within their stated timescales. From the time I placed my online order I was kept informed of collection date and times, emailed with shipping labels and provided with a tracking reference number.

If you are wondering why Parcel Monkey is cheaper than all the other couriers, its because they are incompetent and your parcel is unlikely to ever reach its destination. Avoid at all costs.

The pick up driver collected precisely when I was informed he would. I didnt have a print of the delivery address for him to scan. But he took the parcel anyway and signed for the package and told me he would sort it out for me. Delivery arrived at the destination in under 48 hrs. I will be using and recommending Parcel Monkey for all my parcel deliveries!
