After 2 days with no collection and a rebook I used the chat and was told the collection was booked and to wait until 6pm, still not collected that day or the next I took the parcel to the post office myself in the end. This is not the first time I have had no collection but is the last time I will ever use parcel monkey again

I tried Parcel Monkey after a well known courier company let me down 4 times in less than a week. My parcels were delivered on time and one in less than 24 hours.

Our parcel was picked up from our home within hours of making the booking and tracking showed us that it was received in Istanbul within 24 hours.

no address label was downloaded, I reported this and the download was resent- still no label, this caused a slight delay when the parcel was collected, but the courier was able to print a label back at the depot. excellent service from the courier,

I used a plastic box and it was completely broken, but fortunately inside everythings was good. The time to collection are quite fast.

Would rather they had a contact number if there was an issue rather than an email address.
To be honest you dont really know how good they are until something goes wrong and how they deal with it.

Parcel left on doorstep. Contents were broke, and when I tried to claim I was told I hadnt read the small print properly and it was not insured, even they took my money to cover the full value. WHY CAN I NEVER SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR?

I was extremely pleased with the quick delivery to France. The only small niggle was that the pick up of the parcel from my home was not in a time slot so I had to wait in all day. The cost was fairly reasonable.

Initial booking - fine. Cost OK compared to competitors. Initial documentation - label missing. Collection - fine, on time, label problem sorted out by excellent driver. Weeks delay. Lot of effort to find out where parcel was and to re-trigger activity. Second documentation generated - label included. Second collection (!) - fine, on time, shame nothing to collect! Same driver, explained likely scenario very clearly (effectively, just generating label but rigid computer system enforced scheduling of phantom collection). Vanished into the ether again. Many many emails to and fro. When things do not go smoothly, talking to someone would be a real advantage, emails are very limiting. Silence for a few days; tracking ineffective. Parcel delivered (Australia) correctly and without damage, on time compared to generation of second set of documentation. Additional money taken from credit card without express approval - not happy! Enquired why - reminder to readers - be polite! Additional cost explained as error on part of main carrier, not spotted until automatic charge was generated; query handled courteously and money promptly returned. So, all happy in the end, but some of the computerised systems involved, especially apparently where there are multiple carriers, seem a bit rigid and can lead to problems. When I use PM next time, I now understand more about how the system works and will know to flag up even the smallest problem immediately.

Parcel monkey provides clear comparisons for courier options, allowing you to spot the best value at a glance. Easy to find tracking details, label printing and contact details. I would not consider using anyone but parcel monkey to send my parcels. Well done!

the parcel was picked up Monday in colchester, and delivered in madeira the following Wednesday, probably would have been delivered on Tuesday but it was a bank holiday here. so all in all very pleased.

When I phoned to say if they came after 5 my offices would be shut
they tried all they could to contact the driver and he picked up within 30 minutes
The parcels were delivered in 3 working days as stated

Parcel got picked up on time and arrived in Finland.. However from tracking I can see, 5 days after arriving in Finland, still not delivered to my daughter in Helsinki. Christmas presents for my daughter so we are both concerned. No contact number for speaking to Parcel Monkey reps, sent an email with my concerns but so far no response. Not sure where to go from here but I can only assume parcel has got lost. Really poor customer service.

This is the first time we have used Parcel Monkey. Despatched parcel to Switzerland on Friday 4th December, delivered on Wednesday 9th December. Online paperwork was easy to follow. Competitively priced with great service.

First time Ive used this service and it went smoothly. One thing could have been improved on (but wasnt too important on day in question), I didnt receive time of arrival text - may have been an error as I got 2 texts requesting cancellation if necessary just before driver arrived! Will use service again without doubt..today in fact.
