A guy from ParcelForce collected as agreed, and it was delivered the next day... Easy job however it was nearly 30kg and the price is half of normal rate...

Getting the parcel sent was excellent, but DPD driver in Germany let us down. It took our son multiple visits to the pick-up location to get the two parcels despite the driver leaving a note as to where they would be.

Have used Parcel Monkey several times for gifts to Australia . Good pricing and service is fast. Goods delivered within the timescale they set. Brilliant service.

Working with Parcel Monkey was very easy--however--when the Parcel Force driver got here, he had labels for 4 packages, not 2. He used 2 for the parcelsI had booked, and took the others labels away. When I tried to track the delivery, it showed "refused acceptance" and I had to contact the addressee to confirm that delivery had been completed successfully.

I was transporting a picture in a frame. There was no option to insure the item and when it came, the glass in the frame was smashed into thousands of pieces! It was very clear that absolutely no care was taken to deliver the parcel safely

Great service and price from parcel monkey would have been 5 stars but had to wait in all day for parcel to be collected as I was given a pick up window even if this could be narrowed down to a four hour window it would be a great help. Will definitely be using this service again and have recommended it to others.

I sent two parcels with parcelmonkey. The first one going to Canada was collected on Monday 7 Dec and delivered on Friday11 Dec. The second one going to New Zealand was collected from me on Tuesday 8 Dec and delivered on Monday 14 Dec. Considering that both these items had to be inspected by customs in these countries I think the delivery times are brilliant and I was able to track the items online all the way. I will certainly be using parcel monkey again and would recommend them.

I had a parcel to send to Australia and as it weighed 3k the Post Office were going to charge me £74 to send it. I checked out Parcel Monkey online and their charge was £28. I booked it online on Sunday evening, it was collected at 10am on Monday (having sent me an email that morning giving me a time slot for collection). No fuss, no bother....would certainly use them again.

I paid for my parcel of clothes here in London sending it to my family to Egypt as a CHRISTMAS GIFT not business or sale and I displayed the 5 copies of the customs invoice so that I dont pay customs and then they found delivery man giving them a receipt of around £60 customs and around £70 ARAMEX COMPANY FEES?????????? This is the courier you deal with in Egypt and they had no choice but paying this HUGE amount of money the clothes I sent in the parcel costed me around £130 and DPD costed me around £45 and didnt say anything about this hidden company FEES I am upset about customs but I dont mind because it is not your issue but around £70 company hidden fees???????? SHAME....I am so upset and unsatisfied !

I would recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone. Package collected Monday morning, delivered in Hong Kong on Thursday. I dont think this can be beaten especially at one third of Post Office price. Absolutely brilliant service.

I had a great experience with the parcel monkey. The price for the delivery was very reasonable and the packet was delivered within 4 days to Poland before Christmas . I will be using your services again!
