PM was easy to do but I did not like the courier all that much DPD. I dropped off the parcel with a large label to the Drop off point and the staff were not aware of how to enter the tracking number manually as the barcode was rather big. But we got there in the end. On drop off the parcel was left at the door step and a picture was sent back letting me know that it was left in the open.

This was picked up and delivered from uk to Australia within the given time frame. It would be improved if the parcel could be given a pick up or delivery timeslot either by mobile, text to ensure recipients are home. The website doesnt tell you when (time) pick up will be. Maybe this is not possible? Definitely cheaper than other bigger international delivery companies. Will use them again in future.

Paid for a 2-day delivery timescale which, according to the tracking information, will take five working days. This and the lack of response to my queries is totally unacceptable - would not use again!

Saved my sanity this Christmas as late with Christmas presents to far flung relatives. Instead of struggling into post office with massive parcel which I would have had to lug from the car park through shopping crowds, a lovely van came to my house and collected it.
And I was able to track its progress.

Parcel Monkey is good "Umbrella" company by which you can compare prices for carriers and book your services through them. Obviously, not all the companies they use will offer the same level of service, so one needs to asses that for onesself, but nonetheless I find this way of booking my carriers easy, effective, and simple to control.

Last year I used a different courier who kept cancelling collection looming up towards Christmas. This year Parcel Monkey arrived to collect when arranged and delivered to Australia within a few days. Many thanks. Ill use you again and would recommend you to others.

WE HAVE HAD NO BAD PROBLEMS APART FROM WHEN WE VERY UNFORTUNATELY USED THE EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT "YODEL" THROUGH YOUR COMPANY. NOT ONLY ONCE BUT TWICE! THE SECOND TIME EXPENSIVE NONE REPLACEABLE ITEMS WERE LOST OR STOLEN AND NO RECOMPENSE OR ANSWERS FROM THAT COMPANY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE THREATENED LEGAL ACTION.
I SERIOUSLY WOULD DELETE THEM FROM YOUR SHIPPERS, SINCE THEN I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BUT BAD REMARKS ABOUT THEM.

I had not used a courier service to deliver a parcel abroad before - have usually just sent it via Royal Mail. Having left it quite late to send a box of Christmas gifts to our family in Seville I began to panic that it would cost me a fortune to ensure the box arrived safely and before the big day.
When I got the quote from Parcel Monkey I couldnt believe how reasonable it was and that it would be delivered on time.
I am delighted that our little grand-daughter was able to open lots of gifts from us on Christmas morning even though we are so many miles away.
Thank you Parcel Monkey, I will certainly use you again.

I sent a large oil painting that I did & it arrived in the condition I sent it. First class service - highly recommend 😊

I sincerely ask everyone not to use this company anymore! The worst company with no doubt. My parcels were picked up more than 2 weeks ago and they are not yet delivered. Customer support just gave me rubbish answer without answering when these can finally arrive. Very irresponsible and unreliable. They were supposed to be Xmas gifts. Shame on you parcel monkey

Made booking over a weekend for a 24 hour delivery service. Parcel was collected Monday and delivered to recipient 500 miles away the next day.

Dropped off late afternoon the day before it was booked for collection and it was actually picked up same day... so delivered a whole day ahead of schedule (through DPD). Amazing, given that this was the busy pre Christmas period.

I paid £8.63 for next day delivery and dropped off the parcel Monday 6:30 am weds evening 18:00 I get a call from the retailer whom I dropped off the parcel with asking what I want to do with it as it hasnt been collected ? In the mean time my customer had arranged with DPD to have this delivered again ? as he had received a email for re delivery a tad difficult when it was still 211 miles away in the retailer I had dropped it off with I have started a complaint and will post a further update when I know more but sadly this is one Xmas present which was not be delivered on time

Link to produce the label didnt come through for a over a day and FAQs didnt make it clear what should have happened, led to a bit of confusion at the actual post office who also were not interested in helping too much as it wasnt their own service.

I was not able to get hold of anyone with more concrete information on when my parcel would be collected. I had a same day other collection and did not receive any confirmation when and if it is going to take place. Didnt get hold of anyone at parcel monkey nor the company collecting. Had to reschedule and cancel twice on this day. Really not happy with it.

The service was first class. I selected a date for collection and was allotted a time slot of one hour on the relevant date. The courier arrived within that hour and was extremely courteous. I would recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone.

I took the parcel to drop off shop at 9.15 on a Saturday. I paid for next day delivery and was told because it was Saturday it would not be delivered until Monday(fair enough) It actually arrived late on Wednesday(not good enough) I was informed by messages of expected arrival times and more messages telling me of delays. If you cant guarantee delivery, dont take the money for it.
