In the end I took the parcel to the DHL depot on Teeside as I had waited in for 2 days for the parcel to be collected. There was nothing on my account that indicated if and when the parcel would be collected. Not very helpful

I only send a couple of parcels a year. This year one went to a relative in Wallasey. The other went half way round the world to Palau. I found the process easy to follow with a range of prices to compare in each category.
The other bonus was the parcel to Palau was £40 cheaper than other sites, collected on Thursday and delivered the following Tuesday. Almost quicker than Santa!!!!!

I used Parcelforce International via Parcel Monkey and my parcel was picked up in the early afternoon on my day of collection. It was so much easier than lugging it to the Post Office - and quite a bit cheaper too! It arrived at its destination in Jersey two working days later and I cant fault the service. I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again. Thank you

Easy from start to finish! The website was really easy to use, with useful information. From ordering, everything went ahead as the website said it would and my parcel was there 3 days later! Really competitive prices too.

Picked up in Shrewsbury on Wednesday and delivered in rural Portugal the next Tuesday. Driver was really helpful and the service excellent. What more can you expect. A recommended organisation.

OK so Parcel Monkey were ok online as an experience, however my experience of Parcel Force and subsequent experience of Parcel Monkey have been very poor. I ordered a 48 hour service with pick up from work. On day of arrnage collection I sat in my office right by the front door looking out of the window and delivery driver did not attend. After 6 phone calls to Parcel Force and every one of them saying they would call me back after investigation (and didnt) , and having received 6 different stories surrounding what had actually happened, it was agreed that the parcel would be collected the following day between 830am and midday and they would escalate it to a 24 hour delivery- I explained I would not be available after this time. At 12.15 I left my office and returned the following day. I phoned again and was told they had a failed attempt at collection at 2.30pm! I then rearranged a furtehr collection from my home address a couple of days later - my parcel was duly collected, I asked the driver if it was still a confirmed 24 hour delivery and he said yes. We are now a week after initial collection was due and the parcel still is in their sorting office. I have emailed parcel monkey and had no response. I will give it another 24 hours for my parcel to be delivered then heads will roll. Totally unacceptable service from both companies now and a breach of contract with me. I will NEVER use or recommend again.

Our parcel is waiting, packaged and ready for sending with no collection. I contacted you by raising a ticket......no response. I contact Parcelforce and theyve no record of the parcel at all, yet you sent me an email TODAY, saying that the collection would be happening. So who sucks.....you, or parcel force, because one of you owes us an explanation.

Have used 5 times. 3 were fine. 1 time there was no pick up but it was rescheduled for next day and was fine. Last time there three failed pick ups for the same item and no warning or refund or any kind of explanation. Really frustrating, especially as there is no number to call. Wouldnt advise using it for anything urgent.

This is the 2nd parcel delivered to Kuwait, each taking around 5 days Including a weekend in both. The Latest parcel was collected by Parcelforce (for Parcel Monkey) from our home 10:00 on Wed 9th Dec & delivered to the shippers (Norsk) at 12:05 on Thu 10th. It was subsequently transported to Kuwait and delivered mid afternoon on Mon 14th Dec. Placing the order was relatively straightforward as we had itemised the items to be sent and to be entered on the pro-forma invoice, prior to placing the order, in addition to having the various details (adresses, phone numbers etc) to hand. Tracking on both the Parcelforce and Norsk sites was easy and informative. We did have a communication problem with the 1st parcel, when I wanted to amend some detail, and found that quite difficult. However, it did not actually affect the transport and delivery, and it would have been better not to have tried to make an alteration. The address did not come out in the way Kuwaitees state it, and I added a label in their format, just to make sure, but I dont think it would have mattered anyway. The parcelforce courier was extremely helpful, giving advice & adding the labels to the parcel, as well as being very courteous.

One star is too much, send envelope delivery is two weeks late and appears lost. Now they trying to add surcharge of half again saying a B size bubble envelope weighed just under 10 kg not the 55 grams it was. No customer service number to call and live chat wont open or is turned off. Emailed and still no reply after the three hours response time they state. First and last time I use this shower, bank informed of unauthorised charge they trying to take and will dispute this.

This company is NOT a courier company but a booking company without a telephone number. My delivery was 6 days late with no communication as to why. Fine when it works but very hard when something goes wrong
