My parcel was showing a delivery date much later than what had been paid for on the tracking website and after informing Parcel Monkey they blamed the courier and quoted terms and conditions at me and saying they had been met. No offer to contact the courier and deal with my issue. So I see very little value add by using Parcel Monkey. Maybe use them to identify the best companies by price etc. and then go direct to that company. I did contact the courier who acknowledged the issue and upgraded the parcel so it met the agreed timescales. I will definitely not use Parcel Monkey again.

I used the service for the dispatch of a large heavy parcel using the web form to select the appropriate company. My money was taken, the company came to collect the parcel but refused because of the weight. No further contact from the company to refund my money. Totally unacceptable.

At first I was so happy to get good competitive price, but then the problems started... For some reason collection address sent to courier company was incorrect. First time, did not have our company name and unit number, which means it is pretty impossible to find us. After sending emails back and forth with customer service, our address was changed, but it was a missing a street name! So the only positive thing with Parcel Monkey service was the price and helpful customer service, but everything else... Will have to think twice before using it again.

Arranged DPD to collect and deliver to Netherlands and Germany, items were collected within specified one hour time slot and delivered within 3 days. Great communication from carrier and Parcel Monkey. Will definitely be using in future.

The collection and delivery went smoothly. The only thing that could be improved is knowing the time the courier is going to arrive / drop off. Parcel Monkey is definitely my favourite website to book couriers through. Thanks!

Shipped my parcels on 24th Aug 2015 for what was supposed to be a 7- 14 day delivery. After so many phone calls and the companys inability to track my parcel, it finally got delivered on the 10/2/2015. Use this service at your own risk if you dont mind calling them day and night just find where you parcel is.

I wanted to send a TV. I entered the measurements into parcel monkey an they quoted 12 pounds. The parcel was picked up and delivered in two working days.
Great price and service , though note , TVs cannot be insured for loss

Just dropped my parcel off at the chemist. Was delivered by DPD 2-days later. No fuss.
Got to admit the PM website design is poor. I wrestled with the webapp in order to get the correct destination address accepted. In the end I used the drivers notes to advise him which industrial unit to find. That bit was a chore.

Easy to book online, parcel collected by the courier as expected and delivered to Germany within 2 days of collection from UK.
Excellent service and much cheaper than I could get elsewhere. Plus the product included insurance in the base cost.

This site gave me a choice of companies that had a variety of facilities to offer and gave prices to go with it. Helped me to use a good carrier at a good price and most importantly a company which had a local collection / delivery point. Good if you do not want to stay home for a delivery.

I paid for a 48 hr service , it took 96 hours , no refund , they blame the carrier , not a very good service , definitely wont be using again.

Used Parcelforce via Parcelmonkey for 8kg parcel to USA from UK. Everything from booking to collection and delivery, including tracking, was excellent - plus much cheaper than using Parcelforce directly. Would definitely use Parcelmonkey again.

Great service from Parcel Monkey and Parcelforce. No messing around with having to print labels as Parcelforce bring their own when they come to pick up the parcel. Also managed to deliver within the "24 Hour Next Day". Will be using them again as its a cheap and easy way of transporting parcels.

Everything went fine for purchasing my dpd package but as a first time user the print a label is not positioned or highlighted as the next step before finishing so I took two trips for the drop off where I found out I needed to go back and print the label myself. I will know for next time but as an intermediary site I was disappointed. Cheers, Dawn

I used DPD to ship a box from London to my new home in Berlin. They tried to deliver a day earlier than it said on the tracking, but luckily I was at home on that day. I received an email at around midday saying that they had tried to delivery my parcel, but I was not in to receive it. I emailed them back explaining that I was in, but I did not receive a response. I also informed them that I had left a note on the label of the parcel explaining that my name is not on the door, and telling them which bell they should ring. The next day I still had not heard anything from them, so I had a look at the tracking only to find out that they had tried to delivery (again) unsuccessfully on that same day. I sent yet another email explaining that I was in the whole day and was somewhat confused as to why my package could not be delivered. I did not receive a response for the second time. I called the number of the depot that I found on the tracking, only to be greeted by a very rude and unhelpful woman who practically shouted down the phone at me. She told me that the reason that my parcel could not be delivered was because my name is not on the door, and the delivery person "could not look at the note" that was written in black and white on the label of the parcel. She insisted that the parcel should be picked up at a "paketshop" even though the box weighed 13kg and I paid for a service to deliver my belongings to my door. My request to speak to a supervisor was ignored, and I was ushered off the phone. I did go to pick up my 13kg box from the paketshop, which by the way was just a tobacco shop that had all the parcels laid out in a big pile at the front of the shop, as I simply did not want my belongings to be in the care of DPD any longer! I will never use this awful service again.

I was told that my parcel would be picked up last Friday....was it no .Ok thought you might have been busy so I waited in all Monday...still no pick up.So Ive had to use another company and they picked up my parcel when they said they would.So please refund the money that was put into youre account for a parcel that was not picked up.
