The "2 days delivery" became 6 days delivery and tracking shows the driver was in the city but simply put comment was unable to deliver. Therefore kids didnt get their gifts in time for a New Year Eve. I was able to see online (German tracking site) how the post truck avoided recipients area in Germany.and return back to depot. Also Parcel Monkey do not sent reminder to reschedule the delivery it does the contractor and it is in German in this case. Shall I use this service again?

did not pass on all of my consignments to parcelforce... only one... so only one parcel of two actually collected. Massive inconvenience for me... Had to wait in all day when Im very busy and no other collection arrived! No messages or information passed onto me. Contacted Parcelmonkey and parcel force via Twitter... No reply! Unacceptable!

Very bad customer service. Delivery of parcel failed and its been over 2 months now and still waiting to get parcel back. All they kept saying was we will notify you when we receive it. And would not let me claim for it. DO NOT USE.

Quick and easy to use and book however the closest shop listed on the website was unable to take my parcel . I dont think he knew how to use the machine, then I was told he only gets about 10 pence per parcel collected and looked totally uninterested. i then had to take the parcel to another shop where the whole thing was sorted in 10 seconds. Parcel was delivered quickly so generally happy.

Returning to the UK after Cristmas I left an item on the ferry and arranged for collection for 24 hrs express due for pick up on 29th delivery 30th. This was a laptop with considerable monotary value but more importantly had alot of college work which I needed. This was collected on the 29th and it is now the 4th january. Nobody has a clue where it is - i was never tracked and all i get different phone number after different phone number. Im now out of minutes and up to my credit limit having spent £50 on 08 numbers trying to follow up this mess. I cant ring anymore so all I can do is give up. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

For the second time this Christmas I used ParcelMonkey to ship a present to Ireland and for the second time the courier didnt deliver it to the correct address or even attempt to deliver it to the alternative address specified.
DPD SUCK!
I cannot fault Parcelmonkey for this as the4y got me a good price and changed the collection address when an issue with it was pointed out to them.

Very easy to arrange and book online and printed labels off no problem. Parcels were collected next day by Royal Mail as arranged and delivered to recipient under 24hr later as agreed. And all for less than half the normal Parcelforce price. Brilliant.

unacceptable !!! since 29th December i am still waiting for someone to another courier which i paid. i am calling...writing...no one care...no one call back ... how long i have to wait? Who is going to take responsibility? All the time im speaking with another person..no name....

Could drop my parcel into a collection store nearby when the post office was closed. Parcel reached destination next day plus the advantage of being able to track my parcel unlike some other couriers

This business doesnt seem to use any email verification for new accounts or emails. I have not signed up to use their services, yet it seems someone else has with my email address. Ive contacted the business via email, after asking for it on Facebook (as they dont give contact details on their website), yet have not heard anything back from them. Im still getting emails from them, although I requested that my email address is removed from their system immediately as I had not signed up for an account. I consider this to be a data protection issue, and I would never consider using this company because I dont know what they do with real customer details if they cant seem to delete my email address when Ive informed them to remove it from their database due to not signing up for an account.

Hi, I had to send a parcel from Edinburgh to Italy. With ParcelMonkey I had a great experience: easy to find the perfect way for me to send it, the parcel is arrived on time without any surprise. I will recommend this because it was cheaper compare to other options and also because everything went ok.
