Worst customer service, lost two of my packages, incredibly difficult to deal with, pay the extra money and use a service that will actually work and will actually help you.

It was quick and easy to book online, clear with pricing, there was a small issue with where to drop it off, but that was soon sorted out, and you could drop off at any post office.
The labels were easily printed and the parcel got there within the specified time. So a very good experience and much cheaper than going direct. Highly recommended.

Positive: Fast delivery
Negative: There is no certain time for collection. They also do not call first. So, someone need to lost all his day in order to wait for collection truck.

My husband and I used a special international courier service on Sunday. We paid the cost and were ready for the collection on Monday. We waited for the driver, which is Yodel, for all day but the driver did not turn up. We checked the tracking page and it said that the driver came to our house but we were not in and left a card, which is not true at all. We were at home waiting and there were no card left at our home. We contacted the website and rearranged the collection on Wednesday, as there were no service available on Tuesday and again waited for the driver until 2:30 in the afternoon and felt very worried and checked the tracking site and found out the driver did the same thing again and did not collect our parcel. We contacted Yodel customer service, it was very difficult to get through to the customer service on the telephone but I managed to talk to them. The big trouble was the customer service was helpless indeed. They did not tell me how to solve the problem and kept telling me that they could not contact to their service centre and they did not know when the next driver was collecting our parcel. We lost 3 days and my husband was not happy at all so we cancelled the service and rebook to Parcel 2 Go, which, I think, provides more prompt and helpful support. It was my mothers 70th birthday gift and if they had collected our parcel on time, it would be at her place by her birthday but now it will be late at least for a week - wonderful indeed! I am very cross and not happy at all. Unlike other sites, Parcel Monkeys site did not tell clearly how the parcels are delivered. We did not know that Yodel would come to collect our parcel first then pass to an international courier company or such at all. So the site was not very informative at all. I found out that Yodel does not have good reputations for the past few years and if I had known my parcel would be dealt with Yodel first, I would not have used the service. I had a very stressful time dealing with a parcel!

My parcel was not collected from my house, I was in all day waiting. I called to tell the office and they said id have to wait until Monday for a new slot which I couldnt do because in order for me to get a refund on my item it had to be back on time. So with a new born baby I had to pack him into his car seat and car and lift a 21kg package into my car and deliver it myself to the Piccadilly depot. This was an awful amount of stress with the weight of it and he fact I have a newborn baby and find it difficult to get out of the house on a normal day with feeding etc. Mary Burns

Arrived as expected, just surprised that when you have parcel collected only a few operators will work without the collectee having a printer.
Not parcel monkeys fault, just an observation.

I was recommended Parcel Monkey from a friend of mine, he told me they were reasonable in price and had good service. So I decided to use them to send the parcel to Australia, and I am very happy with their service and I will now highly recommend them to my friends and family :) Definitely a great company and a fantastic customer service, thank you so much :)

I wanted to send my mum an incinerator bin from Caerphilly to Newton Abbot. The delivery driver arrived and was very polite on the Monday afternoon and my mum received it on Wednesday afternoon. It arrived intact with no damage, very happy with service and would definitely recommend and use again

Everything was quick and really cheap. 20£ to send a 12kg parcel from UK to South Spain with DPD. They collected it from my address and delivered it in less than 4 days. Really good service far cheaper than other similar webpages. 100% recommended

Really pleased - I saved almost half sending a heavy parcel by Parcelforce with full tracking using Parcel Monkey and dropping off at the post office was dead easy. Paying online and self printing the label was quick and easy.
As an eBay seller this makes a lot of sense. Customers like carriers that are easy to collect parcels from if they are out - and Parcelforce leave the parcel at the local post office.
Using Parcelforce via Parcel Monkey is very affordable.

Wanted to send a parcel to Dubai, and parcel money supplied steps throughout to help ensure that the parcel was labelled correctly and was ok for customs.
The delivery and pick up was speedy and arrived a lot sooner than expected.
Definitely will be using this site again in the future.

Used Parcel Monkey to send a large parcel via parcel force 48 hour service.It was a lot cheaper than taking parcel to Post office and they also collected it and provided the labels.Came on the day stated and delivered to customer 2 days later.Used parcel force because if customer was out they would leave it at a local post office,not just dump it outside the customer door to get wet or stolen like some couriers do.

Im sorry but the service was really bad. The advisors were very kind but they dont even know how to supply a good service. I had so many troubles: first my pack wasnt collected then it was due to be delivered on Monday, then today or Tomorrow. Plenty of confusion. Not using this service anymore, thank you anyway

Parcel Monkey is a great comparitive service and booking agent making the process of booking online very easy. The updates received and communication are prompt, unlike the actual courier service that I used - DPD - who were horrible to deal with. As arranged, I was given a time for pick up of my parcel which had all of the necessary paperwork correctly attached. The driver refused to take it as he said he couldnt find the postcode anywhere on the box for delivery on the other end. The postcode was there on all of the paperwork ( about 5 times) and he STILL refused. He said he would return tomorrow to collect but that I should ring to reschedule the pick up and sort out this issue. WHAT ISSUE???? The issue being that there are some very incompetent and unhelpful, not to mention rude, staff that let the courier service down miserably.
Its unfortunate for Parcel Monkey to be procuring work for courier companies who have no respect. Wouldnt use that courier service again but would recommend Parcel Monkeys service.
