Do not use this company they hide behind a pathetic excuse for a customer support ticketing system when things go wrong "we do not offer phone support here at Parcel Monkey and handle all communication online." their on-line support takes 24 hours to receive a response that offers no support what so ever! DO NOT use this company to send parcels to South Africa their third party partner out there Dawn wing charges extortionate amount to act as a clearing agent and will then effectively hold your parcel for ransom. Having paid £30 to parcel monkey (same as post office) to send a parcel there I now find I am having to pay £20 in customs charges (for a gift sent from/to private individual) and clearing agent fee with bank charge of £10 to send payment internationally as you have to pay through bank transfer (no paypal or card option) needless to say it doesnt look like my parcel will arrive by Christmas even tho it was sent weeks ago on 3-6 day service.... better off going to post office initial price is the same but no ransom fees :(

Booked to be picked up and no show. No explanation. Rebooked and still didnt turn up. They then turned up after the next day with no explanation. Good job somebody was in.

We had two large parcels to send from the UK to Italy. The service was fast, less than one week, efficient as they arrived exactly when expected, and the on line tracking was clear and interesting in that each point in transit was logged. All this after a very negative experience with a different company leads me to highly recommend Parcel Monkey and Did

Very impressed with Parcel Monkey, parcel was collected and delivered to Dubai within 4 days at a fraction of the price offered by other courier services. Will definitely use again and have already recommended to friends and family.

I found Parcel Monkey easy to book a delivery with a wide choice of companies and services to choose from.
However after choosing DPD for its stated cost and quickness of delivery 3-6 days to Taiwan. On booking and paying I find that the estimated delivery time will take 11 days almost twice as Long.
Good service but it needs to be cleare on delivery times.

Quick, easy and cheap.
After being rudely turned away from the Post Office, as I was told my parcel was too big to send to Australia, I looked online for an alternative. I found Parcel Monkey and my parcel was collected from home the next day and arrived in Australia 5 days later!
I shall be using this service again :)

I needed to send a parcel to USA and used Parcel Monkey as I have not sent anything abroad before. I found it easy to use and it led me thorough the process clearly. The parcel was collected on the day I was advised and arrived in one piece at the destination on time. I will use this service again

Used parcel monkey to send large parcel to Ireland. Very reasonable price for 2 day delivery. Collected 4pm Tuesday, delivered 10am Thursday. Excellent service! Easy to change date of collection as time didnt suit the first time. Easy to chat online to discuss something. Will use again.

A bit unnerving that you have to be home all day to wait for the pick up of the parcel, but otherwise great sevice and they keep their promise of 2-3 days delivery in Europe.

No one come to pick up my parcel, no contact no for any of the companies , no explains, nu appologies. After 1 day receive an email from DPD that my parcel is on the way to Italy in the situation that my parcel was home with me!!!! Witch parcel are you delivering to the destination??? Why no customer service contact no to se what is happening??? First time sending parcels but last time also. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

I was sending out loads of Christmas parcels - rather than searching lots of sites for the best service, its all right there on their comparison, and you get the shipping labels to print and the posties just turn up, ready to collect! Estimated delivery times all beaten - I will DEFINITELY be using this website again.

Last time I used a courier organised by Parcel Monkey it was a complete disaster. The courier (DX) left my item outside the recipients door in a public area, didnt leave a card - and of course it got stolen. I got compensation after a great deal of hassle. Not really Parcel Monkeys fault I suppose.
This time all was good. Its all about the courier you choose, Parcel Monkey are a broker, they dont actually carry your goods. Parcel Force 24 are the stars of this particular show.

My parcel wasnt collected on the specified date. I couldnt see any easy way to raise this with Parcel Monkey. I ended up contacting Parcel Force directly 2 days later and organising the updated collection time myself. Im uncertain if the problem was on the Parcel Force or Parcel Monkey side, but Parcel Monkey didnt check that Parcel Force had provided the service that they sold to me. When there was a problem, they werent aware of it. I paid for a premium 3 day delivery service and the delivery is now going to take over 6 days.

Failed first time to pick up after waiting in all day. Despite clearly stating the destination at the time of booking. Courier stated "remote are not delivered to every day ". When it eventually arrived the parcel was in good condition with no damage to contents .

I have sent two parcels to my daughter in Japan recently, both arrived in good time using Parcelforce. It cost about half as much to book using Parcel Monkey as it would have to go direct to Parcelforce.
No problems encountered whatsoever.

We ship a lot to & from the UK f& Texas, America. I had several glitches but fortunately my package made it to Cornwell in less than 2 days for half of most companies charge. My package was given to a US domestic Fed ex driver with no scanner. No way to track etc. I waved good bye to ithat package! But low & behold Parcel Monkey found it & delivered in less than 2 days somehow!! My first Christmas miracle! Thank you Glenn.
