The driver came late and on a couple of occasions said he was near the drop off point but was far from it. He stated that he couldnt find the address when we found it easily. Couldnt get hold of him and the courier company kept changing the time of arrival.

First time I have used Parcel Monkey and I cant recommend highly enough,2 parcels delivered safely to Canada in 4 days !! Amazing service all round and by far the cheapest price, very very impressed

I have been using Parcel Monkey for a few years now and find them excellent. This most recent service was booked late the night before a collection, which arrived in the destination country the in less than 24 hours! Fantastic. I would absolutely recommend the courier services of Parcel Monkey

Amazed to be asked for a review before the package was even collected. Its been waiting all day to be collected and is now 19.00 and still no collection, so the review is very poor...and getting worse.

I paid for next day delivery service however the parcel took 5 days to arrive, when I queried the courier company (Dx) they said I didnt order next day delivery service. Parcel monkey are absolute con artists and try to shift the responsibility and say its not their fault if parcels are delayed - however it is their responsibility, the contract is with them! Had to get paypal to resolve! Disgusting company ! Avoid! Will never use again

I payed for 2 day delivery that was on the 1st when my parcel got picked up it has only been delivered today so thats 4 working days not happy.

The initial process was very straight forward and easy - I booked the service I needed and dropped it off at the drop off location as provided on the website - I got an acknowledgement email and as far as I was concerned the parcel would be delivered - job done. Unfortunately our customer did not receive the item on the 2 day delivery service, and has still not arrived 7 days later. Despite over 10 phone calls and emails by both myself and our customer neither the parcel courier or parcel monkey has got back to me with an update and when speaking to either on the phone, both have blamed the other for non delivery. To date, Parcel monkey have sent me a support ticket update with Your order is under investigation. As soon we will receive some information we will contact you directly. Kind regards The courier service never even responded. I am very disappointed with this service.

had to wait 3 days befor my packages were collected and still ha dto pay the full price. The service center promised a lot but did nothing. Avoid Parcel Monkey at all cost

Ive been looking for ages for a company that could deliver 3 parcels (of fragile stuff) from London to France (center) and end up choosing Parcel Monkey for their low cost.
I choose Parcel Force despite all the negative feedback ive seen on many review site (as they were very cheap) and didnt have any problem at all !
They came the day after i booked to collect the parcels and delivered all of them without damage 3 days after.
So far, Im happy with Parcel Monkey

Best parcel service for abroad and Great communication. I got a quote online for a parcel to be sent to Iran and paid for it and arranged for the parcel to be picked up. I wasnt at home but left a note for the collector and the parcel was picked up the next day and was delivered to Iran within 5 days.

I found the website very easy to use and was happy with the multiple choices of couriers available, plenty to choose from..... I was kept up to date via email of my shipment and my customer had no problems with the driver, thanks for helping me choose the best courier for a fair price

First time Id used parcelmonkey, waited in all day for the courier to collect, no show, all I got from parcelmonkey was a reschedule of the collection to the next day when they did finally arrive. My mum said the same thing happened to her when she booked through parcelmonkey, wont be using again

Really disappointed! Parcel not picked up on allotted day. Picked up following day, after phone call to parcel force. They said Parcel Monkey hadnt notified them of job? Still not arrived and was due today 😔

Ive used Parcel Monkey before to return a large item and was impressed from the outset, the ease of use of the website to the price charged and the collection and delivery service. This time it was a medium sized parcel & again was pleased with the whole process. A 5 star service, highly recommended.

I just wanted to thank you very much for your excellent service. I sent a parcel to Kenya which is usually notorious for delivering to. The courier picked up the parcel from my work address on Thursday and I received a message today from the very delighted recipient to say it had arrived and intact. She was absolutely amazed at the speed of delivery, as was I. Extremely good value as well as could have cost up to 3 times as much through other companies.

I was sending PC spare parts to abroad in the vendors packaging. Parcel was collected and in a week as advised delivered to the address in Slovakia. As far as I know, everything was delivered as expected.

Have used this site a few times and always get the lowest prices for heavier bulky items, always an option for driver to bring labels as i dont have access to a printer.
