First time to use Parcel Monkey, I found the site easy to use, the package was collected and delivered to France so quickly and without problems, I was sent mails informing me of the delivery at every stage, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

First time Ive ever used this type of service. It was to get a Land Rover Parcel shelf from Aberdeen to Derby, so simple and straight forward. I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

No more trips to the Post Office for me. It works so well, giving you the costs of number of parcel carriers. Collected from my front door at a convenient time and a self adhesive label delivered and stuck on at the same time. This parcel was delivered to Denmark in a few days, whereas my last parcel via The Post Office took nearly 3 weeks.

Glass isnt covered by parcel monkeys insurance - other delivery companies do. But when my parcel had been damaged by parcel monkey the glass was okay but no recompense was offered for other damage. I ended up £32 out of pocket And when I asked their so called customer care for the contact details of the chief executive they claimed not to know! One for watchdog I think. Others beware.

Been using parcel monkey for two years now and have yet to have an issue that is not felt with fast and very few of them in the first place. Without them my business would be struggling. Very many thanks to the team.

I will never ever recommend parcel monkey to anyone. They are not even deserved for 1 star. I send a parcel to India with every labels and invoice they asked. It was checked and verified by the driver as well. After 8 days, they emailed me that the parcel cant deliver because the customs invoice gone missing. . They initially charged me £19 for sending it and again charged me £21 to returning item to me. So far I paid £40 for doing nothing. I shouldve kept that parcel with me instead.

Was recommended to Parcel Monkey by friends who had used it to ship internationally from the UK, was won over by the low prices, ease of preparation, and speed of shipping. I shipped two large boxes (16kg) from London to New York, arrived within 3 days! Priority shipping and MUCH cheaper than sending directly through another service. Very happy with this company.

I had to pay an extortionate additional fee for taxes even though I sent used clothes to my family . Also there is just a very limited amount of space for the delivery address. Not worth the stress , hassle and money!!!!

First time use Parcel Monkey, and Im very disappointed. Some of my friends spoken well about it .The delivery time great, but the conditions of the package were not the same as I had delivered. If you need pictures as evidence, I will be glad to send you. Best regards

Ironic how this review was asked of me after Ive already filed a complaint. Anyway, it was all going well until the delivery driver at the recipients destination didnt try to alert him about the delivery, despite him being in the house and within earshot of the door. Not good enough. Also not good enough that for a Priority Service, the deliverer is as generic as the US Postal Service, instead of a courier.

Not DPDs fault, but the collection delay wasnt made clear (supposed to be next day delivery - But which day??)
DPD customer relations chased up the delivery and were excellent - they tracked down what had happened, and phoned to say that it was actually being delivered. First class - Courteous and helpful.

The website and booking of the collection was simple and easy with parcel monkey, its a great website BUT i booked 2 collections and both had issues, where Parcel Monkey were slow to get back to me and i was left completely in the dark and worrying about my parcel collection. Neither of which happened in the end and i had to go directly to Parcel Force to get the service that i needed. Nice idea, rubbish execution......

Be warned you pay them £16.00 for next day delivery. If late parcelforce refund them but they keep the money and tell you to read there terms & condtions. Total Clowns. BEWARE

I have used parcel monkey with my business for quite a few years now. It has always been a good experience. In the times i have had to contact them, the response has been swiftt and positive. I cannot fault the service.

I arranged for my parcel to be collected from my Dads home. He is elderly and was not given time to get to the door, so the parcel was not collected. I was then charged for the second collection, which I am not happy about as it was not my fault.
