Booked on Sunday night and mislead into believing service would take 24 hrs. In fact the parcel arrived at 3pm on Thursday. 24hr late for the charity auction. We lost hundreds of pounds thanks to Parcel Monkey

The website is simple and easy to use, took no time at all to book. Once I had placed my order I got a call within 5 minutes from the courier - citysprint to confirm all the details and when the package would be ready. They picked it up within an hour of me booking it and it was delivered on time, with a confirmation email as soon as it was delivered

I paid over £70 to have two separate parcels delivered to two different countries, neither were delivered and I was charges another £40 for them to be returned. I included a contact number on each parcel, why did they not use them? Used another courier (parcel force) directly with the same delivery details and as if by magic both parcels were delivered. I used parcel monkeys message system to resolve the problem and just got a full load of bull**** from start to finish.

Parcel not collected, refund not offered on upgraded postage paid for, staff member didnt try to sort out service or apologise for service issues, all in all a very unpleasant experience!

Excellent website. I used it for my business and save a fortune on overseas shipping for larger orders. Website is easy to use and, when things go wrong, the team are immensely supportive and helpful. It would be great if all addresses were automatically saved, rather than just the last ones though.

Dropped it off at wyndsors shoes,Bolton,dealt with by their staff very pleasantly,collected from them the next morning and delivered 300 miles away the next day to my grandson in plenty of time for his birthday.thank you I will definitely use parcel monkey again

I have waited for a week for my refund as you took payments from my PayPal and my debit card. after numerous contacts you still havent refunded what you took

I used PM to send a parcel via Parcel Force to South Africa on 14 Sep 15. The delivery timeframe was 7 days. It still has not been delivered nearly a month after sending. When comparing the prices of the different courier companies, it was not made apparent that Parcel Force hands over their parcels to the South African Post Office who have had a long-running labour dispute (over a year now) and ongoing strikes causing huge delays to deliveries. So their (Parcel Forces) offering is not comparable to other courier companies who operate their own services outside of the UK. I wont use PM or Parcel Force again for international deliveries.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Parcel Monkey and DPD, who collected and delivered my parcel to Australia. I did find the website a little confusing at first, but once I got to grips with it, it was fine. Very competitive prices. Thank you for an excellent service.

I decided to use parcel monkey to send a package to the USA - having being quoted £145 with my usual couriers. My package was collected and delivered in 2 days via parcel monkey, costing £52.98 and guess what it was with my normal courier (with the £145 quote) - I shall never use them directly without going to parcel monkey first.

I used the drop off option so I didnt need to wait for anyone to collect the parcel. The parcel arrived in the time frame given in good condition.

Having had to rebook the collection all seemed fine when they said it would be collected the same day but it wasnt the same words were used the next day and it still wasnt collected. I rung a 3rd time to say it would be collected today but I was bored with the same saying so I cancelled and asked for a refund and have been told it will take upto 5 days, terrible service and I wont use again

I was very happy with the price and customer service I received from the courier and the person on the online chat when I had a question...I would have rated the service as excellent if my pick up wast 2 hours after the time I requested and I had been notified of the delay.

I had to organise transportation from the UK to Spain for 2 boxes for a colleague. The website was really easy to navigate and gave a few choices of provider all varying in price. I choose Parcelforce using the drop off service. The labels were clear and easy to print. The boxes arrived within 3 days (over a weekend). Fantastic service. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend it. Well done parcel force!!

Needed to send a saddle to Yorks so turned to parcel monkey. So simple to use and beat other prices hands down. Courier arrived on schedule, no fuss, saddle arrived with recipient aa promised 48 hours later. Tracking gave peace of mind. An excellent experience that I shall use again in the future with no hesitation.

I used Parcel Monkey last week to transport five boxes from the UK to Hamburg. The delivery was amazingly quick: I ordered on Tuesday, the parcels were collected from the house by the delivery driver on Wednesday, and they were delivered to my apartment in Hamburg on Friday. The tracking was updated so I could see where my boxes were and at what time. I would have liked an approximate delivery time, but didnt really expect one. Also, one little problem with the booking is that, on the website, when you enter the dimension and weight details of the boxes, it doesnt save the information, so if you want to go back to the booking, you have to enter the information again. But apart from this website issue, the service and price are absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend using them.

Could not be easier. I just went online and selected to service I wanted, paid by card, stuck the label to the parcel. I only had to take it to my local shop. I dropped it off on Saturday was told it would be collected Monday and delivered 2 Days later in Belgium, and it was ! Was easily tracked by me and the receiver. Price was reasonable and will be using it again. See you pay peanuts and you get monkeys.

Im very pleased to write this review saying that this was the best delivery service Ive ever used.
From the parcel collection to delivery everything went very well. I was afraid that any of the 6 parcels I sent was going to get lost but it wasnt! The price that I for the 6 parcels to to Portugal was definitely worth it! I recommend this company and I will be a costumer again if necessary!

My boxes were supposed to be picked up in Manchester on Monday and arrive before the weekend. But they are still in Manchester now, no one came, no one called! Its unacceptable!

Parcel force have been great , always picked up on time ect .... Went to ship a parcel with dx, next day delivery , and they didnt turn up , they turned up the next day and put a note that I wasnt in .. So re organised shipping and they done the same again .. Cost me £20 and the parcel will be a week late ... 0 stars for dx .. And the driver was rude
