Come across this site by luck, absolutely brilliant, was looking to pay £25+ to sent my item back end up spending £14! Got pick up the next day and got delivered the following day.

All went well sending large parcel to New Zealand at lesser cost than otherwise in reasonable time (8 or 9 days door to door. No friction. Will recommend to anyone else with family in NZ.

Ok so parcel monkey where very easy to deal with, so 5 stars for them, but DPD was supposed to come to my home on the Tuesday & the DPD driver did arrive on my road but knocked on the wrong door :( with various phone calls to DPD to tell them that its there fault & there driver should comeback today because I need this parcel gone before the Xmas rush!!! I was advised that the driver will knock on the correct door & will be back before 6pm! But the driver never did show, so Wednesday morning DPD knock on my door :) takes the parcel & low & behold the parcel is delivered within 2 days to France from London, only cost me £18 for insured contents value of£250 & tracking to which was delivered to its destination by Friday 12:00pm lunchtime, so to be honest I was not having any faith in DPD but overall the actual delivery service from DPD was really excellent & I cant fault them for that :)

Fantastic service! Collected my parcel from my home in the UK and delivered it to my daughter, halfway up a mountain in Austria, all within 3 days, which was quicker than Royal Mail and at a quarter of the price. Will definitely be using them again.

the service is ok,the online stuff is more than expected compared to other services,intrusive and takes longer than others to fill in,the postage label is not instant like other services and displays the receivers telephone number if not careful.the online tracking for dpd is terrible, first telling me my parcel is being returned,then telling me the receiver has to collect from a local shop,When the parcel had already been delivered and if i look now ( 5 days after delivery}it appears to be still on the van!!!

Two separate transactions to named chalets in the French Alps at a very competitive rate, both of which arrived before expected dates and easily tracked to the door! Just perfect for this time of the year! Well done Parcel Monkey. Impressive service!!

Great service, was sent a time slot on the day of collection, the collection was made within that time slot and the parcel arrived in Singapore 4 days later. Would definitely recommend.

Tuned up on the day to take the parcel but had no room in the vehicle to fit the boxes in and then had to come the following day! The vehicle was very untidy if sorted vehicle out might of had room to fit the parcel!

To post Christmas parcel to Holland through post office would have been £45 uninsured. £15 from Parcel Monkey - there in 2 days. What more needs to be said - will definitely use again.

1st time i used Parcel Monkey (review below somewhere) there was an issue with the tracking of my parcel, it arrived at the destination - after me chasing up several times a day - on the very last day that it could have been. PM apologised, and advised that it was another carrier who the issue was with. So i decided to try again...this time choosing Parcel Monkeys own tracked int delivery - paid a premium, but delivery stated 1-3 days worldwide- so I went with this. Parcel picked up Friday morning. All day and weekend trying to track my parcel - the website still says NOW that it is awaiting collection from ME! No tracking number provided, have been on to Parcel Monkey 5 times, and apparently my parcel hasnt even reached the UK central hub. I cannot believe this is happening again, this is such an important package and I thought I could rely on Parcel Monkey keeping to their terms..however it seems once again, they are serverely lacking in customer service, and even more so on their actual delivery service. I will update again tomorrow/Wednesday - which is the last day that the time states it would be there by - hopefully someone will have a clue as to where my item is, and that it will be delivered before christmas (otherwise theres no point) If not, then i shall be taking further action, as this is completely unacceptable.

Nobody else to blame but me.
I had put perfume/aftershave in my parcel which I now know is a big NO NO
My parcel was returned promptly not damaged and all in tact.
I had to remove the items and re send which cost another £30 but still much cheaper than Royal Mail quoted.
Easy to track and delivered to my daughter in Norway to her home.
Will Def use this service again.
I had a letter from parcel force to say I can make a claim for my first parcel but I would have to do this via Parcel Monkey..any ideas?

Sent a parcel to Europe, its been now 6 working days and I still dont know whether parcel has left British soil or not. When I look tracking it look like it been delivered back here.

I used DPDs drop off service via ParcelMonkey, and found the whole experience very straightforward. Order the postage, print the label, drop the parcel off. Two days later, it was at its destination on time (despite it being nearly Christmas).

I have used parcel monkey for the last 3 years now to deliver my Christmas parcel to Belgium. They have been great each time, parcel delivered on time with no damage and at a cost that is affordable. I have no hesitation on recommending them for overseas deliverys.

Had to send a 5Kg parcel to India - used Parcel Monkey to compare prices - HUGE difference between eg. DPD and DHL - parcel picked up and got there within a week! Very Happy :)

I had heard of this service through a friend at work and decided to try it out! Website was very easy to use, I booked the parcel with DPD who were also very professional, parcel was picked up bang on time and delivered 2 days later to Ireland first thing in the morning! Definitely recommend to anyone, itll be my first choice from now on when sending parcels home!

Used Parcel Monkey comparison site a few problems with the website, did not allow enough characters in the address line had to abbreviate however parcel arrived exactly when they said it would. Overall very good.

Less than 48 hrs from door to door was pretty fantastic and wholly unexpected.
It was so easy to navigate through the website and to print off the label for the parcel. 5 out of 5 Stars for a service that I just cannot fault.

Thought the least I would get would be international tracking, poor that you dont for the price you pay for the service. Plus, wasnt impressed with the company that picked up the parcel from my house, Yodel, they had no ID to show me they were from the company, other than a little logo on the shirt the guy was wearing. Not satisfied with the service
