I wish I could give you more stars because my parcel arrived safely to its destination in Ireland from the UK, but my experience at the post office made me very nervous as to whether it would arrive. You see, I paid for my parcel to be shipped online from London to Limerick. Rather than getting the parcel picked up from my house, I opted to take it to the closest post office, just one block away. At the post office, the person behind the counter asked me how much I had paid for the service and laughed at me saying it will never get picked up for that price and that I need to pay an extra £30. He said if I wanted I could still leave the package with him, but he doubted your company would bother picking it up. I was leaving the country the following morning and didnt know what to do. This man put a lot of fear into me and I lost trust in the service, which I had never used before. I did decide to leave it, against his recommendations, and am glad I did because it did arrive. But I guess I wanted you guys to know that this post office worker made my experience a nervous and unhappy one. If I were you, I would make sure someone has a word with him, cause he really doesnt help your company out.

Really helpful communication, DPD provided designated collection period and flexibility for collection and delivery. Good price too and will use your service again.

Collection, delivery on time. Reasonable price. About tracking I had issues, as I had to find the delivery service (parcel force) main web site and track my order there. Parcel monkeys tracking service wasnt available.

Driver didnt sign the paper. Didnt give me an airway bill no. I dont have a clue wear the parcel is currently and go dont know how to contact or who to contact!

Waited home all day but heard no ring on bell or knock on the door, yet slip was dropped through letter box saying we were missed! Still waiting for a re - collection. Paid for next day now we are three days behind plus weekend. very dissatisfied

23kg item sent to Poland to a fourth floor apartment with no lift. Pick up and delivery in four days - tracked all the way with siganture, who can argue with that for less than £20?

Picked up on Monday from London, delivered Friday to Thessaloniki Greece! Perfect timing, i would definitely use again! Would be best if i knew the pick up time though..

Having left my parcel at my designated drop off point and it not being collected for 6 days, it took several phone calls and emails to both the courier and Parcel Monkey to sort out the mess that Parcel Monkey had created by neglecting to action the pick up with the courier. They neglected to inform the courier and the collection was delayed. If it hadnt have been for a fortuitous email from my client informing me that he hasnt received the parcel, I wouldnt have known any different! I am a new customer with PM and I will not be using them again! They dont have a phone contact that you can speak to someone to sort things out. Only a Web chat facility which is inconvenient and slow. My advice is steer clear of Parcel Monkey and use other companies or go direct to the courier!

It is the first time that I have used this service. A pacel to Greece arrivded as sheduled and in good condition and at a resonable price. I will certainly use them again. Thanks

The service I received to send papers to South Africa earlier this month has been exemplary to say the least. The chap who collected them was very helpful and delivery was on time. I will most definitely be using this company again and recommend them highly

Parcel monkey website very easy to use. We were sent a printed label to use with clear concise instructions. The parcel was collected quickly. Definitely would use them again.

Been using them for a few months. When theres an issue, they always refer you back to their " terms and conditions ". Never admit its their third party delivery courier mistake and as always, the finger points directly back to you. Worse still, if your goods is with the courier, they will charge you to get it back to you or they will "destroy" it. Yes, "destroy" or take the goods, themselves. No customer contact number. Only through emails after emails after emails.... WASTE OF TIME!

I went to the post office to ship a sat nav to Romania and the guy wanted £96!!!! So i looked on-line and found PM and they charged me £30 for the same service. Went back to the guy at the post office to ship and let him know what a disgrace they are. I could have flown to Romania for less. Thank you Parcel Monkey. will use again.

The label they sent me was not accepted by the courier and I had to spend time waiting for them to email back! Rubbish customer service!

I sent a 5kg parcel from east yorkshire to Paris and only paid £16.50.(prompt delivery)
I sent a box of tea bags (yorkshire tea) and a few sweets to my daughter in Paris and was charged over £20 through the post office!!!
Defo be using you again and have reccomended you to family and friends.

I have used Parcel Monkey twice to send parcels to Canada. On both occasions they were collected on a Friday and safely delivered to the recipients address in Calgary in 5 days. Booking the shipment online was extremely easy. I would not hesitate in using the service again. I can confidently recommend Parcel Monkey.

I have nothing against Parcelmonkey as the whole process by ordering online, instructions for collection, labels to print etc was very good and easy to understand.
The only thing I am dissatisfied with it said 3 to 6 days delivery when booking using Parcelforce. It has now passed 5 working days already, and the parcel is still in the UK not even reached country of destination yet (Norway). As delivery address is very close to main city (Oslo) it should have been delivered by now.

Parcel Monkey did their bit shame that Parcel Force let everyone down, not once but twice. On both occasions, Parcel Force failed to collect the items on the requested days. The first occasion, they never made any attempt to collect the parcel, two days in succession. The first day, I contacted Parcel Force and was promised the parcel would be collected the very next day, but AGAIN, no attempt was made... It was on the third day after the requested day of collection, it was finally on its way. On the second occasion, Parcel Force again, never attempted to collect the parcel. I requested the parcel be collected on the Thursday and again no attempt was made to collect, nor the Friday.. I contacted Parcel Force direct in Plymouth.. Collection was finally made on the next Monday. Both customers of both parcels were very irate and threatened to demand their monies back. I doubt I will be using either services again. Perhaps the purchase of another printer is on the cards. Disgraceful service from Parcel Force, despite numerous apologies from the Managers. Yours Sincerely, Pincone56
