Perfect service, very efficient and it does deliver by the time specified. Just keep on mind you do have to print the label and attach it to the parcel, so if you dont have 1 at home just book the pick up date further down. But, as I said, perfect service!

Excellent service, with a 7.03am pick up by Parcelforce, meaning that I didnt have to wait in all day. I would have given 5 stars, except that I opted for the Parcelforce 24 hour service, but the parcel was actually delivered 55 hours later. It was taken from Derbyshire to northern Scotland, so that is understandable, put perhaps a 24 hour service shouldnt be offered for such distances.
Overall, I am entirely happy.

Used Parcel Monkey to send a car seat via Parcelforce 48. While process worked perfectly, including collection from my place of work. Price was less than the Parcelforce website too. Would certainly use again with confidence.

Placed an order for same day delivery at 10.00am in the morning. Parcel was collected at 3.00pm same day and delivered by 6pm same day.

Very efficient service. Delivered my parcel to Ireland within a couple of days. Notified me when the parcel was delivered too. Half the price of what the post office quoted me too, including insurance.

The whole process was very good but was slightly confusing as i was sending a parcel overseas so didnt understand some of the questions that were asked.

This was the first time I have used parcel monkey and was nervous as to how well it would go as its Xmas and this parcel was for my daughter in Japan. But I neednt have worried as the service was first class!!. It took the promised 3-4 days, was picked up from my home and arrived in Japan intact and delivered to her door. Thank you so much for an excellent smooth service. I will be definitely using you all the time now and have already recommended you to others.

Booked on line using your easy to use web site. The price I saw was the price I paid. Parcel was picked up from the house by pleasant guy. Parcel was delivered as promised 48 hours later

To be honest I looked at the other sites and the price was cheaper though parcel monkey then anyone else and it gave me a bigger collection window then some of the others , pick up and labels where painless evan though it took awhile for the details of the label to be sent for printing... Would I use again ,yes I wouldnt hesitate.....
