Immediate response from Parcel Monkey to my complaint, sorted and very pleased! It was Parcel Force that was at fault.

48 hr Express Delivery am on 20 Dec took 216 hrs to arrive, tracking was next to useless - last known location was at unspecified depot and parcel was delivered that morning. Whilst parcel was marked fragile and packed appropriately it was battered and crushed.

I paid £34 to send a parcel to Sweden. I received an email to say Parcel Monkey were placing the business with Parcel Force. 2 hours later I have received nothing. Have sent an email and no response.

Had the option for a same day DPD collection for a next day delivery. No collection made and when I raised a query I was told it couldn’t be picked up now until 2nd Jan 4 days later. Absolute rubbish service, I wish I had just gone to the post office. Something is clearly wrong with this company and DPD who I’ve always found excellent.

Parcel was supposed to be picked up on December 18th, plenty of time for Christmas presents to be delivered. Your email states that they came to pick up the parcel but no one was in, and so didnt pick up said parcel. My partner was in ALL day and they were sat by the front door window and could clearly see people coming and going. So despite your email saying a driver came to the front door to pick up my parcel, I dispute you ever actually came at all. I got Royal Mail to deliver it quicker than your company said it would, and it was cheaper. I will not being using this service ever again, and I will not be recommending your service to anyone, in fact I will be saying to steer clear of ever using your service. I am angry and out of pocket.

Parcel was delayed due to having to pay extra surcharges on top of the £80 paid for the initial parcel. Ended up paying over £100 despite giving the correct weight and correct details inside the package.

Really great service again I have to say. I had to cancel the parcel as the customs forms were becoming a nightmare and it was very easy to cancel and am waiting for my refund but all seems to be in order.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE. Team is incapable of reacting to more complex situations and therefore resolving any issues arising from them. This in part is due to the lack of logistical service that this platform offers. Go direct to the courier as PARCEL MONKEY seem to skim off the top of their price and offer no care or service when a problem arises. In short it takes 24hrs minimum on their messaging service for more complex issues. When you are using them for same day service this becomes a serious flaw in their service.

Absolutely unacceptable service! This is now the second time I have booked a full day off work specifically for a scheduled collection by Parcel Force and once again no one has arrived and there has been no meaningful communication or resolution. I am based in the London Manor House area, and there is no excuse for repeatedly failing to turn up to confirmed collections. Taking time off work is not something people do lightly, and having that time wasted — twice — shows a complete lack of respect for customers. This level of service is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I would strongly caution others before relying on Parcel Monkey to keep even the most basic of commitments.

What went right? The parcel arrived and it was intact. However, there were terrible communications throughout - the tracking was always out-of-date, with often days going by without any update. And, most importantly, a service that was supposed to take 3-5 days took 26-27 days which meant that the parcel didn’t arrive in time for Christmas.

booked a next day delivery with dpd using the platform, up until now the packages have not been collected let alone delivered. I reached out to the customer care emma gave me an empty promise. Its a frustrating experience. please fix up your arrangments with the courier services

Really easy to use, Parcelforce cheapest and delivered next day. Only drawback was no time for home pickup which meant waiting in but that’s a fault of Parcelforce

Parcel not collected on the arranged date, although the payment was debited from my bank account on that date. It was collected 5 days later without notification. That was today 27/12/25, not 26/12/25 as in the pre-filled date. It remains to be seen whether it will be correctly delivered.

This has been the worst experience for a goods collection and delivery that I could ever imagine! The recommended company, Courier eCommerce, have given 3 dates & time windows for collection, with no show on each. It has been impossible to talk to an agent, always just being handled by the automated system. No reasons given and only option to rebook, again, for a 4th attempt! This failed collection has cost both myself and the sender considerable inconvenience and a substantial financial impact! I will not use the service of Parcel Monkey or Courier eCommerce ever again!

The parcel was left at the drop off point on 2/12. The service should have taken 3-5 business days (from the UK to Germany). The parcel arrived at the shippers warehouse later on 2/12, where it sat around in a UK warehouse for 10 days. 10 days! Then it arrived to Netherlands where it was another 4 days, before arriving in Germany which it sat 8 days in customs before moving again, and finally being delivered on 24/12. Whatever service that was assigned to this parcel is not what was paid for. There were perishables in the parcel which obviously were bad by this time. Customer service was 0 help. Absolutely horrific and would not use again.

Contracted to get a large packaged order to a customer shortly before Christmas. It was an especially nostalgic gift and I chose Parcel Monkey to find the answer. It got there on time and in difficult circumstances. My choice for a stress free experience....and well done FedEx!
