They do not guarantee who is going to handle your parcel once it reaches another country. I do not want my parcel being handled by certain company couriers abroad as they are rubbish and you end up having your parcel lost or returned even if the address is correct.

Three weeks ago I submitted a claim for damaged contents in a parcel. I paid £300+ for this parcel to be delivered including extra insurance for a high value item. I have received the same message from a CRM system (unknown if AI or real human beings) that they are waiting for higher management to review the claim. I gave a review on Trustpilot last week on this issue to flag this up, and received a general AI acknowledgement of the review. No clarity, no contact, no phone number or email address. So I am reviewing here today again, and will continue to do so until this is resolved.

Do not use parcel monkey. This company should not be trusted. I sent a suitcase to Japan using them in mid December 2025. They alleged that I had not measured the dimensions of the case accurately. They then took £32.04 out of my account without my permission. I immediately sent photographs confirming that my case measurements were correct and I am still trying to get a resolution some three months later. The newest director is Paul Doble and given that it is impossible to talk to anyone at parcel monkey customer services department I will e mail him.

WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE EVER. DONT USE if you have anything important. I was told I had a collection and waited at home for 2 days. No-one turned up. I messaged about 10 times and no-one could give me any information or approximate timings. I had an important package so not only have I wasted 2 days, but i have missed opportunity also for the item not turning up. I paid for express over night delivery through DPD and they did not come. Parcel Monkey have no phone and the chat response is general and unhelpful. DONT USE THIS SERVICE - I REGRET IT !!!!

Brilliant- Easy to used and find the right price courier for your item. Insurance for item easy to add if required. Excellent service would highly recommend to anybody who has a parcel to send.

Sent a parcel to the US. Filled in and attached customs document. Parcel was returned for non payment of fees even though tge value of the parcel was well below the maximum minimum value Dulwich incurs these charges. Now have to pay all over again but will be using a different provider !

First time I have used this service and I can honestly say it was so easy and prices were so much cheaper than going through a courier directly pretty much pick your courier pay for your choice of service print your label and your good to go great service parcel monkey will be using again.

Booked a large parcel to be collected for next day service, using DPD (my preferred courier). Who themselves are ok, but Parcel Monkey seem like a joke right now to me. Entered addresses correctly, and even used the what3words location thing on both addresses. After paying and booking collection, received an "error" on their system and had no labels provided. Someone made the error go away the next morning and the account page suggested my parcel was still going to be picked up. But it wasnt, and there is no update about anything now, either on Parcel Monkey (or DPD tracking). Their system also refuses to let me rebook another collection day. And I have left 3 ticket messages (the only way to contact parcel monkey!).. and all have been ignored. Wish I never used them, only did because I was told to by the company my parcel is going back to.

I have been a customer for several years but am extremely disappointed by the lack of contact from the Claims team. I submitted an insurance claim two weeks ago for a high-value parcel that arrived damaged back in February, and have had minimal response on their Support thread, despite chasing them for several days and submitting all the correct documentation. I am still told that higher management need to see the details. The fact there is no email address or phone number to call means that as a customer I do not feel valued and that there is little accountability. How can this be sorted as soon as possible please?

I used parcel monkey and parcel force 24 as courier, parcels were collected on the Thursday as instructed, shame it was not delivered until the following Tuesday !!!!
