Ordered collection in the morning package arrived at destination with minimal delay, however the package was delivered to our warehouse even though i had requested FAO myself, this led to the warehouse guys storing it just before they went home which mean the delivery speed was naught as the package could have potentially been unobtainable however one of the warehouse guys came to back to release it.
So to summarize fast delivery but package should really have been delivered straight to myself as requested.

Parcel Monkey was recommended to me by a colleague at work who had used them for personal parcel posting. My company has an account with one of the major shipping companies but I found Parcel Monkeys website easier to use. Had a question and used the on-line live chat and it was resolved immediately. Tracking the parcel up to delivery was also simple. Will use again

Parcel monkey are clearly employing somebody to leave the good reviews on here!!! Dont trust them!! They are con artist and sell you a next day delivery service threat the couriers dont even offer and I have this in writing from the courier!! Been trying to resolve for a month now and parcel monkey service center is useless !! All they respond saying is we are investigating every time !! Iv asked what their official complaints procedure is and they dont even answer. Absolutely disgusting firm. I now have no option to report them to trading standards ! Why should innocent people be Mis-sold a next day service and pay over the odds for it when it was never going to be delivered next day because the courier dont deliver next day!! Disgusting!!!

We have used Parcel Monkey quite a few times now & with one exception all packages were collected & delivered when requested. If I had to make one criticism it would be that collection time of parcels can be upto 6pm so I have had to sit around at work a few times waiting for the courier to arrive.

Despite being advised that this was a trusted service I am disappointed with the service. I paid for my pacel to be deivered in 2 days and a week later I am still awaiting for collection. I have had to track and email myself as I didnt recieve any correspondence to say that there was a problem. All monies have been taken from my account and yet I am still waiting!

The pickup and shipping on the English side of the channel went smooth, at least from what I can see, and I have only the DHL tracking system. But then the parcel arrived in Paris and has been waiting there for 3 days without any apparent movement ! The tracking system seems to have stopped, because it still says that the estimated delivery time is Tuesday (end of day) and it is now Wednesday. Im still waiting !!!

I was very impressed with how easy it was to organise getting a mislaid scooter delivered from the Isle of Wight back to London. Very efficient and delivered exactly as expected.

THIS IS NOT the first time!!! EVERY time i order a parcel to be collected via parcel monkey they NEVER NEVER get the courier to come on that day!!!!!!! NEVER had this problem with another courier or another courier but ALWAYS with parcelmonkey!!!!! USELESS HELP centre can only use online chat until 6pm! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid for a 2-3 day dilivery service and now its the 8th day and counting. When my package is delivered and checked to make sure it still works I will do another review.

It seemed easier for me to take my parcel to the post office rather than waiting in for it to be collected. However, when I took my parcel to the chosen post office the employees there did not know I could drop off the parcel there and would no take it as it could not be registered in their system. After several phone calls (unfortunately the employee at the PO could not find a telephone number for parcelmonkey) I was then asked to take the parcel to the local sorting office. As the packet was only sent off yesterday I am currently unable to comment on the delivery of the parcel at its destination.

Lots of choice of provider and method, quick to respond to issues. I made a mistake on the postcode for a collection, customer service changed it immediately and without question when I emailed them. Ill be using them again for sure.
