Parcel collected early on day of collection. Online tracking excellent. Once online showed delivered I checked for the signature. Signature was meant to be mine as recipient yet I was the sender! Was the signature a fake? The recipient did not sign for it. As I paid extra for this service I would expect it tone honoured.

It was all simple. Dropped of parcel at local shop, they did the rest.
Website doesnt work when paying by PayPal on a phone and you go to the PayPal app.

First time I have used a courier. Parcel sent to Eire, collected on time, delivered on time. What else could I expect!

After waiting in ALL DAY from 8am until 6pm with no allotted pick up time the collection finally didnt happen on the required day. Later that evening I was then informed that the pick up day had been moved from Friday to Monday and consequently my delivery was too late. Price was great but communication was too difficult! Disappointed.

I booked a parcel delivery through you. It was a drop of parcel. I dropped it of on the 18.12.2015, when I booked It, it said 5 days delivery. Today is the 25.12.2012 And the parcel is just in Leicester. Took 7 days to go from Sheffield to Leicester. I could of done that in few hours. How long before it gets to Slovakia then? You made 2 little girls very disappointed this Christmas.

So my parcel was collected, wandered about the UK for a few days, then languished for a full week at Heathrow. It then crossed the Atlantic, but must have tired itself out, as it then sat for four days in New Jersey, where its still sitting today, Christmas Day. Parcel Monkeys response? Well, five days ago they told me: we are not a courier company, we act as agent only. Do not trust these people. Ive had no reply to messages for days. Hate that I had to give even one star.

I recently choose Parcelmonkey for the first time to send a parcel abroad. Despite the fact that i paid extra money and promised to be delivered by Christmas, unfortunately that didnt happen. Until now the parcel has not yet been delivered, creating extra dissatisfaction about the service i received. Also i am extremely worried if everything is ok with my parcel,as there is no update in the dashboard since 19/12, a day after the item had been collected from my flat. Last but not least, i tried to contact with the company, but i can find only an email, which is not enough of course, as i dont expect a quick reply over the next few days. By the time they are a delivery company, they should have a telephone number in order for us to contact them in real time and resolve any issues. Poor service and bad experience with this company.

I was told my parcel would be delivered in 2-3 days using Courier... I thought that for the price this was fantastic. Seemed genuine when a lovely Courier employee came to collect the parcel... Instead the parcel has an estimated delivery date of 2-3 WEEKS. Gutted. Ruined our Christmas. Parcel destination was Mexico.

My parcel shouldve been delivered between 3-5 days in Italy which wouldve been there by 24th the latest and it hasnt arrived (which was day 5). Unacceptable. Emailed asking for someone to call me and still havent been contacted.

Title says it all. Easy booking, pick up and fast deliver - until it hit customs in the delivery country. I dont object to paying the import duties, but there is no assistance from Parcel Monkey and the Christmas gift will now be late. Therefore I wouldnt recommend them for shipping to China.
