Parcel wasnt picked up on date stated, December 4th. paid £34 and waited in all day. Email sent wasnt replied to. On the 7th, we had a delivery via Parcel Force and the delivery man said he would take the parcel although it wasnt on his schedule. We have heard nothing from Parcel Monkey and cant help but wonder if the parcel would still be sitting here were it not for the Parcel Force delivery. Financial recompense would be appreciated for time wasted. Will not use Parcel Monkey again.

Great service. Collected parcel on Monday from Bristol UK delivered In Delhi India on Thursday. Will use again.

your service is very poor lll never use parcel force again. it took 15 days for my parcel to get to South Africa (Cape Town) instead of 3-5 working days. you dont update customers about what is going on. Never ever in my life recommend you to someone. VERY POOR SERVICE. ... Zero out of 10

I had never even heard of parcel monkey until doing a Google search to find reasonably priced means of sending gifts to our friends in Canada. Wish we had known about it sooner.
It was very reasonably priced compared to other companies and the goods arrived in Canada when they said they would in perfect condition.
Will definitely be using them for our overseas postage in the future.

You did not give any indication of time to pick up parcel and in the 10 mins I popped out your collector called. I called and was told the driver would come back which he didnt, I still have the parcel at home a week after the original pick up date, my only recommendation to anybody is not to touch you with a barge pole, disgaceful service.

Was really disappointed to find that 2 weeks after our booked date for collection of my parcel( from Dundee, Scotland to cork, Ireland ) my parcel had still not been delivered! There were delays every step of the way from the day of collection( was supposed to be a Friday then became a Monday) right up to delivery- as I type this it has still not been delivered despite being assured twice that delivery would occur yesterday( that didnt happen) then today( guess what still no sign and this is the 2 week mark!) on the online tracking service it claims there was an attempted delivery at 16.47 but no answer( both my parents were at the address) and then again there was to be a delivery at 18.37- no show! In my opinion this kind of service is completely indefensible and unacceptable- so completely disappointed and I would advise anyone to try another service provider for shippage of parcels etc. in future....really not impressed at all.....and still awaiting delivery of my parcel to its address......

Fantastic! sent a 10kg parcel from uk to germany, i dropped it at the pick up shop in town on a saturday, it was collected monday & delivered 2 days later!! Plus i could track it the whole way. I have already recommended them & will continue to. Thank you for providing an excellent service!

Courier failed to pick up parcel 3 days in a row. You cant actually speak to anyone which is really frustrating. Cancelled and used another service in end.

After 2 days with no collection and a rebook I used the chat and was told the collection was booked and to wait until 6pm, still not collected that day or the next I took the parcel to the post office myself in the end. This is not the first time I have had no collection but is the last time I will ever use parcel monkey again

I tried Parcel Monkey after a well known courier company let me down 4 times in less than a week. My parcels were delivered on time and one in less than 24 hours.

Our parcel was picked up from our home within hours of making the booking and tracking showed us that it was received in Istanbul within 24 hours.

no address label was downloaded, I reported this and the download was resent- still no label, this caused a slight delay when the parcel was collected, but the courier was able to print a label back at the depot. excellent service from the courier,

I used a plastic box and it was completely broken, but fortunately inside everythings was good. The time to collection are quite fast.

Would rather they had a contact number if there was an issue rather than an email address.
To be honest you dont really know how good they are until something goes wrong and how they deal with it.
