I sent some gifts over to Germany through Parcel Force and elected to drop them off at the post office. Despite the parcels being correctly labelled the lady behind the counter had no idea what they were for or which service had been paid for. They were supposed to be delivered within 2 working days. 10 days later they finally arrived. While I accept that it would be busy over the Christmas period, I would expect to have been warned had this been the case. I found the website inadequate and difficult to use - despite electing to drop of the parcels it kept insisting I needed an address for collection and I received a notification saying my parcel would be collected in a few days time. Overall poor service and I wouldnt use again.

Collected and delivered when they said it would be cant ask fairer than that, at Christmas time as well. I cant fault the service and would use it again.

Sent a parcel on Monday 21st assured it would be delivered in three days in time for Christmas. It remains undelivered stuck in a depot in Germany instead of with my family in Bratislava Slovakia. No response whatsoever from customer services. This company has no customer facing telephone number for queries. Avoid using this company unless you wish to be thoroughly disappointed and made to look stupid !!!

Booked a collection, didnt turn up on the first day not very impressed. Rebooked for following day and parcel was collected ok and has now been delivered

The service was exactly the opposite of what you want it to be. There was no clarity from the get go. The package did not arrive in time, and there was no way of contacting them to ask them about it. I wrote them several messages, but received no answer. I looked for a phone to call them but there is none.

Despatched a small drum kit and it arrived next day in one-piece, unlike another courier firm who damaged a similar item some time ago. Booked with Parcel Monkey and selected Parcel Force Worldwide. Great service.

I would highly recommend this service especially for heavy items and signed for. Buyer received the parcel within 3 days in Christmas week! which is fantastic.

Item never received was being held for some sort of reason unsure why. I have tried to contact parcel monkey but no reply and the case was closed without any reply. Still not sure where the parcel is and to what is in the parcel to why it is being held. Parcel was an urgent parcel for a wedding had the grooms clothes in the parcel and the wedding is tomorrow on the 28th december 2015 parcel was sent out way before the 28th with enough time for the delivery process and all of the christmas bank holiday. I am still awaiting for a reply from parcel monkey lets hope that the parcel gets delivered over night. Parcel was sent via the parcel monkey service to pakistan from the UK

Despite the fact that it was over Xmas, parcel was duly collected on the booked date and delivered. Website also easy to use unlike DHL

I have tried to to get in touch with parcel monkey since the 22 th December because there is no update on my parcel. Still havent heard anything and I have raised 2 support tickets!

Guaranted estimated delivery was the 24th but its now the 27th! Collection perfect. Tracking fab but delivery would be sooo much better!

PM was easy to do but I did not like the courier all that much DPD. I dropped off the parcel with a large label to the Drop off point and the staff were not aware of how to enter the tracking number manually as the barcode was rather big. But we got there in the end. On drop off the parcel was left at the door step and a picture was sent back letting me know that it was left in the open.

This was picked up and delivered from uk to Australia within the given time frame. It would be improved if the parcel could be given a pick up or delivery timeslot either by mobile, text to ensure recipients are home. The website doesnt tell you when (time) pick up will be. Maybe this is not possible? Definitely cheaper than other bigger international delivery companies. Will use them again in future.

Paid for a 2-day delivery timescale which, according to the tracking information, will take five working days. This and the lack of response to my queries is totally unacceptable - would not use again!

Saved my sanity this Christmas as late with Christmas presents to far flung relatives. Instead of struggling into post office with massive parcel which I would have had to lug from the car park through shopping crowds, a lovely van came to my house and collected it.
And I was able to track its progress.

Parcel Monkey is good "Umbrella" company by which you can compare prices for carriers and book your services through them. Obviously, not all the companies they use will offer the same level of service, so one needs to asses that for onesself, but nonetheless I find this way of booking my carriers easy, effective, and simple to control.
