Used a number times now. Good service. Like the options to use different carriers based on your requirements. Its also much cheaper than Parcelforce for overseas and heavier/larger UK items. Highly recommend.

Really great service,cant fault it! Parcel was picked up in Glasgow and delivered next day to my brother in a pretty rural part of Wales in all in time for Christmas! Will definitely use again.

My parcel was delivered to Taraz in Kazakhstan, which is 400km from the actual delivery address - Courier refused to deliver it any further. The recipient of the parcel had to drive up to pick it up. This is unacceptable and not the service I paid for, so I will be claiming for a complete refund from the Parcel Monkey.

On the website they will promote attractive prices. Chose to use ParcelForce through Parcelmonkey, was disapointed with both. My parcel is still missing somewhere.

I am in Canada and I had to organize a pickup for two tires in the UK to be delivered to a friend there. I was able to use Parcel monkey to get a good quote and have the parcel label downloaded as a PDF which I then emailed to the seller. Due to the Christmas Holidays (2015) there was a slight delay in delivery, but in the end the two tires were delivered with no problems. Very stress free way of doing things.

I like that I can choose to take my parcel to a delivery service or have a service collect. Plenty of services to choose from and is so easy to use.

Their customer service team really struggle to speak English, giving a very unprofessional impression when dealing via email. Parcel Monkey act as an intermediary, which is a fundamental problem with their entire business model, as the actual courier cannot then speak to the sender (me), because as far as they are concerned the sender is in fact Parcel Monkey. The problem is that you have to communicate with the courier via Parcel Monkey only, who are grossly incompetent, making effective communication very difficult. My parcel has still not arrived 1 month after sending, with an initial estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. Parcel Monkey say they cant help and the courier say they will only speak to Parcel Monkey.

Very smooth, dropped off the parcel at my local pharmacy and away it went and was recieved before Christmas. The only minor thing i would improve upon is that the form gave me the impression the parcel was being collected.

The collection of the parcel (from England) was on-time, and the delivery (to Germany) was on-time as well. The parcel of Christmas presents was delivered in excellent condition. An excellent service for a very good price, would use again for sure

I have paid Parcel Monkey £100 to send a parcel to Germany. My parcel has still not been collected and my customer is complaining they have received a chocolate bar instead of a Rolls Royce Grill!?!?!?!?!?! I have written a complaint email which I am awaiting a reply, as my parcel has not yet been collected, instead I get a survey asking about the service received!?! Have family abroad and always seem to have problems posting parcels there, especially around christmas! But no problems with parcel monkey, brilliant price. Clear instructions on what to do and dpd collected it from my door and it was delivered on time and I was able to track it the whole way, they even sent updates to the recipient. Will defiantly use again :)

It was disappointing, having not done this before, to wait in for the 3 days before Christmas only to get an email each day saying that I had requested a rearranged collection, I did not. I understand that it was Christmas but Parcel Monkey should not have agreed to do the job if they were not able to fulfil the contract.

This is the third time I try to send my parcel with this company without any success. First time the driver didnt even find my parcel and left without even trying to call me. Second time he found the two parcels I wanted to send than he said to the guy at the reception that he has just one booked in his system even though I paid for two and decided to not to take them at all. Again the phone number was clearly stated on the label and he suppose to have it his system as I gave all the details what the company was asking for during the booking. Also I cant understand why the label that I suppose to glue on the parcel arrives just few hours or sometimes minutes before the driver arrives. Me as I am working in the night and sleep during the morning period find it extremely uncomfortable that I am expected to watch my email permanently in order to put the label on the parcel before the driver arrives. When I could do that without any problem a day before.

Collection from Manchester and delivery in France very timely even with a change in delivery day in France. Regular emails received and the French ones were translated to English automatically.

Absolute waste of space .. I paid my money .. They never turned up to another courier and never replied to my email ,no explanation, no appology and NO refund ... Bunch of tossers !!!

This is the second time we have used Parcel Monkey to send a parcel to our son in SE China. Again, the parcel arrived within the one working week. Again, it wasnt sitting in the Guangzhou depot waiting for some poor unsuspecting guy to be held to ransom for spurious and unwarranted import and storage charges. This had always happened before with the other well known couriers we used before Parcel Monkey. So well done. We will use you again.

I sent my sons bike over to Ireland using Parcel Monkey. They never picked it up on the day that they were supposed to. The delivery took longer then expected and then they charged me over double the delivery charge because they said that the two companies that they used to deliver it said that it measured more then we said. (Norsk and Courier) we had the bike in a bike box that the factory had printed the size on the box . We also took photos of a tape measure on the box to proove the size. So I emailed them to Parcel Monkey but they didnt want to know . They kept passing me around three parcel monkey employees Jason, Brandon and Lorenza But I never got it sorted. So I wrote twice to their complaints department but got no reply. So I left a review on this site and low and behold Jason answered the review and told me to live chat him which we did with the photos of proof of the box measurements. He agreed that the photos were good and would contact their accounts . Well he never got back to me . Brandon said he was on holiday . So I said that I would contact Norsk and Courier direct and could they give me the names of the people that they were dealing with but Brandon said I couldnt contact Norsk or Courier because it was between parcel monkey and the two companies. Then Jason out of the blue sends me an email to say that they were looking into my complaint . This has been going on nearly four months now and I have spoke to the ombusman now. I would never use this company again. I would never recommend it to anyone . Its been a nightmare. Theres no communication. They dont seem to care

Very easy to use, collection and delivery as promised, useful tracking system. Only one small niggle, had to wait a few mins for labels to appear before could print them but over all a great service!
