The delivery company we were allocated was Parcelforce . It took three attempt for their driver to collect console table . ( we choose afternoon pick up as a sender working every day until 2.30 pm . On a first day driver arrived just after 12 , second day the sender daughter agreed to stayed at her mums house until she comes home but at around 12 ish driver arrived and refused to collect table as it was not wrapped ( we thought it would have been a good idea so driver sees what it is and treat it accordingly ) . On day three after wrapping it is bubble wrap and plastic it was collected but because it was to close to Christmas was somewhere is their depot until 30 December . I stayed all day at home wondering where the item is . Later checked on Parcelforce web where it was stated there has been attempted delivery . After calling depot I was told : a) that there was no- one at home , b) that someone in property has refused to accept item and c) that item was badly damaged pile of wood that driver decided to sent it back to seller ???? We did not know which one of these lies to believe ?

I had to get a high value parcel across to the other side of the Country, with some degree of confidence it would arrive intact. I chose Parcel Monkey as my previous experience went well. I was able to select the best value service with a local drop off. The recipient has already confirmed the package arrived safe & sound.

Excellent service. Only downside is that you can pay cash at post office. Otherwise I cant fault them.

Very impressed by the efficient and excellent service. Had to send a last minute Christmas parcel to Germany which arrived in time! Well done! Plus - the price was very reasonable. Would recommend parcel monkey any time!

Package sent to USA , paid for 2-4 day delivery on global express priority. Parcel to be picked up next day .....driver was courteous although didnt come to late afternoon, 13 days have now passed and package still not delivered, our daughter and niece has spent her first birthday and Xmas away from home with No presents, Im totally gutted.

A fraction of the price of Royal Mail. They collected my parcel from my door on 23 December and delivered parcel the next morning on Christmas Eve. Would highly recommend!

Paid for 24 hr people waited in all day at and both the one to Exeter took 48 hrs and the 2 to the same address took 48 hours too and was took in by a neighbour or my grand children would not have had their presents for christmas eve

To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised with the consistency and excellent professionalism throughout the whole procedure of the delivery. Tracking the parcel was great too, I could be informed at any moment about it and it was moving forward very quickly. I wasnt expecting the delivery so soon, but finally it reached exactly the receivers address in time and in perfect condition.
Id recommend this company to anybody and Id be glad to order a delivery again in the future. Thanks for co-operation

I requested that the courier another courier from my porch, in the special request box. My house was left unlocked all day and the courier didnt pick up the parcel as no information was received from parcel monkey. Also i didnt receive my e mail containing the print off collection voucher until 830am the day it was due to be collected. The courier had to come back the next day, and my parcel left in the garage, as i didnt want my house left unsecure again. The parcel was worth £300.

My parcel was booked to be collected on 16th December from a warehouse in Portsmouth. This didnt happen and as the parcel contained Christmas presents this was most disappointing. I have been onto the web site to try to contact Parcel Monkey but there is no phone number to enable me to do this. All that is give is a postal address. As I live in Spain this method will take far too long to resolve. Therefore I am unable to recommend this company

Could not believe how easy it was to compare service and prices of different companies all on one page, then when you have chosen the company the label is downloaded,parcel collected ( if that was your choice)and safely delivered according to time scale. I really wish Id known about this website months ago, it is so easy and all in one place.

Also these are upfront about costs ( eg insurance )whereas other companies show them at the end of process.

Excellent collection of parcels but I am struggling to insert some Indian addresses.Places with no door nos. but have post codes your system is not allowing this.I got more parcels for Punjab but this has hindered booking.Is there a UK contact number we could use for support.

I have started using the drop off option and was concerned initially as tracking via the parcel monkey website has quite a delay leaving me not knowing if my parcels are delivered or even on the way. However I find I can track via the website of the courier service and now use DPD who also send email tracking updates from when the parcels are out for delivery, and prior to that stage I can check on the DPD website. The drop off option works well or me as Im not left wondering if parcels will be collected, so far it seems there is always a collection from the drop off points.

Ive booked a service from this company last 11th of December. I left my parcel In Nisa store in Burton and it should be in Portugal on the 21st. This was a Christmas and Birthday present for my 16 years old daughter that I only see once a year. DPD picked up the parcel at the 12th and has arrived to Porto on the 16th. At the 18th Chronopost (Portuguese branch of DPD) called my mum in Portugal asking questions about the parcel once they already didnt knew where it was. On the 21st and more than £100 of phone calls spent with Portuguese Chronopost Ive been informed theyve lost my parcel and that I had to ask a solution to DPD UK. DPD UK pushed back to Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey came back to me with an "its your problem. You didnt insure the package." Parcel Monkey and DPD Group lost my parcel with an iPhone 5s 16Gb for my daughter and now its my problem. DPD will pay parcel monkey for my lost property and I have to go to a court to ask for the money back.

I must say that the Parcel Monkey process and website is very easy to use offering very competetive prices for shipping items. I have no bad feelings or critisism towards you.
I must however point out for the good of future customers that Parcleforce have failed to collect the parcel for over a week now which is quite disappointing. By all means, please use Parcel Monkey. Just dont go through Parcelforce.

Delivery was stated to arrive on 24/12 Xmas eve but it only arrived on Tuesday 29/12. Disappointed this being my first experience with company.

Booking the courier was inceredibly easy and they did try to deliver on Christmas Eve so it was express but they delivered the parcel to someone else, who was happy to sign for it. The courier didnt leave an attempted delivery card at the recipients address so I had to tell her about the delivery. She went to the person who had signed for the parcel and they denied having it, so my friend and godson didnt receive their Christmas gifts. Understandably Im not happy.

Having had some serious issues with Parcel2Go and DPD (who are the most utterly inept company Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with) I gave Parcel Monkey a try. The entire experience was seamless and very easy to get collection ordered. Collection happened as advertised and my parcel got there when it said it would - A complete turn around from my last horrible experience using P2G and DPD.
