Booked online very quickly, easily done and excellent value. Dropped parcel at local post office and within 4 days, arrived safely in the USA. 10/10

Box weighing picked up from my place of work in UK and arrived at my home address in Athens 4 working days later.
On-line tracking allowed me to see where parcel was at all stages.
Bonus was that parcel on contents arrived undamaged.
Great service and reasonable cost given the weight was 25kg.

Parcel monkey were brilliant. They helped me ship a parcel weighing 23kg to the other end of the country with parcelforce for a quarter of the price of going direct. I would not hesitate to recommend them on this experience and I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to my friends. Amazing!

I had to send a parcel to Romania and used a comparison site to find the most reasonable budget service, I chose Parcel Monkey as it was one of the cheapest and didnt have any restrictions on sending perfume. They arrived on time and even though I wasnt in and had left the parcel behind my bin, they took it and left proof of pick up.
They estimated 4 to 5 days and it actually took 7, but that was the fault of the handlers in Romania as it was in the depot for 3 days. Overall I was pleased with the service and would defiantly use them again.

A very user friendly web site. Everything was easy to use. Parcel picked up lunchtime day after booking & then delivered to recipient the following morning. Would definitely recommend for speed of service & value for money :)
