We ship a lot to & from the UK f& Texas, America. I had several glitches but fortunately my package made it to Cornwell in less than 2 days for half of most companies charge. My package was given to a US domestic Fed ex driver with no scanner. No way to track etc. I waved good bye to ithat package! But low & behold Parcel Monkey found it & delivered in less than 2 days somehow!! My first Christmas miracle! Thank you Glenn.

Wednesday past week I checked in 4 parcels. Thursday I got them collected and now Wednesday my sis told me they all arrived in perfect condition. I was a little anxious, like everyone is who sends a parcel with homemade goodies and yummy stuff back home for Christmas.
The Person who collected was quite chuffed that I had the labels already put on all of my parcels. If all of us (using this service) would do that, it really would make things go quicker and easier for the guys who make the "magic" happening. Thank you for your speedy and friendly service.

I used the Parcel Monkey site and found the best deal with DPD who were brilliant. The item was collected on time and best of all a text message on the morning of collection gave an hours window for collection (15:05 to 16:05) so I was not waiting around all day. Item was trackable throughout and actually was delivered a day early to Paris on Monday morning having only been collected on Thursday.
I have so far used 3 different companies to send parcels to Paris and each one let us down in different ways and didnt seem to care that items were not delivered on time or were delayed for up to a week.
I would highly recommend Parcel Monkey and especially DPD for great service and for keeping their promises. Well done and thank you

Looked everywhere to send a 30kg parcel, that wouldnt cost me an arm and a leg! Parcel monkey found me a deal that was 3 times cheaper than all the other companies. The driver arrived to collect the parcel when they said he would and my parcel was delivered in brilliant time!! I will be using parcel monkey again in the future and would recommend them to anyone that needs anything large and heavy delivered.

Although my overall delivery experience was good one of my packages never arrived. As yet, I have not had it returned to the originating address nor delivered to my new address. The frustrating this is that seems to be no way of directly contacting Parcel Monkey. These review sites are all very well but what I would rather be doing is speaking to someone at Parcel Monkey about getting my missing packge back. Poor show, thus far.

Wednesday 2pm went on their website and they were the most competitive for a 2kg parcel to Australia, despite the not so great reviews on their own website I booked for my package to be picked up the next day.
The website was easy to use and I printed all the labels and customs forms with ease. On Thursday morning I received a text letting me know the parcel would be picked up between 10.40 and 11.40am. The driver arrived at 10.35am. I had a call from the sister the following Tuesday saying that she had received the parcel! I couldnt believe how fast and efficient the service was. Was dubious at the start as I hadnt used parcel monkey before but would 100% recommend them!

I have used Parcelmonkey for 5 years to send my packages to different places around the world. Other than occasional snags out of their control (DHL forgetting to pick things up, having to reschedule a pickup), my experience has always been good. This year I used the drop-off option, which eliminated the possibility of even that snag, and all has gone wonderfully! Parcelmonkey makes our international Christmas possible! :-)

Whilst every thing wel well from this end ie parcel was picked up as promised a it got to Gatwick swiftly I was u able to track my parcel after that.however having contacted Parcel Monkey re late delivery and my inability track they responded 3 hours later with promise to keep me updated re where abouts of my parcel that did not happen and after l once again emailedParcel Monkey as my family were leaving home on Friday L was really anxious they would miss a late delivery and I was worried where it would end up.However my daughter has just phoned to say she has been informed the parcel will be delivered in am.An update fromPM would have done saved a lot of worry!!!!!

I ordered them to send 3 box of my personal items to Iran as I was moving there. It was supposed our boxes be collected on last Friday (11/12/15) and you must stay all day in home as they dont have a system to inform you about the collection time. But they didnt turn up on Friday. I sent a message to them so they rescheduled it for collecting on Monday. On Monday morning, I contacted them to be sure about the collection but they told me my order was not on the courier (Parcel Force) system so I had to reschedule it to another day. As I was moving out from my flat, I had to change the address to a friend address and unfortunately this story was repeated for them until now. Now I dont know what to do. I am now in another country and my belongings are in Aberdeen. So you cannot plan based on their promises.

All went well and to plan with this delivery. Do watch out, any issues and the customer service is pretty rubbish though so ensure you pick a courier company you trust!

My delivery was collected exactly when it was scheduled by a very efficient and friendly man. I could track it to its destination, where it arrived exactly on time.
Not easy to see how it could be improved.

I have used Parcel Monkey to date with great success. However, today I tried to track my parcel and found it had been held by Customs for a hazardous material. Firstly, I thought the Christmas parcel was well on its way to Colombia, I didnt know it had been held by Customs, and secondly I cant get live chat to work with Parcel Monkey to find out what to do next.

Hi, I recently used PM to ship my household goods via Parcel Force, and have been disappointed that one of my key items has been damaged beyond repair. I understand damage sometimes occurs in transport and this is why we get insurance. I am now trying to claim but PM have neither replied to my support request, they have no email or phone contact details. It appears that when things go wrong they just ignore you.

First time Ive used this but will definitely be using it again. Fast efficient service. Very easy to set up online and the tracking of the parcel was brilliant. Sent a large parcel to Italy and it got there in less than a week - brilliant!

Goods received damaged. Went onto website as advised on the delivery label to complete online form - there isnt one. Neither is there a contact telephone number etc. Phoned Parcel Force as there was one of their shipment numbers on the label. They advised it was nothing to do with them. They have no contact details for Parcel Monkey either and the person I spoke to said he didnt really understand how they worked either, apart from the fact that Parcel Force staff delivered their parcels. I was told any problems should be directed to Parcel Monkey - HOW?

Ive used a few times to send items I have sold on ebay and have found the web site easy to use and the delivery has always been very straight forward. A good range of delivery methods and its easy to see which is most cost effective.
