Never used the service before and delighted with process. Saved £20 sending package to France compared to post office, package collected from house on Monday and arrived at destination on Thursday all trackable, insured etc A great find and already have been recommending to others. Thanks

No hassles. Parcels were picked up and delivered, and was updated of the process each step of the way. Ive used Parcel Monkey few times before too and they are one of the best for bulky items. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Easy to do dropped parcel in drop off shop on a Saturday around 2 pm ,parcel delivered at 10 am Monday morning .bristol to Surrey.

First time user but found the site easy to use and the comparison of prices under one enquiry very helpful. Surprisingly, the prices quoted was more competitive than some of the individual companies were quoting. My international parcel, a birthday gift to my sister, arrived within 3 days (my chosen delivery time) even before I had time to notify her. Definitely a good experience and worthy of recommendation.

Still awaiting patiently for my parcel. Got asked to survey the company before its actually arrived. Paid for a 3-4 day international service and its day 5. May get impatient by dinner time if it hasnt arrived.

Cheaper than Royal Mail Post Office by 30 pounds for the same service. They keep you updated with emails and the parcel was collected from house the next day.

What can i say fantastic service for ending a parcel to Egypt was there well before the estimated delivery time, extremely happy with the service i received, and the online chat people were very helpful. Driver arrived early to collect the parcel, three days later it was delivered, so much cheaper then other services i have used, will certainly be using them again.

Dead easy to use, turned up when arranged, delivered when they said, reasonably priced, what more could you want, oh yeah no printing required which is a bonus when your printer is out of ink.

Very satisfied with the way the whole service was conducted. Parcel collected Friday and arrived at its destination in Italy on Wednesday. Particularly liked the ability to track it.

Could not fault this service. Was kept informed every step of the way. Told hour in which the parcel would be picked up, and an email was sent to tell me at what time the parcel would be delivered to my daughter in Spain. I was able to contact her to let her know. The parcel was delivered exactly on time! Wonderful!

Sadly the first company I booked (Ipostpacels) never turned up or even apologised so I booked the parcel to Croatia with Parcel monkey who I used before. They are a bit more expensive but its worth it.

Firstly I will point out I am well aware that Parcel Monkey are not the courier and it was Yodel who are to blame for not collecting from my company on 28/10/15. Something they further compounded by lying and saying they tried and carded me as no one was in .................. however I digress The issue with Parcel Monkey is that I emailed them (they dont take phone calls) and explained that I needed the parcels collecting today urgently as my wife is having a baby tomorrow (thus the reason for booking collection on 28th) I then get a response saying they are sorry and would I like a collection for the 30th...................what the driver will come into the delivery room in the hospital and collect from me there ?? I again pointed out the reason why this was unacceptable which had been completely ignored and asked for the details of the Yodel depot as I would have to deliver them myself. There are 2 locally so I was not sure and after 8 requests, yes thats correct 8 requests for the details I got no response. I asked for a manager to contact me and again no response, even after I stressed my extreme disappointment in the service. So to conclude, Parcel Monkey dont give .............well a Monkeys . Keen to pass the buck and even when I offer to carry out part of the service I paid for myself they still cannot be bothered to help. So as it stands I will now have to take a guess at which depot I need to take the parcels to and hope I get it correct first time as they could not even be bothered to help. Happy to take your money but thats about it, any other problems and you are on your own. Thanks Parcel Monkey, maybe you could pay me for my fuel and time to drive around the West Midlands looking for the correct Yodel depot !!!

Although I booked the Parcelforce 48 hour service, the items were delivered a day later than expected and hence missed the book sale. Would not recommend using Parcelforce 48 hour.

Time: Could have received a text with a time slot on but never the less still came the day they was due so cant fault them
Driver: Driver didnt help even tho he could see I was struggling to keep the door open and bring the parcel out the door
Was collected and delivered on time and no damages as far as Im aware

Look at this log to work out what Parcel Monkey can be like: You Thank you for your response. In light of your response, this will be the one and only occasion that I will use your service and I will specifically seek out reviews to show publicly how poorly your company treats its customers. You failed to notify me of the legal requirement for a South African ID to be included when I booked online. Your agent (or you) rang the recipient over six days after collecting the parcel from my home. When I enquired as to the whereabouts of the parcel you told me you had lost it. The parcel was flown out of the UK 8 days after you collected it. When I complained you told me that the delay was because the ID was not entered on the customs sheet, ignoring the fact that you had not asked for it, had called the recipient six days after collection and then lost the parcel. You then located it and, for a sum close to £50, took over 10 days to deliver the parcel. I have printed this web page to file so that I can copy and paste it into reviews. Many of our terms mimic the couriers so for simplicities sake please take note of the following three terms. 8.5. The Company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. 8.6. The Company shall not be liable for late collections unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be collected on. 8.7. The Company disclaims all liability for any consequential loss arising from, or in connection with, the Services supplied by The Company and its Agents. For the purpose of this Agreement, Consequential loss shall include, but not be limited to (i) Pure economic loss (ii) Loss of profits (iii) Losses incurred by any third party (iv) Loss of revenue (v) Loss of goodwill and reputation (vi) Loss of opportunity (vii) Loss of work. I am sorry I could not be of more assistance on this matter. Here is a UPS link that states: "South Africa: Importer Code or ID Number|As of September 1st, 2012 South Africa customs requires your ID Number for all shipments being imported into South Africa up to ZAR25000. For shipments with a value of greater than ZAR25000, importers are required to register with South Africa customs to obtain an importer code. i-parcel policy is to obtain that information prior to export to allow us to clear your parcel quickly upon arrival in South Africa. No additional fees are assessed with fulfilling this requirement and it is used for customs clearance purposes only." As I stated previously, the one week delay to flying this parcel out is not satisfactory and I want compensating for this. The ID number wasnt required for a previous parcel that I sent a month ago via Courier that she received within 2 days (door-to-door) and neither was the necessity for this number made clear to me when I booked the delivery service. Furthermore, she wasnt phoned until Sunday, 6 days after the parcel had been collected, to ask for this detail. If this is an essential import requirement under SA law then it should be made clear when the booking formalities for destination are requested on your website. What is not good enough is for there to be a one week delay on a courier service item. For an entire week the parcel was missing and presumably stationary because it was only received at London Heathrow on its way to the E. Midlands yesterday at 3 in the afternoon - seven days after it was collected! What happened to the speedy courier service that I paid for? This parcel still hasnt been received by the intended recipient, though it may well arrive tomorrow, but that will be nine days door to door. I really feel that the company that dealt with this parcel before Courier should send me a cheque for 50% of the parcel cost to compensate me and the recipient for the additional calls that we have had to make just to try and discover whether the parcel had been received or not.
