Very impressed with the quality of service and the price. If I had to find any fault I would auggest that customers are advised of a time slot for collection of items.

DPD collected my parcel promptly on the agreed day and it reached the South of France and was delivered to my daughter within a day and a half!

I had to send a parcel to France and I was a little worried about the cost and of it getting there! I really didnt need to worry once I checked on the website and filled out the details it was easy and very inexpensive. Once the parcel was collected (on time too). I got regular up dates on its whereabouts and delivery time. It got to the recipient within 2 days.

An exception service from the start to the end. Online was easy and very quick, great communication and fast process. Parcels collected and delivered within time and dates specified. With exceptional speed and great service.
Will use again and again much faster, cheaper and easier than going to the post office.

I dropped the parcel off locally at my own convenience. It was taken to its destination within the expected timeframe. The parcel got there in excellent condition. I would recommend (Ive used them twice now).

Im very satisfied with Parcel monkeys very affordable charges and they really did deliver within the short period promised! They saved me a lot of money from paying for excess baggage had I not delivered my stuff through them! I will definitely recommend their service to anyone that shops too much in London!😆

ok - but when told parcel will be collected between 8am and 6pm , that is a bind . He came at 3pm in the end , meaning i couldnt go out until then

it was quick and arrived safely. One negative would be lack of easy contact as I had problems printing my labels and could have used some help. But parcel arrived to USA in 4 days

Not a regular parcel sender but needed to sent some very heavy speakers to son in Jersey. Collected Tuesday lunchtime. Delivered Thursday PM. Fantastic and very easy to organise.

Received an email from Parcel Monkey stating delivery date had been changed at my request. I didnt do anything and in any case the package was delivered late.

I couldnt fault the service I received.
I had to move 300KGs worth of household items packed into 15 large parcels (including fragile items) to be delivered from UK to Denmark.
I thought it was going to cost a fortune but after looking at the prices on their website I was pleasantly surprised. I ended up having it all delivered via Parcelforce Priority International as they offered the best prices compared to other delivery comparison sites (including beating Parcelforces own website!).
We had a really friendly ParcelForce courier who offered to help us carry the parcels onto the lorry (including looking after our fragile items) and within 3 working days, I just got confirmation that all 15 parcels arrived together safe and sound!
Spot on service and will definitely come back to your site for any more deliveries I need.

I would recommend, but I never pick the cheapest service and always go with a name that I have heard of. I have never had any issues and it works out far cheaper than going direct to the courier

The worst service.. Payed for a 3 day delivery and it has not been delivered after 2 weeks and now DPD say they cant find it. Terrible and the worst. Do not use them
