The service was good and competitively priced. It was great to be able to compare different companies and prices. The issue was with the live chat where I asked for advice on an address as I could only fit so many letters on a line and the address I had wouldnt fit in the space provided. I was recommended an address which has turned out to not be enough and I have now had a lot of issues with the handler as they are unable to deliver the package. I am still waiting to see if they will be able to deliver it tomorrow as they said the address I had supplied wasnt good enough. I tried to add the full address in the supplementary info but when I printed it out the whole thing didnt appear so there was no way for me to add to the address info. This would be really handy for longer addresses or the option to add more supplementary information.

Ideal service for small business operating from home, where I can just drop off a package at my local newsagent. Only negative point, is that you cannot track your package from Parcel Monkey - you have to go to the DPD website (in my particular case), but nowhere on Parcel Monkey website, does it state this!
I had to contact them to find out why my package was not able to be tracked through their "TRACK PACKAGE" field on the Parcel Monkey website.

Having been badly let down by myHermes, I used Parcel Monkey to find dpd, and for just £1.50 more my parcel was at its destination within 2 days.

I have sent an email directly regarding this £10 payment on delivery of the document my son needed for a work permit in Vietnam. The collection and tracking went as expected but document was returned to agent as a £10 delivery was charged. His office have had to phone for new delivery. This was not expected as £28.15 should have been for the whole transaction.

Despite reading some interesting reviews of DPD i decided to use their service via Parcel Monkey for mailing some items sold on eBay. I was not disappointed with their service at all. DPD were a great company and provided a excellent service. The items were delivered in a timely manner and eBay customers appeared happy. DPD provide some very competitive prices A+++ service will be sure to use again.

Easy online set up.
I chose a non print label service. Wasnt entirely clear that this was case with form email replies.
Ambiguity had me checking tracking regularly for collection info. However, all went smoothly.

Mainly use Yodel and Parcel Force Large
Nevre have a problem with Parcel Force but on a rare occasion may have an issue with Yodel delays. Customer service at Parcel monkey is not reliable. They dont seem to respond to email enquiries so you have to go on Live Chat. They are helpful while on live chat but dont seem to send a follow up update email as promised.

Second time that I used ParcelMonkey and all went well. Got a small issue with shipping label but contacted them by Livechat and was quickly solved. Chose Parcelforce drop off service and parcel was delivered in 3 days, as I expected :)

I sent a parcel to Australia a month ago. PM said it would take up to 14 days. The parcel went missing. They are impossible to contact. When I finally contacted DPD, they took details but never got back to me. I have now been told the parcel was damaged but was at least at a depot in Australia. However, despite the firms having all the recipients details, it remains undelivered. I dont know where it is and Parcel Monkey and DPD have not returned requests for information. It was of great sentimental value and is now damaged and lost.

Booked me in with parcel force but they had never received any paperwork for my package. There is no way to contact parcel monkey to query things other than live chat which I never got a reply on. Was very lucky that one guy at parcel force was aware of issues with parcel monkey and was really helpful and re booked it for me

I had problems printing the label & when I went to contact parcel monkey the response was by post. Not helpful when my parcel is being sent the next day. I Deliberately chose to drop off the parcel (at a higher cost) as it suited me & was close to home (500 Mtrs). When I went to the drop off point I was told the parcel was too big (2mm) & as it wouldnt pass through the window I would have to go to a depot (3 miles away). It would have gone through the door right next to the window. However the parcel did arrive 4 days later intact. If I had not had other commitments and been able to contact parcel monkey I would have cancelled.

I have done this service twice and I have problems with the address. They are unable to find the address. It is disappointing all the time the same with this company.

Hi the booking went very well with parcelmonkey however dpd failed to pick up both of my parcels from the drop shop so instead of arriving on Tuesday as expected, both were delivered Thursday and I had to run around forwarding the emails from dpd advising this together with apologies from me for the bad service to both customers. In addition. The booking form asks for both my (sending) and customers (destination) telephone contact numbers but the printed address labels put my phone number in for the customer as well? His gets lost. This doesnt really help the delivery driver at all. The final problem was receiving all the delivery notification emails and texts instead of them going to the customers meaning yet another round of forwarding to customers. I dont think my customers thought much of me or the delivery service.

Awful experience , parcel monkey may be good at arranging . But parcel force truley inept at getting anything right . Mixed up correctly labelled parcels and sent to wrong addresses , then when told of mistake and mix up picked up and promptly sent out again to the same address as they had previously been picked up from , still waiting for items to get delivered correctly after 7 days . You pay peanuts you get parcel monkey .

Ive used Parcel Monkey a number of times now and have been delighted with the service they provide. Comparisons of available couriers are easily and quickly done - its so much more straightforward that looking up several different couriers and going through all the rigmarole several times. Booking a collection and/or delivery couldnt be simpler. All you need to do is make your choice based on the price and what they provide. Once booked all you have to do is pack your parcel and leave the rest to them.
In the past Ive tried to book a courier direct - i.e. not through a third party like PM. Its always been a hassle and more often than not the price I got quoted was a lot more than that which Parcel Monkey come up with.
Whenever I have a parcel to send I will be doing it through Parcel Monkey and would recommend them to anybody, anytime.

They used parcel force as the carrier. If I had booked parcel force direct it would have cost a lot more. Parcels were collected at 3PM and delivered, 350 miles away at 9AM the next morning, excellent service

I first tried the post office for sending a large parcel (gift containing large photo frame) to Portugal and was quoted just under £50 with parcelforce. I then tried a different parcel comparison site which wouldnt deliver to the postcode in Portugal and I nearly gave up on the whole thing but thought Id try the parcelmonkey site as a last ditch attempt and they quoted a much better price of £21. DPD collected giving a 1 hour slot on the Monday morning and my parcel was delivered on Thursday.
