Have been using parcel monkey for a couple of years to post presents to Australia and they have never let me down even when I leave it to the last minute posting for Christmas! No problem getting a refund last year when I accidentally sent perfume in a parcel and it was returned to me with no hassle and a full refund. Would recommend this site to anyone. Well done you guys!!

The use of Monkey parcel is a organised and easy to access. The liaison between parcel monkey and the delivery company is good, as well as clear instructions on how to arrange for the packing and delivery. It is a valued approach to receive emails and reminders of the pick up and delivery. It is disappointing that having advertised a 2 day delivery and had a pick on Wednesday, the parcels have not been delivered within this time period.

Despite the negative reviews that worried me a bit, I had a timely delivery via DPD. The price was around 15.- where Royal Mail wanted 80.-. It was very easy to navigate on the app and the website. I will definitely use this service again.

I was browsing for a site so i can send a parcel, knowing my local post office they would hve charged me £40. Found ParcelMonkey and filled in all details required. Best thing!!! The price, where i would have paid £40 through post office, i had paid £17 on parcel monkey. The response was rapid. Very reliable and good for proce. Looking forward to use Parcel Monkey again in near future.

I sent two large parcels to Germany. They were collected from my home address at approx. 11.oo a.m. on the Monday, and my son telephoned me midday on Wednesday to say they had arrived. The Delivery firm used was Parcelforce. I have used them before and they have always been satisfactory.

Parcels collected and delivered exactly as promised. One fragile parcel was split open, fortunately the contents survived. However no matter how good the service is, in the end, not having any phone or email contact is hopeless. I did have an issue with my labels but no way to contact anyone. So would not use Parcel Monkey again nor recommend.

Very easy website to use, incredibly good price, sent a Xmas parcel to my son and his family in Rhodes, Greece. It arrived safe and sound within about 6 days which I think is really impressive considering I had left it so late, and there was a weekend in the way. The parcel was collected from Derby the next day by Parcel Force and it was a Euro Priority Home service or something like that and only cost around £30. 10/10 Thank you and well done

5th time Ive used this service to send parcels to Spain, and it definitely wont be the last. After many a disappointment using the post office with parcels taking up to 3 weeks and very expensive, the service offered by Parcel Monkey was like a breath of fresh air. It does exactly what it says on the box at very very reasonable prices.

Parcel dropped off at a local point, they explained it would be picked up next day (it was 17:50) as they closed in 10 minutes, had email to say it would be delivered the day after it was on time no hassle. The only hiccup had been when filling the form on line 1 part had to do 3 times as it would not accept what I put in probably down to me. Ill remember for next time. Good service, really pleased

The company is easy to use and easy to book parcel collections , however I booked a parcel using there parcel force express 24 service expecting it to arrive to the recipient in at most a few days. However the parcel didnt arrive until a week after the booking was placed. I payed over £20 for the service, a bit disappointing to say the least.

Item was shipped on the 7th of December with a 4 to 5 day delivery expectation and is now being shown as in the SouthHampton depot. It arrived there on the 12th of December.
