THEY HAVE NO NUMBER TO CALL AND KEEP FOBBING YOU OFF WITH THE SAME RUBBISH. THEY HAVE HAD MY PARCEL SINCE 7th JANUARY AND CLAIM THEY CANT FIND IT. NO-ONE IS HELPFULL AND THEY KEEP ASKING MY TO TAKE A TICKET AND THEY EMAIL ME BACK, WHEN I DO THAT ITS THE SAME RUBBISH "WELL LOOK INTO IT AND GET BACK TO YOU" I AM SO DISTRESSED ABOUT THE WHOLE THING, PLEASE AVOID....WHEN YOU TRY TO VOICE AN OPINION ON THERE FACEBOOK PAGE THEY BLOCK YOU SO NO-ONE SEES THERE A TERRIBLE COMPANY. *****AVIOD******

Never used them before had two parcels which had to be wrapped
separately and going to the same address, I booked them on-line
they collected the following day the item was delivered that afternoon
They cost was really reasonably I would certainly use Parcel Money
again.

Sent package but label took nearly12 hrs to arrive in mailbox by that time driver had attempted collection so refused - had to rearrange collection. All went well the next day and excellent tracking details. Parcel got to destination before expected date but the recipient had to pay nearly £20 to retrieve parcel which had a value of £20 - explain that?? Otherwise all good

Absolutely terrible customer service, lost my parents christmas presents (£600) and closed my case without notifying me!!! Even though I provided them with all the receipts and correct documents This company ruined my christmas and couldnt care less!!!

Parcel needed to get to Scotland, I placed the order, courier turned up next day and took it, parcel arrived in Scotland, from Yorkshire, 24 hours later. Job done

Writing details of address, phone no etc. is really frustrating. Eg: It will not accept address no. with a dash inbetween ( 1-2 Hall Road) even though it appeared on the drop down menu. Had to write 1 to 2 after a lot of trial & error.

Next day pick up option was great, they sent me a text in the morning letting me know the time of pick up so that i could organize my day around it. Tracking service was good, and it allowed me to guess that the package would arrive a day earlier than predicted by the company-which it did! Package was completely void of any damage whatsoever. Very good service!

The parcel was collected on Jan 6th AM and it should have arrived in 3/4 working days. It is now the 13th PM and it still hasnt arrived. I was hoping to give the content of the parcel as a present to my friend tomorrow but that will obviously not be possible. Im not very happy!

Really happy with the service, I sent a printer to my daughter at uni for only £7.43 dropped it off at my local pick up point at 9am and 250miles later she had got it by 2.10pm the next day. Great service, will use again.

I have used Parcel Monkey 4 times to send gifts to my son and his family in Australia. i have never been disappointed with the service they give. They provide all documentation you need in an easy to understand format and after that deliver on time and in full.

The parcel was picked up as booked, parcel was swiftly on its way and delivered sooner than we had anticipated. Noce to be able to send a parcel to Portugal with confidence and reasonably priced.

I was very happy with how quick and easy it was to arrange delivery of my parcel. And the companys they use to courier and excellent. The price was unbeatable compared to other websites and the speed of collection and delivery was very impressive. Will 100% use again.

Parcel sent originall by parcel force to Dubai address but returned 6 weeks later to me as could not find address. Parcel monkey sourced DPD at same price £18 delivered within 4-7 days as stated. They supplied the proformo invoice paperwork DPD did the rest. Will be using again. Tracking on parcel monkey did not work other to say I had made the order, shame as if it had worked would have made 5*.

There was no way to contact parcel monkey by telephone. I sent them an e.mail which they did not reply to. They cannot give you a morning or afternoon time frame which is unacceptable for companies these days. Their website is unclear and kept saying 75% complete. What does this mean?. When courier arrived at 4 pm he said I was lucky he was able to pick my delivery up as the assignment had been put in his colleagues box to collect and his colleague was on holiday and he saw it at the last minute.

The pickup and tracking are top notch in the uk phase, once it gets to sa there is no tracking and it takes ages for anything to happen. Still waiting for the package to arrive
