I arranged for Parcel Monkey to send a parcel to Muscat in Oman; having used other postal services before and had delays in my daughter receiving the parcel, I have to say the delivery was exactly as Parcel monkey had stated 5 days which is brilliant; my daughter was notified to pick the parcel up from the local DHL office. So really please and will use Parcel Monkey every time now

Excellent price, service and ease of use. Easy to compare the options and pick the one that fitted best. Then my box was picked up the same day from my house in London, and arrived on the far side of the USA (Seattle) within a week, without a hitch. And at half the price of other quotes as well. This company managed to lose my parcel and then tell you that they have closed your compensation claim and there is no contact number Whos to say that they are not opening parcels and keeping valuable items, something really stinks about parcel monkey I actually feel like theyve robbed me NEVER EVER USE PARCEL MONKEY ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Worst company ever, lost my parcel which was insured and you only have 5 days to make a claim, they immediately close your case to avoid paying compensation and completely ignore any messages after theyve done this, hence the reason they dont have a contact number Please use another company, you have been warned!!

I needed to send a larger then average parcel and after looking online decided to go with parcel monkey ..it seemed fairly easy to do and much cheaper than Royal Mail. After measuring and weighing my parcel at home I paid £9.71 and received a confirmation email with a ref. number and a shipment number ......the next day I took it to my local depot where they told me they did not have any record of my shipment or either of the reference numbers I was sent by parcel monkey ..I had no alternative but to pay again as I needed it to go that day . I then contacted parcel monkey by email explaining the situation and asking for a refund and did not even get a reply .....

From start to Finnish brill service. Very polite attentive man collected my parcel, being a first time user I wasnt sure very thing was correct. He assured me it was fine took it and left. Really pleasant person represented his workplace very well. No sooner had I let it go then my son in USA was calling me to say hed received it....super super quick. Cant believe that it was soooooo fast, perhaps 4 days max (including a weekend). I have nothing but high praise for a fabulous service. I have already started thinking of what to send over next as well as telling all my friends and family about you and you 5star treatment thank you. It has meant that my grandchild has his prezzies there in time for his birthday party! Thank you means a lot to me x

Was able to organise a same day pick-up, with delivery for the next day at a great price. Have used the service and number of times now and had no problems whatsoever.

took over a month for a parcel to reach the country, after being quote 6-7 days. demanded extra money to release the parcel on the other side almost doubling the price. Stick with Royal Mail this was honestly a very upsetting/traumatic experience over Christmas as well. Customer Service respond only when they want to and refuse to take responsibility for issues but also insist you dont talk about your parcel with the other couriers. Will be seeking legal representation for a refund.
