Didnt appear on the first appointment.was waiting all day at home for nothing. On the second appointment the driver called, while he was waiting in front of our building and refused to come up to get the parcel.all together, payed lot of money for poor service.

Needed to send an international parcel and priced parcelforce and others online. Logged on to ParcelMonkey and got a faster service and cheaper price than any other site I could find. Spot on, will make this my first point of call from now on.

Well wrapped return of a sink which was in its original packaging. Returned to us smashed to smithereens which we will now have to pay for as the item cannot be insured! Not happy as you can imagine and will not be using the service again, beware before sending anything that can break!!

I found the web site easy to use, your options varied and once booked everything was handled professionally and mt parcel arrived on time and in Malawi that is incredible.

Did an order on a 48 hour service, arrived later t be exact 72 hours later making me look bad and unreliable to the buyer that had bought my item. I paid for a 48 hour service, yet Parcel Monkey after contacting them were not interested apart from an empty apology. I had to contact them after 48 hours to ask what was going on, and their response was the driver had ran out of time, thats it. They made no attempt to contact me to let me know out of courtesy, I had to do all the running yet I am the customer. Personally speaking I would avoid this company, they sound great... but if you want to run the risk of paying for something (48 hour service) but getting something slightly different and worse but for the same money... then crack on. I complained afterwards due to the experience because they did not follow through on the service I had paid for, and their customer service again was a poor. A forced apology! Avoid!!

I sent 5 parcels on 2 separate deliveries from Edinburgh to Madrid. The parcels arrived in good condition and in less than 6 days. I was able to track my parcel all the way and I was advised of the pick-up and delivery times by email (DPD/Seur). The price was also very reasonable.

I have order DPD drop off delivery through Parcel monkey. However it took 3 days for for pickup. When I called DPD i was told that driver forgot to pick up parcel two times. Not really Parcel monkey fault.

We have used parcel monkey to make a parcel booking. We have paid the full price but we never received any shipping labels and the collection did also not happen. Despite we have send more then 7 emails to parcel monkey over the past 30 days we have still not received any refund. BECAREFUL with parcel monkey. It seems like possible fraud.

Collection was on time, I was able to track the parcel step by step and the price was good, the only problem was with the delivery, I waited the whole day and the parcels arrived late in the afternoon and all riuned and broken. Luckily the content was principally made of clothes so nothing got ruined, but I was disappointed by the shape of my parcels, it seems like they didnt really care about them.

I needed to return an item via a DPD pickup point and DPDs label was not being accepted directly via the two pickup points that are nearby my address (not sure if any of them accept it - apparently they are pickup only, but no drop off for DPD). I had no problem however, for my parcel to be accepted when I had a parcel monkey label. I had no issues with the return and all has gone smoothly. Thanks Parcel Monkey.

As a small business, Parcel Monkey is really useful as we probably have to arrange one parcel delivery per month and its not worth setting up accounts with different couriers.

I found the site a bit confusing to use.I eventually found a company it would better to have a actually person to talk to over the phone if you have issues like I did instead of trying to chat online . I was very unsure of what I had slected and Also with the insurance cover was not sure what I was selecting but in the end I got myvprcel sent of which was the main thing so I guess not bad the prices was resonably considering over places .

This is the 3rd time I have used Parcel Monkey and all times the service has been excellent all arrived within 6 days and reasonably priced ,the only downside it would be good if there could be a timeslot eg AM or PM for collection .would definitely recommend

I had never used this company before and after my ordeal I would never recommend it to anyone. I sent my sons bicycle over to Ireland we were quoted £60 odd quid . It wasnt picked up on the arranged date. It took much longer to deliver then they told me and to top it all I get another invoice sent to me for a further £80 odd quid because they say that there courier service said that it was bigger then we stated. Although this was impossible because we used a purpose bicycle box with the factory size printed into the box from the company who made and supplied it. I tried contacting them by their website because you cant phone them . They have pushed me from stephan to Jason to Lorenza and they repeat word for word the same reply . I have sent photos of the box and measurements but still no joy and I have also written to their complaints department twice but they havent bothered to reply either. I have given them every opportunity to contact me and its been going on over two months but Im still waiting. In all my years I have never experienced such bad service at every stage of this complaint . I suppose I will have to seek legal advice because I am determined not to get ripped off . It has been a nightmare !

Shocking service . Impossible to contact Parcel Monkey. Collection allocated to Parcelforce and on their system but still no pick-up. No communication between them. Will never use again.

Regret to report my package is still to be collected. A card was left at 15:59 on the day after the the package was due to be collected by which time we had left for the weekend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I Paid for a next day delivery service using DX Carrier. The parcel took nearly a week to arrive. When I queried this with DX They said they dont deliver next day and parcelmonkey fail to pass this information onto their customers. On double checking parcelmonkey are still offering a next day service from DX. Parcel monkey eventually offered me a 50% refund nearly two weeks ago now, I AM STILL AWAITING MY REFUND. Everytime I leave a review on here all they say is please contact us. SO FUNNY BECAUSE EVERYTIME I CONTACT THEM NOBODY REPLIES BUT THEY ARE QUICK RESPONDING ON HERE. There is no telephone contact number either. Parcelmonkey said they are not responsible for the carrier, however their terms and conditions clearly state the contract of the service is with them and not the carrier, additionally ANY ATTEMPT TO MISLEAD A CONSUMER IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE WHICH THEY ARE DOING AND I HAVE THE PROOF Luckily citizens advice have now forwarded my complaint to trading standards, and I have just wrote to watchdog.
