Collected when promised, tracked throughout, delivered one day earlier than said and reasonable price. Only loses a star for taking longer than advertised on Parcel Monkey website. But once on actual courier website, delivery was quicker than they said.

I sent a 10kg box to Berlin from Scotland on a 2 day service. It should have arrived on Friday but didnt get there till Monday. 2 reasons this is ok - 1. I was kept informed of that at all times and with plenty of notice and it is Christmas time and it is busier and 2. It cost me £20 including insurance for the contents so its hard to say it wasnt still great value for money!
I have used before and 3 x 20kg boxes made it in 2 days so I wont hesitate to use this service again in the future.

Easy to use website with clear layout to see the best price for your chosen delivery method.
Dropped parcel off at a local pharmacy for DPD to collect on Friday and parcel was delivered on Monday afternoon with text message notification of when it was expected to arrive at the destination.
Will definitely go to Parcel Monkey first next time I need to send a parcel anywhere! Thanks

a parcel from uk to Oz in 4 working days. In time for Christmas! I didnt think it would get there but it did. I will DEFINITELY BE using parcel monkey again

Parcel Monkey is a great idea. Needs a little tweaking to be able to pinpoint when a collection will be. We sat in for the entire day and parcel was not collected until 19:10 - after we had to phone the parcel depot and find out what was going on!

Took day off work as parcell force for 25 quid never turned up arranged next day another day off work never turned up next day came and got it and there still knocking my door to pick it up after it has gone

£50 worth of goods, lost and refusing to pay out, even though insured; as they admit they delivered them to the wrong address, but as far as parcel monkey are concerned, as long as it is delivered somewhere! they have done there job had various excuses and lies, as to where the items are from, out driver sent to the wrong address, to we w=delivered through a third party, which is it; who knows, but somewhere is a huge box, full of a newborns gifts, that will never be received.

The booking app was fine, the cost acceptable, and the parcel was collected and delivered as arranged, but had obviously been badly handled because it was damaged on delivery (Parcelforce). Not impressed.

First time I used Parcel Monkey. I found the website easy to use, considered my options and chose the company I wanted. Also easy to pay and print off label. Company arrived following day to pick up parcel and 2 days later arrived at destination. All worked smoothly. Impressive!

I used Parcel Monkey to get me a great deal on shipping a bulky package of Christmas presents to my sister in Australia. They saved me £s rather than going directly to the shipping companies myself. Everything went as planned, I even received helpful guides on packaging and attaching the required labels and customs documents. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Tried to drop off parcel at a store selected from their list but the store said they were unable to accept the parcel as Parcel Monkey had not left them the necessary documents.

Perfect service, very efficient and it does deliver by the time specified. Just keep on mind you do have to print the label and attach it to the parcel, so if you dont have 1 at home just book the pick up date further down. But, as I said, perfect service!

Excellent service, with a 7.03am pick up by Parcelforce, meaning that I didnt have to wait in all day. I would have given 5 stars, except that I opted for the Parcelforce 24 hour service, but the parcel was actually delivered 55 hours later. It was taken from Derbyshire to northern Scotland, so that is understandable, put perhaps a 24 hour service shouldnt be offered for such distances.
Overall, I am entirely happy.

Placed an order for same day delivery at 10.00am in the morning. Parcel was collected at 3.00pm same day and delivered by 6pm same day.

Very efficient service. Delivered my parcel to Ireland within a couple of days. Notified me when the parcel was delivered too. Half the price of what the post office quoted me too, including insurance.
