Simple to follow all instructions; book collection, print label, track package etc. Incredibly well priced. Driver turned up at designated hour. Will always use Parcel Monkey, thought I was going to have such a difficult time sending something heavy to France but was great!

This is the second time that I have used Parcel Monkey, I was sending a package to Canada, I got a quote from the Post Office and they wanted £59. I used Parcel Monkey and they quoted £30, but what was funny was that this was with Royal Mails Parcel Force. The package was collected on Wednesday from work and arrived in Canada on Saturday afternoon.
I would thoroughly recommend PM.

At first I found the web page a little difficult to navigate and a while to set up the account poperly. However, once Id got my head around it it was straight forward. Doddle took the parcel in with no problems and DPD delivered it as expected.. Finally, found Parcel Monkey was a quid or so cheaper than other sites for the same/similar service

Very poor service, didnt pick up the parcel on the day booked. No contact to explain why. Then took the payment whilst I still had the parcel.

Parcel arrived at its destination exactly as promised.
Instructions for which labels to place where were a bit vague, but after an online chat session I was able to correctly place all labels where they needed to be.
Customs form was generated automatically from the info I put in when paying. Very pleased with the service.

Great site have sent couple of parcels to USA the second a Arrived within three days , prices not to bad should be a discount if you are a returning customer.

Courier didnt appear, you sent me an email that he couldnt collect parcel because nobody was at home, which is not true. I had to go to the depot to deliver parcel to them, it happens a lot with dpd.

A few beginners hiccups. Sent a parcel to Germany didnt allow enough time for it to get there on the date I needed to , so need to allow more time for next parcel. Pick up was fine. Delivery in Germany was a bit of a problem (at their end) Apparently I mis spelt recipients surname and recipient was told that unless EXACT spelling is on future parcels they will return parcel to sender!! Will use again and will ensure spelling is correct!! Felt it was a bit pedantic tho.

Parcel Monkey seems to have access to certain services that I just could not find on the Royal Mail website. They saved me quite a few quid sending a parcel to Ireland. All pretty seamless

My parcel was not collected on the day it was supposed to be. I had no message to give me an hour slot as indicated. The parcel is moving very slowly to its destination. Would not recommend.

Fast pick up and delivery at a great price. 4 stars instead of 5 because box was damaged en route (even though sturdy and well taped) and some of the contents were dented. Online tracking not updated regularly enough although that depends on the courier rather than Parcel Monkey.

I chose to send with one of the big 2 courier companies booking through parcel moneky. I saved money versus going directly to courier. A quick simple service and my parcel arrived in Mexico within 3 workings days

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE EVER! IT IS ABSOLUTELY **** AND LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE! YOULL BE MUCH BETTER OFF!! I most likely would never use parcel monkey ever again. Completely wasted my time on both days that the delivery was supposed to be delivered as if I dont have a job have to sit around all day with no window of delivery. The online tracking was absolutely **** as it never worked to track my parcel even though all the information was entered correctly. This standard of service is probably the worst i have ever encountered and would never use this service again. Also after calling the UK from Spain which is expensive enough there was no resolve as they cannot do anything about it. what is the point of saying contact parcel monkey when they did no respond to any correspondence and then contacting dpd that did not help with the situation either. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE EVER! IT IS ABSOLUTELY **** AND LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE! YOULL BE MUCH BETTER OFF!!
