First time user of parcel monkey - sent a bike via parcel force - prompt collection & delivery quicker than expected - would definitely recommend

I am very happy with the support that ParcelMonkey gave me before make my order!! I sent a package from UK to Spain, the courier in UK was DPD and was very good with them, they were on time and they call me few minutes before arrive to my house asking if I was there. In Spain the courier was Seur and like always the worst service, they never call. They sent me a email saying that I will receive at home my delivery between 13:00 and 14:00 so I was there from 12:00 do 16:00 and nobody appear at home with my package around 17:00 I received a email saying that they were in my house trying to give me the package. Terrible service!!

After a few independant quotes from various companies, I got a quote from Parcel Monkey.
Their cheapest quote was cheaper than than company quoted me directly so I ordered through Parcel Monkey.
No problems at all from then on.

I have been their customer about 3 years and So far I have no complaints. Collection in time, delivery in time no problems at all. You have to make sure that you provide all paper worke needed and pack your parcel as required. I am extremely satisfied with their services.

Recommended DPD for express pick up and delivery. One item was delivered and a week later still awaiting the other item and its location is unknown.

Parcel from Liverpool to Perth in Australia arrived as promised within the time frame of 3-8 days. It actually was signed for on the 7th day. The great addition is that all the customs forms are prepared for you and you only have to attach them to the box prior to collection.

It was fast, very easy service to use, but when the parcel arrived the box was all wrecked and the only glass item that was inside the box was shattered in pieces, but I presume I had to be prepared for it. I think I will use it again anyway.

Pros: price, choice, ease of use. Delivery was quick,much appreciated.
Cons: very little communication from the Courier. Receiving an email 2 days before collection saying the timeslot will be provided on the day, and that timeslot eventually being 09.00-17.00 is rather unacceptable. A day out of work, it turned out to be. At very least,an effective form of communication with the courier should be provided as standard.

I shop around for parcel delivery and while other services (like parcel2go) seem cheaper on the surface by the time you have added insurance ParcelMonkey comes up cheaper every time. The website is easy to navigate and it is quick to book in parcels. I will use it again.

I have used this service twice now and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone. I sent 2 parcels to my family at considerably less than using Parcel Force direct, with the parcels being collected from and delivered to my mum and sister within 3 days.

I needed a delivery cancelled, which I did through the dashboard, and received an email confirmation of said cancellation. Next day I get a txt telling me my parcel was due for collection. It then took hours to re cancel as there is no direct customer support. Only live chat, which is rubbish, slow and not fit for purpose.

Added all my dimensions and weight of my parcel and paid. The following day I had parcel force arrive to collect. There was a slight concern that the item may be too big(according to the parcel force driver), despite adding measurements, but it was delivered to its destination within a couple of days.

My large parcel arrived within 3 days of sending it :)
Other than needing to have a printer-handy to print the details of your shipment, this is a great service.
And much cheaper than using normal postal services for large parcels.
4 * instead of 5* since my parcel (which was a suitcase) was opened - and the lock removed, but I assume that was for security-checking purposes, upon entry to Germany, rather than the fault of ParcelMonkey. None of the items were missing.

I used Parcel Monkey for business purposes which required a next day shipment, it was cheaper than DPD and other courier services (£14.39 inc VAT). I booked parcel monkey for next day delivery around 11am and they came the same day to pick up the box by around 4pm (12.7kg) and delivered it to our London office by the next day. It was a quick, inexpensive and efficient service and I will definitely only use Parcel Monkey in the future!

I needed to send a large, heavy box to the Netherlands. The best quote I managed to find online was with Parcelforce at £48.
Then I stumbled across the Parcel Monkey website. Somehow, the Parcelforce price through Parcel Monkey was less than £19!!! The box was collected and delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. Great service, highly recommended!
