Purchased through them but they didnt send me the postage label at all, even on their website in my orders the postage label wasnt available until the following day. This meant the buyer of my item was delayed. I will be using again but if I have the same problem I will use someone else

The policy of dealing with queries online only is unsatisfactory. Difficulty typing in address as it should be in Europe. It wants to format it to English format ie Street name after number. My parcel could not be delivered, despite it going to an office block manned 24hours a day! An address Parcel Monkey has carried to previously. There is no way to contact the actual courier and find out the problem. None of the contact details that were recorded: name, telephone no. & email addresses of the sender or recipient were contacted to resolve the issue. I have had to chase and chase for an information. I didnt get honest answers. It seems now the parcel has been returned to UK, or has it? Parcel Monkey said theyd destroy it. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE.

Very impressed quick sleek no hassle the only problem was when my daughter received the goods she had to pay for the posting of goods on her end as NO evidence that I had paid!!! Grand Cayman so we paid twice for postage !!!

Good Service - website showed what I needed, chose Parcelforce, easy/straight foward to book in a collection and pay for it. Only comment - would be nice to see a little more info like delivery timeframes (on Parcel Monkey or/and Parcelforce) and also a contact number on the Parcel Monkey email confirmation in case I had any questions. Driver did turn up, but rather late in the day so if I had been delayed that day and been in a bit later I would have missed him... Apart from that - could service.

I used parcel monkey and have had a terrible experience. The parcel was due to arrive one month ago but still no sign and I am having to chase them for a reply. Now Ive been asked to pay an admin fee to receive the parcel one month late. No ownership taken by the company, keep blaming the courier, although as the recipiente of the payment they should be taking responsibility. Very disappointing, never again.

Ok to date Ive used Parcel Monkey 6 or 7 times over the last 12months and i must say they are spot on.
A great price on time delivery and as the items I send tend to be high value the insurance is good value if i compare next to Parcel 2 go .. same price to deliver but insurance takes the Michael ..

Had to post quite an awkward shaped parcel, Parcel Monkey made it very easy & a lot cheaper than Royal Mail/Parcel Force. Would highly recommend.

£200 valued parcel never got delivered. Used Parcel Monkey on a so called, tracked overseas delivery. All I have had back, is online false information on the parcels whearabouts and suposedly attempts at delivery, which is a total lie. Also had to pay an extra £35 on customs fees plus £5 a day storage fees for a parcel that no longer existed. One message came up that customs documents had gone missing and I suspect that my parcel had been ripped apart and the contents shared out. Ukraine courier company is also corrupt and sent harrassing letters demanding money or they will return the parcel. Telephoned Parcel Monkey about this but they didnt want to know and said that there will also be a fee for returning the missing parcel back to the UK. The parcel contained vital supplies for my family that had suffered great loss during the war in Ukraine. In the past I have used International postage via post office with no problems, and thought this time, I would pay for a tracked insured service with Parcel Monkey...never again. Parcel Monkey and thier cowboy followers have had thier money and brush it all under the carpet.

My first experience of Parcel Monkey. I found the service first class and a pleasure to use. I dont know how they get such cheap rates, I saved a small fortune on an international parcel using the same courier I would have paid for from my Post Office!

Used parcel monkey to collect an item weighing 30kg. Item was collected and delivered no problems. About two weeks later they took over £55 from my account, no notification or explanation. After some effort managed to get through only to be told that it was 1.5kg overweight. Item had been installed by then so couldnt weigh to verify but 30kg is above the manufacturers data so cant see how its overweight. Packaging couldnt have taken this over. For parcel monkey to just help themselves to money from your account, way beyond what parcel force charge for the same offence, with no explanation makes this a company to keep well away from.

I used Parcel Monkey several times recently to send parcels of various sizes to Germany and Sweden. They were really excellent - very good prices, and very easy to use. Also I had to make some changes to collections and they were very quick to respond. The delivery times were completely accurate and the courier was also just as expected. I would highly recommend the service.
