Ive never sent a parcel by courier so was originally nervous and googling lots of different companies.
Parcel monkey came up a few times and they had the best price for what I wanted-sending a parcel abroad.
Ive been really impressed-2 days to get a parcel collected from the UK and delivered in the Netherlands.
The only downside was their tracking site wasnt as clear as I thought it could have been.

Parcel Monkey recommended Parcel Force to take my 28kg parcel from South Somerset to the Lake District overnight. Collection was about 1.30pm and the goods got to their destination in just under 24 hours. The charge made was very reasonable and the parcel tracked most of the way. Well done guys.

I sent a box to Ireland which was easy and quick. I drop off the box in the closest centre and it arrived three days after that. They sent me an email of the expected day and time of arrival!

I sent a package with Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey using 48hr express delivery. 5 days later and I still havent received my package. When I contacted Parcel Force to enquire where my package was I was directed back to Parcel Monkey who provided me the details I could see already from the online tracker. I am still no clearer what is going on and not happy with service.

I found Parcel Monkey to be the cheapest option, using a comparison site to consider my options. Payment was easy, and there was not huge amounts of info to fill out about the contents.
I logged the weight and size as slightly over what it was, it made about £7 difference to the total than if Id measured accurately, but then it meant I knew they werent going to charge me for the measurements being wrong.
They could not give a collection time so we were expecting between 8am-6pm, however they collected promptly at 9am - ideal!
We did get stung with Customs at the destination, but theres no avoiding that... if there is, let me know! Either way, we paid less in total including Customs than the competitors prices just for postage!
Will definitely use again.

This was the first time I have used Parcel Monkey and it will not be the last much cheaper than other carriers and I would definately recommend them. Parcel was quickly and efficiently sent to Belgium, no problems

The site is easy to navigate and instructions on how to wrap the parcel were clear. Payment was easy. The parcel was picked up on Friday morning, even though wed been given a time slot of 8am to 6pm. It was delivered on Tuesday, 3 working days later as stated. I was also able to track it online, which was comforting. I was extremely impressed with the whole service and very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Parcel Monkey. Thank you!

Utterly, utterly disgraceful service and support. I purchased express shipping to China for collection on the 19th Jan...four days later and the item still hasnt been collected (despite them insisting it would be collected every day Ive contacted them). So here I am £90 out of pocket for a parcel that should have been at its destination by now. Utterly unacceptable service and support. No explanation as to why this happened.

Overall experience OK and good service at great price but disappointed with the courier DPD who failed to collect on time then lied to ParcelMonkey saying theyd tried to collect but no-one in. PM customer service was v good trying to sort it but at least I was able to take parcel to local DPD depot. After that delivery time (UK to France) was quicker than expected hence my satisfaction rating.

They have a really great customer service, which is fast and quickly solves any problems there may be.
The actual delivery performance differs based on the carrier you choose, we use ParcelForce and DHL several times a month and were so happy and have had no issue.
Just beware, dont use ASENDIA ever, it might seem cheap but theres a high change they never show up for collection, seriously! We choose ASENDIA once because it was cheaper (25 GBP) but after 13 days of trouble the package still wasnt even collected!!! We had to book ParcelForce to clear up their mess!

Have used Parcel Monkey twice to send international parcels. Excellent service, easy tracking, arrived on time and very reasonable prices. As I have friends and relatives living abroad I will be using them often in the future - highly recommended

Sent a parcel months ago and the got returned but they didnt know where it was. Kept getting the same answer every time and was told their answers are proof of tracking when its not... also refused to refund for the postage and costs of goods when it seemed the he parcel was lost. It is finally returned now after 3 months but we have to do a log drive to collect it or pay £16 to get it delivered. They want us to pay them more money for such a poor and hassling service theyve given us! It supposed to be returned to sender not make us collect what is ours or pay for it! Disgusting service. Never use this ridiculous company.

I would rate this very highly - a 2kg A4 carton parcel, picked up from London same day as booking, and delivered totiny village in France for £15...absolute bargain and a good experience all round. Email updates and online tracking throughout. Will definitely use again.

Reliable, competitive rate, driver turns up on time and courier is delivered to France within 48 hours.
It is easy to book the courrier via Parcel Monkey, I am using it to book courrier to France and I use DPD via them, the rates are good, the booking service is easy to use you can pay by card.
You receive lots of message to track your courrier.
If you post thing to France or a country which has accent in the name or address name, type in capital and dont put any accent as the system does not recognise them.

Had to send a parcel out of mainland U.K. Used parcel monkey to compare prices..found it very easy to use.
Normally I run around taking parcels to the post office or a courier however this time the parcel was picked up from home.

We took a parcel to your Cottingham drop off point to be collected. The male who served us was very rude and very arrogant and spoke to us like dirt!! It took him three days to give you the parcel! Once collected from the store, it was delivered within 24 hours which was fantastic considering the recipient is over the other side of the country. Thank you DPD, however, I think you should choose your drop off locations a little more carefully.

Parcel monkey picked up a box of toys on Friday from glasgow destination Venice .arrived on wedensday ..super fast ..parcel was for my 4year old grandson ..he was a happy chappy cx would recommend them and will use them in future ..Agnes

Ive been using Parcel Monkey to send my parcels for about a year now and never had any issues with the service, collection or deliveries.
I tend to use ParcelForce (insured), as they offer a very reliable collection service - its not the cheapest method to send parcels, but if you are sending reasonably high value items its definitely the best service to use.
