Ordered an Xbox in error from Amazon.fr, and needed to return. Parcel monkey allowed me to book with Parcelforce for about one third of the price (£21 including insurance). I paid online, and was able to print postage labels off within about 10 mins, and then able to drop parcel off at the Post Office. The parcel tracked online, and arrived at Amazon in 3 days. Very impressed with the cost saving. I dont know what would have happened if there was a problem. The website stated I could not contact Parcelforce directly.

You picked up my parcel the next dat, which Was very impressive. However, a week later, the parcel tracker on your website still states its in Southampton, and hasnt updated for a week. I have no idea where my parcel is.

I usually find posting larger parcels a real chore. I live in the country and find it really difficult to work most online systems to get comparative quotes.
I found Parcel Monkey really easy to use and the service I received (from Parcel Force) was spot on.

First time user, looked at what services were on offer, decided on a parcel force 48 with a dropoff for the SAME DAY, then after payment was taken, it says that dropoff is now TOMORROW. Pretty ****. Just say its tomorrow in the first place to save me from having to rearrange things. Not sure I will bother again, but good prices otherwise.

Very poor communication from beginning to end ! Emailed expected collection date after the event, no packing instructions or labels, (driver arrived late and refused to take as not packed as they wish, but I hadnt had any details of requirements) so had to make own enquires, then threatened to be charged twice. After a heated discussion, arranged recollection, but now has disappeared in transit. Item then collected but not delivered, and now asked to review....... God knows where my package is !!! But at this moment in time its three days late of the 48 hr service I payed for...... All the while I still have no contact nos. Blummin rubbish.

Quick and easy to use booking system. Competitve prices and I particularly liked that they notified me when my parcel was delivered.

Did what it said on the tin. Compared the options and the rates. Enabling one to chose the level and cost of service. Once chosen straight forward process to book with the chosen carrier on the carriers own site. Did what it said on the tin within the time scale and price quoted + the added insurance which was twice the cost of the actual carriage. But that was down to the value of the goods.

Great service from pickup to drop off both drivers very pleasant and tracked all the way there,with delivery time within an hour given at destination would definetley recommend and will be using again very easy process and picked up next day

The parcel supouse to be collected the same day I did the payment but it did not happend. Then I had to move to Spain the next morning, so my staff is in London and I am in Spain. Then mu friends have been trying to send it again but have not happened yet.

We have been using Parcel Monkey for almost 2 years now and we have had no issues at all with the service that they provide, the website is extremely easy to use and caters for both private and professional users. The online help service they offer is efficient and you can chat online to one of the assistants in order to resolve any shipping issues.
The services they offer are at priced at a very competitive rate and we have saved a significant amount of cost by using Parcel Monkey to ship our parcels, I cannot recommend them enough for shipping large and high value goods overseas.

This is a very disappointing service. I was excited to find what appeared to be a simple to use and very well priced service to send some parcels to Greece. I tried three times to put all the information into the site which took about an hour including talking on live chat with a "helper". Each time it crashed and I was worried that my payment would be taken 3 times. The following day the parcel was picked up by Parcel Force so all good. Then the day after that the parcel was given back to us and we were told the parcel was "to dense for their scanner" so could not be sent. Now the problem arises because Royal Mail said we could not talk to them as we were not their customer and their is no one to talk to at Parcel Monkey, just live chat. Live chat said it was our loss, so we have lost £80 of postage and no one will help. This is typical of a faceless website where you can not talk to anyone and all the time they have your money you can do nothing. I would never recommend them to anyone. This website has gone to far.

70% cheaper than going direct to ParcelForce. Top service from PM & Parcelforce. 24 hour delivery. Just the ticket.
One niggle. Didnt receive any instructions on whether printed label was needed, or what to put on label. Collection driver smoothed this luckily. Please make labelling guidance clearer.
All in all, £12 for a £44 service is superb value. Many thanks!

Half the price (£11) of booking with parcelforce direct (£22) and also they rearranged a missed collection for free with parcelforce. When I contacted parcelforce direct they said I would have re-book if I missed the collection slot, so essentially it was quarter the price I would have paid if I had gone direct (£44).
