Picked up by guys who could hardly speak English and didnt understand how to book parcel in. Now it has not arrived at destination

pick up on day stated, delivered uk to aus, in 5 days (including wkend). Fantastic service, only problem was the labels, one for customs in Aus was easy, needed accessible envelope. but one label then had mine and a Berkshire address (the company) which parcel went via, then another label that had Australian address on - didnt know what to do as looked like 3 addresses to go on - luckily pick up man said put Australian address in plastic and presumably head office then put it on front. Other than that fantastic service really cant believe it got there so quickly, would use again with confidence

Had no idea of how to send parcel to Malta. All the quotes look astronomical. Found Parcel Monkey and a reasonable quote. Signed up, easy to follow instructions, parcel collected next day, easy to follow tracking and arrived 6 days later. It did say 4 days delivery but taking into consideration collection day and delivery day guess you could say 4! Would use the again

IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN 5 DAYS. IT CAME ONE DAY EARLIER.

We had 2 parcels for collection, one from Interlink Express, which was in an Interlink Bag with an Interlink ticket on the bag as well, and the second collection was with Parcel Monkey to be picked up by Yodel, the Yodel driver picked up the Interlink one and left the Yodel one, that was back in November 2015, Yodel have still not returned the wrongly picked up parcel and nothing seems to be happening with getting the parcel back to us.

Used parcelforce through them, 2x large parcels over 1.5m sq in total and weighing 27kg. Only £18 across the country 24h delivery. Got to me early morning. Very important with pickups from auction houses as they charge large amounts for late pickups. All contents with no damage. Parcel monkey made it very easy to find this price as I couldnt find it anywhere else.

Arrangement and pick up great, picked up Wednesday 13:00 expectation of a Parcel Force 48 hour service was Friday delivery, it was not delivered until the following Monday, Not Happy...

The prices are good,but the tracking is almost non existent - its rarely updated. My collection was good but I tracked that part of the journey myself on Parcel Force website as Parcel Monkeys website was still showing a collection was scheduled 24 hours after it had happened! Very few updates after that, and very slow in appearing. My parcel did not arrive at the destination on the due date - I stayed in ALL day! When I used live chat to try and chase it up ( still showing out for delivery) the operative first told me that everything worked on UK time . I told them that was ridiculous as I was in a country 2 hours ahead and nobody here was going to work here until 8pm. I was then told they didnt collect from Cyprus - I pointed out I was waiting for a DELIVERY - operative seemed to have trouble knowing the difference between a collection and a delivery. After making a comment , the live chat operative went away, not waiting for a response from me. Only came back when I pressed the 👎 Button. I think the software used must be very outdated. Parcel did appear the next day - no explanation for the delay. Although the prices are good, not sure if I would use this service again until the tracking and customer service are improved.

I hadnt realised that Parcel Monkey was only a reseller and price comparison site. I had problems with failed collection, parcel going "adrift" for a few weeks, having to pay a duty in USA to a company who wouldnt reply to emails or phone calls, and then waited another 12 days after paying the duty for the parcel to be delivered. When I complained or asked assistance from Parcel Monkey they apologised nicely and then said they could do nothing. Surely they should vet the delivery companies they deal with. ( I havent heard if all the contents were broken yet...) I wont use Parcel Monkey again. Id rather pay extra to deal with an actual responsible delivery company.

Going forward I will use Parcelmonkey anytime over the Royal mail services. Be it UK or international delivery.

The service from day one entirely dreadful. Labelling was incorrect, Parcel Monkey was advised but failed to respond to emails from myself and DPD about correct address so parcel sat in DPD depot for weeks - DPD were trying to follow up with them to release delivery but they failed to respond. I was also trying no telephone number for parcel monkey and very vague, standard responses sent days late. ultimately DPD accidentally damaged and destroyed item - they notified Parcel Monkey who failed to notify me. spent a week chasing the status, which was to be returned to retailer. Ultimately DPD accepted fault and confirmed they would refund Parcel Monkey once they file a claim and they could refund me. Parcel Monkey despite emails from myself and DPD, refused to lodge any paperwork for a claim on my behalf telling me I would have to forfeit the cost of the item - £130. their only involvement was to file a claim and they threw back at me I didnt take out coverage insurance so they had no interest in pursing the claim. They failed to answer basic questions on why they failed to keep me updated, slowed the process down and refused to take basic steps to secure my payment, woeful woeful people. Avoid.

First time using parcelmonkey, cheapest, quiet fast. The only problem I had is there is 3rd row in shipping address to fill as option, I fill all that row because my shipping address a bit long.. but in the end isnt printed all on labels. They only showing half address on labels! My package might be missing somewhere, I need to contact receiver, to make sure that package arrived properly.

Fast prompt delivery with no problems .I sent a parcel to Egypt and was given a delivery time frame of 3-6 days .My recipient said he had got the parcel in 3 days .I would definitely recommend Parcel Monkey for any overseas deliveries , theyre efficient and much cheaper, this was the first time I sent a Parcel overseas and would use Parcel Monkey again without a doubt.

Having followed the instructions, somehow my signed invoices got lost by the courier. My parcel was stalled for 7 days. I got no feedback about the reason! The courier refused to be held responsible. The essential medicine for a bedridden patient is still in the courier hub as we speak. Never again
