My parcel was booked to be collected on 16th December from a warehouse in Portsmouth. This didnt happen and as the parcel contained Christmas presents this was most disappointing. I have been onto the web site to try to contact Parcel Monkey but there is no phone number to enable me to do this. All that is give is a postal address. As I live in Spain this method will take far too long to resolve. Therefore I am unable to recommend this company

Could not believe how easy it was to compare service and prices of different companies all on one page, then when you have chosen the company the label is downloaded,parcel collected ( if that was your choice)and safely delivered according to time scale. I really wish Id known about this website months ago, it is so easy and all in one place.

Easy to use and 5 deliveries out of 5 have gone perfectly so far.
Also these are upfront about costs ( eg insurance )whereas other companies show them at the end of process.

Excellent collection of parcels but I am struggling to insert some Indian addresses.Places with no door nos. but have post codes your system is not allowing this.I got more parcels for Punjab but this has hindered booking.Is there a UK contact number we could use for support.

I have started using the drop off option and was concerned initially as tracking via the parcel monkey website has quite a delay leaving me not knowing if my parcels are delivered or even on the way. However I find I can track via the website of the courier service and now use DPD who also send email tracking updates from when the parcels are out for delivery, and prior to that stage I can check on the DPD website. The drop off option works well or me as Im not left wondering if parcels will be collected, so far it seems there is always a collection from the drop off points.

Ive booked a service from this company last 11th of December. I left my parcel In Nisa store in Burton and it should be in Portugal on the 21st. This was a Christmas and Birthday present for my 16 years old daughter that I only see once a year. DPD picked up the parcel at the 12th and has arrived to Porto on the 16th. At the 18th Chronopost (Portuguese branch of DPD) called my mum in Portugal asking questions about the parcel once they already didnt knew where it was. On the 21st and more than £100 of phone calls spent with Portuguese Chronopost Ive been informed theyve lost my parcel and that I had to ask a solution to DPD UK. DPD UK pushed back to Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey came back to me with an "its your problem. You didnt insure the package." Parcel Monkey and DPD Group lost my parcel with an iPhone 5s 16Gb for my daughter and now its my problem. DPD will pay parcel monkey for my lost property and I have to go to a court to ask for the money back.

I must say that the Parcel Monkey process and website is very easy to use offering very competetive prices for shipping items. I have no bad feelings or critisism towards you.
I must however point out for the good of future customers that Parcleforce have failed to collect the parcel for over a week now which is quite disappointing. By all means, please use Parcel Monkey. Just dont go through Parcelforce.

Parcel Monkey collected parcels on date they said they would and delivered on appointed date as well .First class service !

Delivery was stated to arrive on 24/12 Xmas eve but it only arrived on Tuesday 29/12. Disappointed this being my first experience with company.

Booking the courier was inceredibly easy and they did try to deliver on Christmas Eve so it was express but they delivered the parcel to someone else, who was happy to sign for it. The courier didnt leave an attempted delivery card at the recipients address so I had to tell her about the delivery. She went to the person who had signed for the parcel and they denied having it, so my friend and godson didnt receive their Christmas gifts. Understandably Im not happy.

Having had some serious issues with Parcel2Go and DPD (who are the most utterly inept company Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with) I gave Parcel Monkey a try. The entire experience was seamless and very easy to get collection ordered. Collection happened as advertised and my parcel got there when it said it would - A complete turn around from my last horrible experience using P2G and DPD.

Used a number times now. Good service. Like the options to use different carriers based on your requirements. Its also much cheaper than Parcelforce for overseas and heavier/larger UK items. Highly recommend.

Really great service,cant fault it! Parcel was picked up in Glasgow and delivered next day to my brother in a pretty rural part of Wales in all in time for Christmas! Will definitely use again.

My parcel was delivered to Taraz in Kazakhstan, which is 400km from the actual delivery address - Courier refused to deliver it any further. The recipient of the parcel had to drive up to pick it up. This is unacceptable and not the service I paid for, so I will be claiming for a complete refund from the Parcel Monkey.

I am in Canada and I had to organize a pickup for two tires in the UK to be delivered to a friend there. I was able to use Parcel monkey to get a good quote and have the parcel label downloaded as a PDF which I then emailed to the seller. Due to the Christmas Holidays (2015) there was a slight delay in delivery, but in the end the two tires were delivered with no problems. Very stress free way of doing things.

I like that I can choose to take my parcel to a delivery service or have a service collect. Plenty of services to choose from and is so easy to use.

Their customer service team really struggle to speak English, giving a very unprofessional impression when dealing via email. Parcel Monkey act as an intermediary, which is a fundamental problem with their entire business model, as the actual courier cannot then speak to the sender (me), because as far as they are concerned the sender is in fact Parcel Monkey. The problem is that you have to communicate with the courier via Parcel Monkey only, who are grossly incompetent, making effective communication very difficult. My parcel has still not arrived 1 month after sending, with an initial estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. Parcel Monkey say they cant help and the courier say they will only speak to Parcel Monkey.

Very smooth, dropped off the parcel at my local pharmacy and away it went and was recieved before Christmas. The only minor thing i would improve upon is that the form gave me the impression the parcel was being collected.

The collection of the parcel (from England) was on-time, and the delivery (to Germany) was on-time as well. The parcel of Christmas presents was delivered in excellent condition. An excellent service for a very good price, would use again for sure

I have paid Parcel Monkey £100 to send a parcel to Germany. My parcel has still not been collected and my customer is complaining they have received a chocolate bar instead of a Rolls Royce Grill!?!?!?!?!?! I have written a complaint email which I am awaiting a reply, as my parcel has not yet been collected, instead I get a survey asking about the service received!?! Have family abroad and always seem to have problems posting parcels there, especially around christmas! But no problems with parcel monkey, brilliant price. Clear instructions on what to do and dpd collected it from my door and it was delivered on time and I was able to track it the whole way, they even sent updates to the recipient. Will defiantly use again :)
