I am really sorry to put this review But I paid for 11 kg which I am sure about it and they ask me now after 20 days to pay for 26 which is absolutely wrong I am sorry to use this survice

I couldnt view and print the address label until I installed an older version of Adobe Reader, otherwise everything else went well.

I ordered my parcel to be collected on the 20th of January and it never happened, rescheduled it 3-4 times and today was the last time I rescheduled it. the 25th of January. It still did not get picked up. Sent message on the chat and all they could tell me is they dont know anything until the parcel is picked up. Called up parcel force at least they could tell me that the parcel was not picked up. Asked parcel monkey for a refund on my card and they say they have to talk to finance but they were more than willing to cancel my order without returning my money!How much longer are you going to make me go round and round in circles???? WORST SERVICE EVER!! CANCEL MY ORDER AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK!

Been trying to track my parcel for a week and still says its in Southampton. Not the best tracking system thats for sure. Checked both parcel monkey and dpd couriers. 👎😢

The website guided you well to making sure where your parcel was coming from and going too, as well as packaging it. The delivery we allowed and day or two longer due to the opening times of the parcel office receiving and the part of the country in Europe it was going to and recently becoming popular way of delivering.

i really like using your website but it makes me nervous how slow it is to print off the scanning label once it have been processed. i always think i have been ripped off, because i have to wait at least 15 minutes if not more. other vendors are a lot quicker

great service....the fact that drivers label item themselves is an absolute godsend...most ebay sellers will not/cannot print labels...this service s a huge plus for buyers on ebay

I used this company to book a courier for large heavy car parts bought off eBay. It was easy to book. I had full tracking and the deilivey arrived early the next day after pickup. A really good value service. Highly recommended.

£80 to ship my 30KG package from Edinburgh to Vancouver in under 3 days. It arrived in perfect condition with no custom fees. Ill be using them twice over the next month to complete my move and recommending them to everyone in the future.

The most inefficient service !!! Not able to talk to someone at customer service when things go wrong is a nightmare. Forget about Parcel Monkey and work directly with the courier.

First Parcel Force did not collect, after Chat messages I got it rebooked for the following day. This time it was collected. I did not get the service I paid for so felt I had a justifiable complaint. Complained to Parcel Farce (deliberate spelling mistake) nothing to do with them they said ? And I would have to contact Parcel Monkey. So again to the only immediate contact you can have with Parcel Monkey, to Chat and the guy I chatted to just did not bother to read my post and yet again rebooked the collection, when I finally got him to understand my issues he said fine I would get a refund and he would cancel the collection. Got an email the following day to tell me I had a collection due, Chatted again and it was seemingly cancelled. Except at half pat three a courier arrived to collect my already delivered parcel. Parcel Monkeys customer service I feel employs monkeys as this was a farce. Sent a written complaint finally.

Item on a 48hr delivery doesnt get picked up on the day youve requested no that would be to easy........5 days later!!!!!! Yes thats right 5 days later and that was only after 10 phone calls to there customer service. What a blloody awful sevice wouldnt use again, stay away!
