As Always, Parcel Monkey organised the collection of the parcels extremely well. We used DPD this time as they offered delivery in 48 hours. We sent 5 x 30 kg parcels. The recipient a 75 year old gentleman lives in a fairly remote village in southern France, waited in on the day stated for delivery and no one came near the house. He received an email message that two of the parcels had been left at the nearest post office several miles away as no one was home. Two further parcels were left at the post office on the third day and the remaining parcel on the fourth day, with no attempt to deliver to the house. This meant that the elderly gentleman had to ask a friend to spend 2-3 hours travelling with him to the post office and loading the heavy parcels into the car.. We would not have used DPD if we had known that Chronopsst would be involved as we have had similar problems in the past

They have bad companies on there that dont even bother giving your parcel to you been a week and still waiting

Waited a week for collection eventually I took package to sorting office myself just to get it out of my hall... Poor service .... Wont use again

There are parts of Parcel Monkey that feel to me a bit like a scam. Twice I have used them and twice they have failed to arrange collection for my parcel with the courier. The first time I overlooked this based on the price, and the delivery was ultimately successful. This time though, it screwed me as I needed the item delivering urgently. Getting a refund was painful. You cant call them, and so you rely on a dodgy chat room function where the chap on the other end wouldnt offer any explanation and failed to process my refund. Only constant chasing on their online system finally got me my refund, almost a month after I first paid for them to collect it in the first place. Unacceptable - they simply dont appear to care. Avoid.

Unable to print label online and Parcel Monkey were unable to regenerate it or provide it by e-mail so collection had to be reschedule causing a 2 day delay.

I needed a parcel sending to Germany. A friend recommended Parcel Monkey as a comparison site for couriers. Site was easy to use. Will definitely use again.

Simple, way cheaper than Royal Mail and Parcel force. Tracker works well too. Slight issue with a few texts not keeping up with updated collection dates but no big drama. Great service.

We needed to ship a heavy and relatively large item and it was easy to see what options available out there and to pick the best one. An arrangement of the pick up was also very straight forward. Would definitely use this company again!

Worst delivery provider you will ever come across. Do not use and do not ever give your hard earned money to these people. I paid for a package to be collected from my house for delivery. No one came. They said I had to have FIVE missed collections to get a refund. So I had to schedule it again, where yet again no one collected the parcel, and again, and again. Until inevitably it came to the magical FIVE missed collections where I was allowed to then get a refund. Dont forget that it was five days I had to stay at home all day waiting for this make believe person to pick up my parcel. It then two over two weeks for them to give me a refund! Worst customer service EVER! THEN THEY BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR FACEBOOK SO I CANT LEAVE ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS TO SEE.

I have used these muppets twice, first time the item (metal and sturdy) was broken, second time they kept failing to pick up which after numerous attempts eventually took weeks to deliver and the final straw was this week when again they apparently made several attempts to pick up the parcel, though outside of the hours that I stated the parcel was available to pick up 09:00-16:00 and I kept getting messages that the parcel wasnt available to pick up at 16:30!!!, really, really stupid.

1st time I had used service No information after purchase of the service re address label Had to make my own - nothing offered for me to print off. Not any explanation that driver might have address labels & bar codes Telephone nos requested of me but not printed on collection note / delivery note for driver (123456789 printed in space on label ) Collection instructions either not passed to driver or ignored Parcel was collected & delivered within 48 hours -

I looked online searching for a service to collect a parcel for me from a seller to ship an item to my house. I found the site easy to use with no jargon. Simple process and quick to organise.
I was able to set it all up, pay and then keep checking back for updates on the progress of the delivery right up to it arriving at my door.
No issues at all and the item was delivered in great condition on time.

Absolutely the worst company to get stuff sent by. They didnt deliver my package in the first place, I was in all day. Also, nothing was put through the letter box which meant I was unable to retrieve the package. They didnt have a phone line so it was a ****ing ridiculous excuse for a delivery system.

Parcel Monkey its self performed ok, however Parcelforce (the chosen courier) did not. I paid for 24 Hour next day delivery and it took 2 days to turn up. Basically according to the tracking they just left it in their depot overnight. So do i get my money back since they did not deliver as per the contract?

I sent my suitcase (cca 20 kg) from UK to Slovenia, approx: 1800 km and it arrived in just 4 days. Nothing was damaged so i give Parcelmonkey and Parcelforce service 5 stars.

Paid parcel monkey to send my package abroad and selected parcelforce. They collected next day but returned it two days later without explanation . It was exactly as weighed and measured and contained only clothes and books. Parcel monkey will not refund my £30 nor explain why it was returned quoting TS&Cs. I feel cheated and not treated as a customer should be. Will not use either again.

Decent choice of delivery companies. My choice was Parcel Force. The only issue was that you have to wait for an hour or so to receive your labels. And that is not very clear that they are definitely going to be sent to your email or you can just write the recipients address.

Shipped a consignment from UK to Portugal using the DPD option.
Collected in a timely manner within the 1 hour slot and was delivered 3 days before the estimated delivery date.
Shipping costs were extremely competitive and the extra insurance cover that I required was very cheap.
Will definitely use again.
