8 20kg heavy parcels were delivered to the next public delivery point, what is 200m away from my flat. The driver didn´t call nor did I get an email that the parcels were about to come, otherwise I would have been home of course. So I had to carry them myself home!! Really bad experience.

Very simple to arrange the most cost effective delivery service and then arrange collection on the iPhone. If only everything was this easy!

I dont normally participate in reviews but in this instance I am delighted to do so. Website and booking procedure very easy. Price unbeatable. Service Outstanding. Fully tracked parcel. Customer Services easily contacted. My parcel took less than 48 hours UK to Ireland. Nothing but good to say.

The overall service and choices were good. The service is badly let down by the time it took to process the Visa payment. I thought that the system had crashed and luckily checked my email whilst waiting, where I saw a confirmation message arrive. I had already filled in the details on a competitors web site and decided to double check before finalizing that one!

The site brought up some great prices we couldnt find anywhere else. The instructions for preparing the parcel were great and the whole delivery went off without a hitch. Very trustworthy.
Only reservation, shared by many and of which we were aware before starting, is not knowing the pickup time. Just meant we had to plan a day of being around the house.

My box was delivered from UK to Czecg republic in four says even one day before estimated delivery date. Box came to hands safely and price was very nice in comparison with f.e. Royal UK mail.

I had to send a 14.5kg parcel, which would have been around £23 with Parcel Force, if Id dropped it off at my local Post Office. Yet with Parcel Monkey, it cost around £12 (again for Parcel Force) and they collected it too!! Ive used them half a dozen times in total and never had an issue. Highly recommended.

All in all, a very simple and pain free process. The only niggle I had was that I had to print of labels for the boxes after Id packed my printer away. So unpacked the printer, printed labels, repacked printer. And then the parcel collection person arrived with preprinted stickers which had a bar code and superseded the labels that Id been asked to print.
Minor niggle in an other wise useful service.

Delivery was too late - had I known that the stated dates would not be met, I would have used another service which was a few pence more expensive but no doubt more reliable.

Easy to book online. Prompt and efficient collection with email notification and confirmation. Delivered well within the quoted timescale and much cheaper than the price quoted by the Post Office.. An excellent service that I will definitely be using for parcels from now on.

To be fair , the recipient had neglected to mention a digit in the postal address , which resulted in a " failure to deliver " , however , by supplying the recipients contact number , it should have been a minor issue to resolve , instead it turned into the " hunt for Red October ". Furthermore , x2 emails to ParcelMonkey , have to date , been ignored.
