The website was extremely easy to use and very helpful in finding the best price for sending my parcel. Parcel was picked up and delivered no problem and I could track through the website. Would definitely use again.

The website could be better programmed, it let me enter my birthday as 31/13/16, for instance. And why do they need my birth date anyway? The label also took about an hour before it was available for printing. But these things aside, Im very pleased with the price and delivery time.

Parcel was collect within time slot. Was received in Singapore days before expected date. AND cheaper than other companies. Both sender and recipient very happy with service. Will use again.

Easy enough to set up an account with a mostly-friendly customer interface - a bit of confusion over the printing of the label. Eventually found the section that says it can take up to an hour for the label to arrive. This in turn meant that I dropped the parcel off at the couriers drop off point just after 3pm and what was supposed to be a 2 day service took 4. Also, the chosen couriers tracking service was abysmal - but that was their responsibilty and not Parcel Monkey. I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again, just choose a different courier.

Pretty good, but it wasnt clear that you have to wait a few minutes before you can print the delivery label.

Package picked up from our home in the UK and delivered to daughter in law in Colorado, United States. Impressed with collection. Unimpressed with length of time it took to deliver. We paid premium prices for 2 - 3 day delivery and it was twice that. However, in saying that, it was a better value than Royal Mail.

Spent 45 minutes putting the details in and talking to the help line to get it to accept a valid address. Then was told I would have to wait up to an hour for the labels! Totally unacceptable so I cancelled the order and used an alternative Company.

They took my order for 2 items for same day collection. 12:00 Tuesday - Order with confirmation of same day pickup 09:50 Thursday - I reported status was still "advised" and not collected. 04:47 Friday - Parcelmonkey responds "Sorry - well get back to you." 15:44 Monday - I complain: No updates! - I expect update within 24H or I will cancel. 15:54 Monday - Parcelmonkey reponds: "Please confirm cancellation" Well, I confirmed the cancellation and is now awaiting my refund.

First time Ive used Parcel Monkey, easy to use and picked up on the day it was booked in for. I went with Parcel Force as the courier. Couldnt believe how much cheaper it was using Parcel monkey for the same service.
