this was a really good service, I will definatly use parcel force again. very cheap and fast :)

It would have been better if the Consignee had first phoned the number you had to check if/when anyone would present at the delivery address to receive the parcel since it was a private address.

Booked a parcel through these to go to Guernsey, was delivered to the Netherlands??? I understand this was the fault of Parcel Force however you have to go through Parcel Monkey to resolve any problems and to date theyve just gone quiet on us within their ticketing system. No doubt the claims process is going to be just as enjoyable! Typical response, cut and pasted as I can see from previous responses youve made on here. You didnt actually read the review at all and have presumed I have a missed collection! How about you just pull your finger out and resolve the issue within your own ticketing system with some kind of response!

Tried first time, sent quite a big fragile parcel to another European country. Collection as advised, delivery tracker available and delivery within the timing advised. Flawless.

Easy to book online. Parcel collected from our house on time. Parcel delivered to Sardinia with fragile contents all intact. Parcel delivered on time with excellent tracking information all the way. Very competively priced. Will definitely use again.

Excellent booking system and easy to navigate, but does not offer tracking which is frustrating, however shipment deliveries have been super fast.

Arranged shipment using Parcel Monkey for consignment to Pakistan (sent via DPD). The DPD courier didnt turn up on the specified day. I contacted Parcel Monkey and rather than apologising they immediately pointed the finger of blame at DPD. I dont know who was at fault at this stage, but finger pointing at the first sign of trouble looks really bad on Parcel Monkeys part. This isnt a school playground. Its made worse by the fact that they have no phone support, only an online chat system, and that their responses to complaints made via this chat system are clearly impersonal template responses that state in no uncertain terms that they are not responsible for delays/non shows of the courier companies whose services they sell. Whilst I do understand this, their customer service staff could at least have a little compassion and understanding. Maybe even apologise? DPD collected on the second attempt but apparently some of our export documents were not correct (exporting outside of EU means additional customs paperwork, and there was a minor pricing discrepancy on these documents which needed checking). DPD emailed Parcel Monkey to ask for further information but Parcel Monkey failed to pass this request on to us so we could resolve the situation. A week later when our factory in Pakistan called regarding the whereabouts of the parcel we managed to trace it back to the DPD hub in Birmingham where it had been sat awaiting further instruction from Parcel Monkey. Unfortunately by the time we discovered this the parcel was already in the process of being returned to Parcel Monkeys offices because it had exceeded the maximum holding time at the DPD hub. Parcel Monkey eventually returned the package to our own offices. We then sent via our own courier service which turned out to be cheaper than Parcel Monkey anyway. Owing to Parcel Monkeys negligence our delivery to Pakistan was severely delayed. The parcel contained essential items that needed to be fitted to products which were then to be exported back to the UK. This delayed delivery lead to significant production delays in Pakistan. Parcel Monkey appear to have accepted the blame on this occasion and Im lead to believe will issue a refund, but it doesnt even come close to making up for the lost time. Conclusion? Utter farce. No customer support. I dont say this lightly but Parcel Monkey are quite possibly the worst web-based company Ive ever dealt with.

Book the courier at 10pm on a Monday night. Parcel was lifted at 9am the following morning and I received it the next day.

I placed an order to be collected the following day someone was in all day yet no one collected my parcel. I received no contact and no notice that this had happened and would happen. I only found out by logging in and being told I had to reschedule, despite the fact you had my email address and phone number. I wont be using you again. Thanks

Very pleased, sent a parcel to Portugal via parcelforce, arrived one day earlier than I was quoted and a lot cheaper than going directly through parcelforce. From my experience I would recommend.

I would not recommend this service, it is cheap but you get what you pay for. Goods were damaged in transit and when I spoke to parcel monkey rather than accept liability I was told I should have used foam instead of bubble wrap to protect the product. I wouldnt have minded but they excepted it was damaged in transit but yet they would not accept liability for the damage. As I say pay peanuts you get monkeys, so in fairness to them they dont lie because I do describe themselves as monkeys.

The process was fine until after Id paid. It then said if I needed a label I would be emailed one within two hours and I did not receive one. The next day (day of collection ) I had an email in the morning saying parcel to be collected today and label required. As the label needed to be sent to the company I was arranging collection at I could not send them the label from my account, it needed to be emailed. I tried to contact parcel monkey and the only way was by online chat. I tried many times and sent a message and received no response. Every time you leave the page (e.g. to try to find how to contact parcel force directly) it sends you to the back of the queue on the chat. No one ever responded. The parcel was due to be collected on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. I heard nothing at all but the parcel did turn up on Monday. I will not use this company again and would not recommend them.

Ive used Parcel Monkey on about half a dozen occasions. The website is easy to use, the information is all there and on each occasion, the transaction and delivery has gone without a hitch.
