I used Parcelmonkey for a very long time until the item I sent got damaged. Even paying additionally for insurance cover doesnt mean you will get a full amount! I dont trust them any more after they refused to pay out a full insurance amount I paid by booking. Dont be fooled, you wont get a full cover if something goes wrong! I use other couriers and they had no problem with paying a FULL amount of cover when the parcel got lost or damaged, not partial amount. Thats why I wont use them again. Very disappointed!

Parcel Monkey provided a very efficient and VFM service. Checked out booking direct with Parcelforce but they wanted twice as much for the same thing!

Kept both sender and recipient informed when delivery issue occurred.
Overall prices are not the cheapest in the market and insurance prices are quite a hike on top of delivery.

I needed to ship a heavy, bulky birthday present for my son to the South of France. Came across Parcel Monkey on a web search, and was quoted £13 for a Parcelforce service, including pick-up from my address and tracking enroute.
Absolutely no complaints, delivery arrived ahead of schedule and intact.
Would thoroughly recommend without reservation.

24 hour delivery chosen and paid for. Parcel not collected, had to contact and get it rebooked. After much discussion that they didnt collect the same day. No refund given for inconvenience or late delivery. Wont use again

I am always skeptical of comparison websites, however Parcel Monkey is unique in that I have never manage to find a better deal anywhere else. There is open communication from date of booking, to picking up and all the couriers I have used in the past have always delivered within the allocated time stated on Parcel Monkey website, even the cheapest of the options. I recommend Parcel Money always as a first stop. First Class Service and bargain prices.

I was a bit dubious because I got a much better price for my large heavy parcel going via the Parcel Monkey website rather than direct with the big well known courier website (almost half!). I checked twice that I had filled in the weight and size details correctly but still half expected to be contacted to say there was an error. But no, the parcel was collected and delivered on time (24 hr delivery) and everything was present and correct.
Perfect - will definitely use again!

Lost my parcel worth over £250 and then wormed out of paying me any compensation by throwing a Clause at me saying I had waited too long to open a claim. I thought I was being patient, polite and giving them a chance to sort their mess out. In reality my patience cost me £250+, and has left me severely out of pocket and with one very upset and unhappy customer. I understand parcels go missing, it happens, but to then not pay any compensation is a very poor show. It is only when something goes wrong, you find out what kind of company you are dealing with, an don this occasion I was dealing with a very poor one. Overall a dreadful dreadful experience.

I booked a parcel and was told it would be collected the same day (friday). Then it said I had to contact them - there was a problem! When I eventually got hold of them(there is no phone number!) they told me that they no longer do same day collection (although the website said they did and still says it) So I had no alternative except to rebook of Monday. So waited in all day and guess what they didnt come. So when I tried ti find out what had happened all they would say that there was "a system problem" and would I like to book it for collection on Tuesday. I refused (as I thought there might be another "system problem") so I asked for my money back. I eventually get them to agree - but it takes 5 days to process so we will see. DONT USE THEM is my advice

Parcel Monkey provided the best price I could find, their website was easy to use. As a first timer, understanding the label attaching instructions was a bit tricky, particularly as the barcode label didnt appear straight away in my account but all good in the end. My service was Parcelforce Worldwide and their online updates for the package location were slow and inaccurate. Parcel Monkey however were spot on with their service.

Parcel delivered perfectly by DHL.
My friend just picked the parcel up and got a HEAVY CUSTOM fee. I sent 10kg of goods, nothing expensive (clothing, shoe, wallet, belt, Lemsip, headache tablets etc nothing illegal) but he paid nearly £230 (Dong 7 million).
I will NEVER SEND anything again. The country is corrupted and unreliable.

Had to goto an online chat to request the print off infomation! Very inconvient as said it would be emailed to me and wasnt. Good other than that

So they dont take responsibility of transporting guitar amps and I would understand why but I decided to take the dive anyway and just keep my fingers crossed. I chose Saturday delivery through ParcelForce and the pick-up needed to be before 2pm.
1- Forget 2pm, they picked it up 11am.
2- The amp wasnt wrapped in a carton (which it should ideally or else they wont ship) cuz the seller didnt do that, but the guy still transported it to London the same day.
Excellent service, great experience! Would recommend this to anyone who spends time on eBay and gumtree or just generally anything.

I dropped a parcel for collection 4 days ago and still not collected. And trying to contact parcel monkey is a complete joke. "NEVER DEAL WITH A COMPANY WITH NO PHONE NUMBER" Think they stopped the phoneline because of all the complaints. if I dont receive a refund in the next 48hours I will just constantly email and use there chatroom to I get my money back.

Had a 19 kg package to send to Brunei,
Parcel Monkey quoted the best price for air freight, their helpful web site helped me compile the required declaration and proforma invoice required to accompany the parcel.
They emailed me the labels required for me to print and attach.
Ordered Tuesday Evening, parcel collected from my house on Wednesday by Parcel Force, delivered following Monday by DHL in Brunei, Five days as promised ! great!
