Took longer to deliver than stated.

Not a regular parcel sender but needed to sent some very heavy speakers to son in Jersey. Collected Tuesday lunchtime. Delivered Thursday PM. Fantastic and very easy to organise.

Received an email from Parcel Monkey stating delivery date had been changed at my request. I didnt do anything and in any case the package was delivered late.

I couldnt fault the service I received.
I had to move 300KGs worth of household items packed into 15 large parcels (including fragile items) to be delivered from UK to Denmark.
I thought it was going to cost a fortune but after looking at the prices on their website I was pleasantly surprised. I ended up having it all delivered via Parcelforce Priority International as they offered the best prices compared to other delivery comparison sites (including beating Parcelforces own website!).
We had a really friendly ParcelForce courier who offered to help us carry the parcels onto the lorry (including looking after our fragile items) and within 3 working days, I just got confirmation that all 15 parcels arrived together safe and sound!
Spot on service and will definitely come back to your site for any more deliveries I need.

Tried Parcel Monkey for the first time as a cost effective solution to enable to supply a new customer.

I would recommend, but I never pick the cheapest service and always go with a name that I have heard of. I have never had any issues and it works out far cheaper than going direct to the courier

Dropped package off and it was delivered within 2 days. Kept informed of time delivery slot, then again when it had arrived and been signed for. Would definitely use again.

The worst service.. Payed for a 3 day delivery and it has not been delivered after 2 weeks and now DPD say they cant find it. Terrible and the worst. Do not use them

It was a terrible and unacceptable pick up my parcel was supposed to be picked up on the 4th and delivered on the 5th as I had paid for 24h delivery and promised my customer on ebay that it would be with them on the 5th, the tracking info said they had picked my parcel up on the 4th and it was currently at there depot in Preston where in reality it was still sat at the side of my mums sofa they hadnt even been, it was finally picked up on the 5th and delivered a day late. I dont know weather or not its parcel monkeys fault or parcelforces fault as they were working on behalf of parcel monkey, either way I cant say it was a good experience, on the flip side of that though the price parcel monkey found for me was very cheap it only cost 13 quid for a parcel weighing 27kg so Im very happy with that and cant knock them and there website is very easy to use and nice..

I was having an item collected from a eBay purchase and the man I brought off ended up waiting in for 2 days and I must have phoned parcel force about 6 times to find out wot was going on which are 0845 numbers in the end turned out it was not collected due to the house number not being sent to them luckily late on the second day of it not being collected parcel force went out of their way to get in touch with a driver to fetch it for me !! 10 out of 10 parcel force as for parcel money the name suits load of monkies and no contact number to get in touch when things go wrong !!

I sent two parcels, one to Newcastle and one to Italy and I was able to track the progress of both and know they had arrived. Brilliant!

very quick efficient service but glass broken in door of large clock.though would probably blame poor packaging on the part of the vendor.

The driver collecting the item was not informed on what he was collecting and then was unhappy about collecting an item with glass doors! We have a full description of the item when organising collection and delivery. When the item arrived, it was lying sloping on the van and was not secure, which probably explains why the glass in one of the doors was completely smashed when we unwrapped the bookcase. A very disappointing experience and service. Not sure why both drivers were not informed of whether were transporting and why there was an issue with collection and delivery.
