This was my first time using Parcel Monkey after being let down by another well known courier company. I am so pleased with the service, really straight forward and my parcel arrived in great condition. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The service from day one entirely dreadful. Labelling was incorrect, Parcel Monkey was advised but failed to respond to emails from myself and DPD about correct address so parcel sat in DPD depot for weeks - DPD were trying to follow up with them to release delivery but they failed to respond. I was also trying no telephone number for parcel monkey and very vague, standard responses sent days late. ultimately DPD accidentally damaged and destroyed item - they notified Parcel Monkey who failed to notify me. spent a week chasing the status, which was to be returned to retailer. Ultimately DPD accepted fault and confirmed they would refund Parcel Monkey once they file a claim and they could refund me. Parcel Monkey despite emails from myself and DPD, refused to lodge any paperwork for a claim on my behalf telling me I would have to forfeit the cost of the item - £130. their only involvement was to file a claim and they threw back at me I didnt take out coverage insurance so they had no interest in pursing the claim. They failed to answer basic questions on why they failed to keep me updated, slowed the process down and refused to take basic steps to secure my payment, woeful woeful people. Avoid. Jason/James got my hopes up that I would receive a follow up email from you once you responded to my negative rating asking me to escalate the matter to you - but no response and no updates.

The first and the last time I am sending the parcel with dpd/monkey parcel. The parcel not delivered because the address could not be found! The flat is located where the main police dept is! Customer service is awful. The parcel disappeared, the only response I get from the customer service is "I will update as soon as I get a response"! No parcel, no information. Stay away to save your money

I posted a Christmas gift to the US in November (3 days service). Delivery was chased 20 times until Parcel Monkey agreed it was lost at the end of January. As I do not have a receipt for the gifts no claim is allowed (insurance is not any use). They have refunded the postage charge and think that they have done a great job. I would avoid.

Never used this service before ,and had a few issues when doing application to send parcel.Contacted the online chat and the lady was really helpful,and made it a simple transition from one carrier to another.

I was a little hesitant to start with as it was the cheapest option which doesnt always get you the best service but it was super fast and efficient so Id definitely recommend it!

Great website offering low price postal services, easy to follow and purchase. Should offer more payment option such as paypal for sellers, amazon payment for quick checkout. Otherwise all good and highly recommended.

I sent a parcel to South Africa to my family for Xmas. I sent it on the 19th of December and they received it a month later. Do I need to say more? Ah yes, I had bought the special express service that is supposed to take 3 working days. Thanks Parcel Monkey, brilliant service! And during all that time, no answer to my emails except that I need to use their track system. Nobody offered to pay me back for that terrible service.

Hidden/hard to find contact area on site. People who respond, dont pay attention to the query. Sill waiting on a reply - it times out after 7 days and the query is shut, thats how they resolve things..... Overall a poor experience.

Parcel Monkey website is easy to use and gives you good choice for transport services.
It was easy to book all packages to different locations (Poland and Italy).
I had a problem with DPD who mixed up my orders and misplaced one package, but after I contacted Parcel Monkey, the package was delivered the next day.

It is not possible to edit a parcel after been booked (before payment), so in case you do not remember the dimensions you have to make it again. When I want a quote I dont want to insert all the informations but just those needed for calculating the final price. Sometimes the instructions for the carrier is poor and not clear.

If I had a choice of a "0" rating I would have chosen that. This is the most disgusting company I have even deal with. First of all, they didnt turn up for collection and only 10 days later another collection was confirmed. And this is right before Christmas so I was critically important to have two my parcels delivered on time. 15 January- one of my parcels receiver send me a message that he didnt receive anything. Contacting this company was and is a nightmare!!! So it is February now and all I received back is two messages saying that they are working on it and trying to figure out where the parcel is!!!!! Parcel number 2, the tracking show that it was delivered on time. I was happy about that....until today. Ive opened my mail box and guess what I have found? I found an email saying that my parcel has been disposed of! I have no words to describe how angry I am, all this time thinking that it has been delivered. Did i mention that parcels worth £140 each plus £45 for postage they charge me. RUN AWAY PEOPLE. Dont waste your money and time!!!
