Really bad service no customer service no send parcel to abroad reach there after 10 days n now stuck for custome as mentioned its a gift. It way 4 to 5 working days but it took 10 days after collection from my home. Will never use agaun better to use dpd direct istead of going through parcel monkey.

Both the pick up and the delivery driver were extremely rude and showed no effort what so ever. The shipping itself worked fine. One of the parcels arrived damaged even though it was packaged extremely well. Overall an ok service for the low price.

I use various postal services for shipping out oversized parcels, this company is by far the best....... no hassle at all, quick and easy to use, best prices for oversized, and heavy items, will defo use on a regular basis, happy ive found a company to rely on......

I needed to make contact to ensure the delivery address was right as my pay pal address was different. I could not email or phone and u didnt receive any email notifications which made me apprehensive about my parcel being collected at all. It did however get collected and delivered correctly.

I specifically chose to use ParcelMonkey as they promised a 3-5 day delivery time. However, that was over a week ago and I am still waiting for the delivery. Added to that, that tracking service is next to useless. Very unsatisfactory.

I looked around at some websites after learning how expensive it would be to ship my parcel to the US with Royal Mail. Parcel Monkey was by far the cheapest option. They kept me updated along the way, the parcel was picked up within 2 hours of me making the order, and it arrived in the US within 5 days. Very happy customer!

Booked for same day collection, did not come to collect parcel. We had to contact ParcelMonkey to change collection. We should have been told that same day collection was not possible.

I booked a large letter delivery to Barbados for next day collection. It got to about 3pm the next day so I thought Id check online to see what time it would be collected. There was an error message on my account. "Problem, please contact Parcel Monkey". Firstly, I wouldnt have known there was a problem had I not decided to check for myself. When I got onto online chat (pretty quickly) I was informed that the system, nor the advisor could confirm the address I was senting to. I found it using Google with one click. It was a very straightforward address in Barbados. The advisor apologised but could not then confirm a pick up that day. I had wasted a whole day by then, plus I wouldnt have been informed!! I cancelled the booking and asked for a refund. I booked a collection with a well-known, reputable courier service who collected the same day. When I got into work this morning, I found an email from Parcel Monkey telling me to go to my account for further information. There it stated that the measurements I had entered for my large letter were not accepted by the system as they were not whole numbers. What a load of bull! Never again.

Very disappointed parcel was not collected after the person having the parcel collected stayed at home all day waiting and could not stay in he next day so I lost an important purchase!!! The chat line person was helpful but I would not use this service again have used other couriers and had no problems!!!
