Total surprise to find parcel monkey after googling (never heard of it before). Sent a heavy parcel to Dublin. It was collected, tracked and traceable. Arrived in two days. Fantastic value at £18 which included insurance. Am going to tell EVERYONE what a great service. Thanks.

At first i was hesitant to use this service as i was bot sure if the item will get deliverd to the recepient... Guess what.. Success!!!! 😜 Im happy to recommend this service as it is a lot cheaper than post office service.. I paid £28 ish and when i wanted to use posy office they told me the price was £64 which is way too expensive for me.. Anyway i will use this service again if i get the chance to post a parcel.. Thumbs up!! Btw i used DPD service...

Parcel monkey said the parcel would be collected on the Monday but parcel force didnt arrive until the Wednesday. Not the 48 hour service I paid for.

Sent parcel to nz a third cheaper than going to post office picked up within 2 hours of paying
Delivered on sixth day 1-3 days quicker than estimated time.
Very pleased would most definately use again.

Cant fault Parcel Monkey. I booked Parcelforce 24 through them and collection and delivery were on time. The online booking was simple and straightforward and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I have used parcel monkey many times and are pleased with the service. I was however disappointed with Parcel force I sent a keyboard extremely well wrapped and protected, a large amount of tape clearly marked fragile in large red print on a white background yet it was substantially damaged. Unfortunately it was a musical instrument and could not be insured. This is NOT the fault of Parcel Monkey but be aware when using Parcel force

Was a great delivery service - the only thing stopping it being a 5 is the that the time frames could be more specific to stop you getting couped up in the house all day. There is also restrictions the type of items you can post but that may depend on the company, so out of parcel monkeys control.

Parcel monkey found a good price for sending a parcel abroad and made it easy to search different delivery companies and to print labels etc. One thing I would say is wait for 10 minutes or so for your labels to come through to your dashboard/email address as they will arrive it just takes a few minutes. Very pleased with the service.

No one turned up - the money went out of our account straight away but no contact from you firm - I waited a couple of days and then got another courier to do the job - who sent a email with the labels etc, and did a pick up - I feel very let down by the service and wonder who to get my monies back

I send a valuable parcel to Italy, The parcel monkey website claims to allow parcel tracking but doesnt. The only reference on their website is to the parcel having been dropped off at the dispatch point. I know it was dropped off as i did it myself . Since then it has disappeared into the ether and i cant find any reference to where it has got to. pretty poor service. I just hope if it has gone missing i will be able to recover at least some of its value as i paid over the odds for insurance.

This is the worst parcel delivery website. Booked online to parcel to be picked up. NEVER got picked up and had to Rebook for 3 days later ( had no choice, already paid money £40). Parcel got picked up as said and delivered on time BUT got charged another £40 at delivery. Its been claimed as govt fee+ multiple types of handling charges and fees. I can bet this review wouldnt reach their website.

The delivery driver who collected the parcels was rude and complained about the convenience of having to come and collect the parcels. We shipped 3 parcels from the UK to Croatia. The parcels we badly damaged in transit. ! package was completely destroyed and it appears a significant number of the contents have disappeared. Would not use these people again.
