Parcel monkey were so much cheaper than going through DPD they kept me informed
Of when they were coming to collect the parcel and even gave me a 1 hohr window of what tkme they would collect so that the whole day wasnt wasted. The website had an update of where exactly the parcel was so everything went smoothly. Excellent company

I was surprised how easy Parcel Monkey was to use, the price comparisons came back very quickly (far quicker than individual searches) the courier prices were cheaper than individual quotes, it was easy to the book my preferred courier and delivery service.
I sent 2 parcels to one address at the same time.

All went swimmingly well. Dropped my parcel off and was delivered and signed for 2 days later. At nearly a third of the cost of Parcelforce 48. Will be using again

The delivery was supposed to be made in 2 days (from London to Germany), and it was made in 7!!! It actually took 2 days just to go from the pickup point in Soho, to Kings cross, where it left for Germany (which is a 15min walking distance!)

All in all very helpful and well organised although I had a slight problem on the websites as I got confused with the zip code to where I was sending my parcel to ! But a quick chat to support sorted it . 😊
So I can say I will be using this site again in the future .

Very good was the booking and collection of parcel. But for some reason my password wouldnt work second time so couldnt get into my account. Asked to reset password 5/6 times but got no email to reset password, no number to call. Went round and round in frustrating circles and wont be able to use again as cant get into account so they have lost a happy customer.

Very pleased with the whole experience straightforward would definitely use again love the tracking link which I used would definitely recommend to others only thing Id say is I wish there would of rang or texted before the delivery I did leave a note asking for this but otherwise fantastic service and so much cheaper then the rest thank you all

After paying for and booking a collection for 24 hour delivery, no one came to pick up my parcel on the day stated, despite Parcel Monkey emailing to confirm I had a collection booked for that day. I went on to their website and re-booked a collection for the next day as it was a matter of urgency that my parcel was delivered. Since the collection pick up was from my home address I obviously knew it hadnt been uplifted however I doubt they would have let me know had it been a different address. The next day the parcel was collected, however now when I try to track it using the number provided in the second confirmation email, it says the tracker cannot track the parcel at this time. What it the point of having a service that cant confirm whether your parcel has indeed been collected or not, cant tell you when to expect the courier and cant track the parcel to make sure its been delivered. Who knows if my parcel got to its destination?! Certainly not me, the paying customer. Absolute nonsense. Hire a service designer, because your service sucks.

I couldnt believe the difference in price to Royal Mail. It was less than half the price and I was also able to track my parcel. Taking it to my local drop off was very easy no more trying to park at the post office.

Didnt know who easy it was to set up and pay for a courier, to pick some items up for me, very near the other end of the country, This time around, I would have no problem going the same way again. easy to book, easy to pay, and a very good price for the service.
Be good if you could get some sort of timing on, picking up, and dropping off, but thats in the perfect world.
Which I guess cost more money, so if you have the time to hang around for this service, you couldnt do better.

The website was very easy to use, the parcel took two days door to door from rural England to Colombia, cant complain at that!. The tracking service worked well and it was good to see the progress my parcel was making.

I have shipped my goods including insurance .. Not only it took a month when they said 3 - 4 days the goods were damaged and when I asked them to pay they refused saying that it was not packed properly since I used packing foam instead of bauble wrap. Furthermore they charged extra money from my account . Absolutely pathetic service. Delays in customer service response, rude and scammers. Dont fall for them people.
